I can always find the craft item or fabric piece that i want, friendly workers, helpful with coupons, Etc. at checkout. Great prices on clearance seasonal items. Im always surprised by the selections available! We are lucky indeed to have such a great store in our town!

It's kinda quiet and hidden away somehow right out in the open. I have seen Joanne's in passing countless times throughout my life. The place has been there for as long as I can remember. Untill recently I had never entered this remarkable place.Upon entering the first impression was subtly grand. The staff greeted me and were amongst the best to have received me. No crowds of ppl bumping into other ppl or reaching for the same item as someone else. The place is quite larger than I expected and there is much more delicately organized inside. It must have taken very dedicated hard work to keep everything appearing perfect and to be so we'll keep. Everything was where it was suppose to be and there were no wrong tags clutter or debris I could find. No mistakes at all in fact. Its very hard to believe with so many small items to misplace. Well done, to say the least.My impression going in was the place was over priced and a bit bougie', and it was, but In a good way. What I didn't know about was the complex and compounded discounts offered by the the store. U may choose to receive coupons and discounts digitally, through mail, and/or in store and many of these can be used together. Even when I thought my cart was getting quite full, I still paid significantly less than what was expected. Definitely beating out usually underpriced competitors like Walmart, hobby lobby, and harbor freight.All in all a wonderful experience. My only regret is not having more time to spend perusing and scuffling about the place, finding more hidden gems inside. Another note; I can usually keep a running tally to the dollar in my head. I was unable, without out the aid of pen+paper or a smart phone. End of purchase, cost transparencyI knew it was less but not sure till the end. Considering everything, a very small flaw that may not even be noticed or considered by others. I am definitely going back.

I love this store. But they don't carry everything the other big joanns carry or it's meant to be that way. But the employees are very nice. I only had one incident but that was moons ago.

The lady that waited in us was very good. She gave us suggestions on how to save a lot of money. Told her we were getting married and I did special needs crafts with kids and adults but had a budget to stick too and with her help we were able to get everything we needed plus more. We will be back again thanks to her.

Nice place, staff is helpful. I never have the right coupon at the right time. If you need a little piece of paper or a code on your phone to get 20% off, I think you should be able to adjust your prices. Keep it simple!

Lady working there tonight was really rude to the customers. Wasn't greeted with a smile or even a thank you. And was very snippy to the guy in front of us all cause she was no where to be found at the check out and he had to go find her to let her know there was him and 3 other people waiting in line to check out.

Absolutely lovely!! I don't exactly look like I belong in a craft store, but I'm always helped and treated kindly! Jewel and Diane are absolutely wonderful as are the rest of the employees. I had questions about interfacing, and not only was I shown where it was, they helped me pick out the best fit for the project I was working on. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. And they are always patient with me with my coupons.

Had a $10.00 store gift certificate for spending $125 a few weeks ago. The register would not let me use a currrent coupon and the $10 one both. I am usually happy with the discounts, not today. The $10 should have been like cash, not a coupon.

I have spent $600+ dollars at Joann in Sterling, IL in the last 2 weeks and it will be the LAST time I step foot in one of your stores. I just drove almost an hour to purchase a cricut easypress that I was told to come back and buy today because they would have a shipment arriving and they would price match it then. So I did that and then the associate tried to tell me they couldn’t price match because it wasn’t in stock at the Walmart in the town but the next town over had it in stock but that wasn’t acceptable. I was looking to purchase 2 easy presses today and instead I left the store with NONE plus I wasted a day off of work, 2 hours of driving and $40 of gas. If I could return everything I’ve purchased from Joann in the last couple weeks I would. Absolutely ridiculous how you treat customers 😡

Live to shop here never seem to be able to pick anything up due to limited stock so bummer on the online coupons for in-store pick up. An have tonwatch alot of the times nothing rings up right. Clean store few leaks but over all nice place to shop

Always treated right whenever I go, staff have been very nice and helpful. Sometimes lines get a little long and sometimes you can't always find a staff member to help you out. Aisles also seem a tad cramped.

Joann Fabric has a wide selection of items to satisfy the crafter, quilter, paper crafter, decorator and more. Price point is good and the sales events fantastic. The helpfulness of the staff is a big plus.

I wish they would stop placing their "Sale" signs the way they do...it's very misleading. They put signs advertising sale items where non sale items are located. It makes it seem like those items are on sale when they aren't. Which you don't realize until you get to the register to pay. Seems like a dishonest practice trying to deceive the consumer
