Nice Kroger location and had everything I needed when I stopped by. It seems like an older location and hasn't had any updates/renovations to the building and interior like many other locations. Overall, it was a good experience and would stop by again if I needed anything while in the area.

Just tried their new deli fried chicken. Absolutely the worst tasting chicken ever. Do not waste your money. The chicken used to be one of the best...not anymore.

Was in town on a job working, thought I'd hit Kroger and grab some essentials and lunch for the guys. Got to checkout and machine wouldn't let me bypass pin and use card as credit. I've never had this problem. I've shopped there before. Seriously upset, I wasted my time doing my shopping and then had to run all the way over to Walmart to get what I already had. Other times the place is so packed with people everywhere and it's an older store. Will never be going back there I'll go to county market if I'm in sterling or Walmart if I have to like I did today as I had to get pet items that the other store didn't carry. Very very upsetting. I've never had to have my pin for my card. I have a medical reason why I can't remember it and they couldn't take my money.

Been here several times in the last couple weeks to cash my check because this is the only place besides Walmart open weekends. They have the money desk closed due to short staffing. Buuuuuunk

The deli is always shut down and there are a few teenage employees who are quite rude but generally most of the Original staff are so friendly. As well the Kroger branded store brand food is better than Walmart or aldi so it continues to stay my fav grocery store

I love Kroger. I try to shop them before anyone else. But I have never been to a Kroger who shut down the deli at 5pm. I can't ever seem to make in time to get there before the deli closes. All I want is SOME FRESH FRIED CHICKEN!!!! So frustrating.

This is a really nice market. It is arranged well. Lots of nice foods and possibilities. Their wine selection needs a huge amount of help. They should hire me to be their wine buyer for the whole region. Produce is nice. Butcher department was a bit limited. For this area, I like going there when I am in town.

This store has Thee best, friendliest staff of any store! Our local Kroger here in Sterling, Illinois anyway. The store is very small and could really stand to be updated and expanded to match the other Krogers though, which would give it a Larger, or even Two door entry ways like the other Krogers... that and the lack of staff which leads to unannounced, early closings that are Not posted on the website or Google so that we all don't waste our time and gas traveling to a store thats closed when it shouldn't be. Super Annoying yall! But, wnding a good note, they have The best health food section and great produce@

Like there products but hate there new electronic coupons. I have problems downloading them and when I forget my phone I get cheated out of a discount I should have received. I find myself using Walmart more than I used to. If they are not careful they are going to loose a lot of business from seniors like me.

Go there often. Workers are friendly and well staffed for being a busy place. Digital coupons help save money as well as coupons in mail and also fuel rewards.. Can get in and out of store at a reasonable amount of time. Only downfall is 2 way parking isles. Drivers think they get whole isle on one side. That is unfortunately uncontrollable by the store.

Go to cash my check and stand there for almost 8 mins with no help and the employees who are around me pretend like I'm not there, don’t advise going here if you have to cash a check because it’ll never happen

Great prices. If you have the Kroger card you can get even better deals. You also get gas points that can take off 10,20,30 cent's off a gallon at the Kroger gas station. The have great meat it is even cheeper if you have a Kroger card.

I LOVE this place! My wife and I do all our grocery shopping here because the prices are great and the produce is fresh. I usually make out a grocery list and can get a week's worth of meals for around $80 for us and our two kids. The sales are also good. They have a weekly ad available online that usually has very good deals. The soaps and detergents aren't priced all that great though, but we usually make a monthly trip to Walmart to get those. Much better prices on groceries than Walmart overall

I love this Kroger! They have a huge amount of vegetarian and organic foods and produce. I've been coming here for years and the people here are so nice and attentive. I save much money with my Kroger Plus card! Kroger has me as a customer for life! 😇
