Found a Hazel Atlas ivy vase to match my ivy bowl set. The store was clean and organized. Didn't really interact with the employees, but the cashier was friendly. I'll go back.

To whom ever donated this item. You are the bomb.com!!!My neice got this same blanket when she was under a year old and it became her blankey. Well 9 years later her blanket had been through it! But we can not find this blanket anywhere to replace it Stopped in this store last week and bam there it was in all its glory! Almost brand new compared to hers! I told her I was deep cleaning her blanket ( we do this once in a while) and made the switch in the drier and sent her down to grab it !! It worked!!! Now she can have many more years with it. ❤️❤️

Just like the last review said (about eBay) . They forgot to take a prom dress off the rack when it turned a dollar and refused to sell it to us assuming their also selling it on eBay. Yet they had no problem wanting to sell the dress that was also a prom dress that had a stain on it (the dollar day sign didn't say anything about not selling prom dresses/dresses)She claimed it was a knew rule. Another thing is pricing are going very high and normal shirts can be 5/8 dollars I'd might as well just go to Walmart across the street.

One of the only Goodwill's that I've been to and felt uncomfortable in. I thrift a lot and this store just made me feel weird. Not exactly sure if it was because of the dim lights, judgemental stares or what but I don't think I'll be back.

Way too expensive…Insane prices I could find some of these things at Walmart for 5dollars less, brand new..As well the workers are rude if u walk out without buying anythingI’d have a more pleasant experience buying from eBay or local thrift places

You used to find treasures and it was fun to go. Now they look everything up on eBay and 98% of treasure finds are marked super high. I went from going 1-2 times a week and buying a lot, to now going once every 2 months and not buying much of anything. I wish they would realize that people would be more willing to buy other non-treasure items and support the store rather than jacking everything up and not spending anything. I probably went from spending $150-$200 per month to now spending $8-10 every 2 months. Make it fun again Goodwill.

Items are mostly ok, some prices way to high. They like to separate sets of stuff and price individually. Like a stereo, unit is $10, each speaker is $8 a piece. It's bought as a set should be sold as a set.

BUYER BEWARE: I had recently purchased a PC Video Game from this location. The box was taped closed. My assumption was that the store had done this. I got back home over an hour away, only to find no disc inside. Only instruction booklets. Apparently they don't thoroughly check the products they put on sale. Either that, or the community service workers in the back are serving themselves.

I will not ever donate or enter this store location again. I am not sure who is doing the training in this store any more but they need to be retrained so the can train the employees properly. I understand the issues with covid 19 but to close off both bathrooms in a store that has a lot of elderly people frequent it and then the employees are telling the customers it is for the safety of the employees. The employee told the elderly women the bathrooms were only for the employees use. There are 2 bathrooms in this store that 1 could be used by the customers and 1 designated for employees. The week before when the bathrooms were still able to be used by customers but had to be unlocked a women asked the employee at front counter to use bathroom the young girl told her she was to busy to open the door. The young girl snd and another employee were just standing behind the counter talking. The older woman told them if one of them did mot open the door her husband was going to have a accident. By the time the staff opened the door the gentleman had a accident and it was also on the floor. When the staff saw the floor she asked the elderly woman couldn't her husband hold it. The elderly woman explained no he couldn't due to he had s stroke . I hope this staff is proud of themselves. I am sure this poor lady and her husband where embarrassed enough with out this person making it worse.I have witness the mistreatment and humiliation of enough people in this particular store to know I do not want to spend or donate anything to them again.

My wife and I would stop in 2-3 time per month. Then they started using eBay or something to raise prices. Store is clean and staff is friendly but they're way overpriced on most items. Only stop in about once every 2 months now and usually don't buy anything.

It was great! They have very nice Christmas gifts and decor. The prices are always great for the quality you get. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love our Goodwill!

There was a clearance tag on 2 pairs of cotton shorts that said $3 when I asked about the price they said they were $4.99 I was like someone purchased these for only $3. I said never mind I dont want them. I then overhear an employee tell the cashier that its because they didnt remove the clearance sticker in the back... Way to rip people off Goodwill!!!

Just have to say that since you reorganized your clothes by size....I will shop there more often. I always hated it before because it was so overwhelming to have to look through everything to find anything! I don't have enough time to do that. I bought a whole bag of clothes today..of course the $1.23 sale helped, but the reorganization was great. I will tell others who also have complained about that.

They might have some good prices but it is a horrible company. They try to make themselves to look like a nonprofit organization but they are not. They are truly a for profit business. Yes they might donate but very very little. If you can go to complete nonprofit organizations like a St. Vincent DuPaul stores or another giving organization.

They have a large selection of goods & clothing. They are a bit overpriced these days. $5.49 for womens shirts and a lot of ladies shoes are $7.99. I hear the CEO makes a million a year in pay.

Occasionally I will overlook the fact that Goodwill is a for profit company, and I'll go in to do some shopping. Not anymore. Their prices are ridiculously high! $49 for a record? $25 for a ceramic santa? Seriously!? Nah. I'll pass. If you think that you are doing something kind by donating/ shopping at Goodwill, you're mistaken. You're lining the pockets of the fat cat in charge. (His salary is public knowledge, google it) Meanwhile the employees are being paid minimum wage to peddle used items a boutique prices. Goodwill is a terrible joke, and the Sterling store is a disappointing punchline.

Fairly large selection of clothing and goods. Alot of times goods and shoes are marked much too high for being used merchandise. Last Tuesday of every month is the 123 clothing sale where most of the clothes are $1.23 each.

Some of the staff seemed disinterested in being at work. Bargains are good! Some new merchandise as well. Great place to get holiday decorations and jeans if all kinds.

They sell things they get for free. And hire people doing community service. Best business idea ever wish I would have thought of that. Also they are considered a charity so the pay little to no taxes

I am a 100% disabled veteran. With conditions that do not allow me to where a mask. And the ruling by the governor is that you must wear a mask unless medical conditions do not allow you to wear. I was just thrown out of goodwill even after i told the manager of my conditions that is discrimination at its worst. She refused to even listen how embarrassing.
