I arrived the day before my 3/31/24 @ 701p. I checked in with the nice lady at the gate. She provided instructions that lead to the overnight parking area as well as what to do in the am. I received a call at 454a for a door. My truck started rocking at 647a for unloading. I had bills in hand at 815a.

I been there almost 14 hour before my appointment but they take me in and unload me with in two hours. Check in staff is very polite and professional. They have very big parking.

One of the best places to deliver at. I was about 6hrs late for my appointment due to trailer repairs. They assigned me dock right away when I checked in. The trailer got emptied in 20 minutes. They are super friendly.

They have solve the parking crisis, I don't know why more companies don't build their warehouse facilities like this. There is enough room to back into dock safely and also their staging area is large enough to fit multiple trucks. Best of all they allow you to park as long as you need so please drivers keep the area clean.

This place started off great! Large amount of space to back up lots of parking but it took them 5 hours to unload us! Meanwhile 3 other people that got here after us came and went!

Only reason 4 a 4 star rating was porter potty. Got hear early checked in was shown to staging area . They called didn't hear my phone yard jockey came and got me went to door unloaded in30 minutes.

Arrived the night before my appointment. Appointment was for 9am the next morning. Easy check in. Sent me to their staging area to park overnight. Got a call at 6am for a dock door. Out by 7am. Quick and easy.

I believe in giving credit where it’s deserved I arrived at this establishment last night for today’s appointment at 12:30 Pm, They not only gave me a warm welcome but also gave me a spot to park for the night. In the morning around 05:00 they knocked on my cab and gave me a dock right away and in about 30 minutes my truck full of merchandise was empty and ready to leave. The gentlemen and a young lady at the guardhouse were very friendly and professional, The guy who unloaded my truck very friendly as well.The place is clean & very organized. They met my expectations and made my experience one to always remember. Keep up the good work guys you are one in a million.

I wish I could give more stars for these guys. Arrived at 16:15 5/18 for a 10:30 5/19 appointment. 18 hours early and they let me in, showed me where to park and gave me a number to call with an extension to get an earlier appointment. Didn’t even need to get another appointment. Was called at 17:20 and was directed to a door. Backed in and 5 minutes later they were unloading. Finished unloading at 18:30.They have more then ample parking available and allow you to stay overnight. They have a big grassy area to take the dog out and the gate guys mentioned a trail. Free wifi available as well. Only downer was they don’t have a bathroom by the parking area, just a portable toilet but it was clean for the most part.This place is awesome to deliver to. The industry needs to take some notes on how its done.

My own experiences i visited dot food in 3 ocacitions and in any of the visit they dont acepted me and i am looking the Human resources and i ask about jobs and they say that i need to wait 3 months for applied again wow! How wait if i have 2 months without jobs and i have 2 childrens,a house And alot responsability. I love this country because it give oporttunity to inmigrant people,but wow! In this case i dont understand nothing if i am just looking For Job and they say they are hiring people my question is where i can go there ? God bless you all best, Ana Nápoles

If you pull a reefer for a living,this place is quite possibly the best place you'll ever unload one. I got a warm greeting when I arrived . The staff was fast,efficient and professional. There was plenty of room to park. I had five pallets of frozen and three pallets of fresh items and the receiver took it all at the same door and very quickly too.I'm giving this place 5 stars for a truly well run operation!

Dont believe all the quick reviews... This is a nice and large facility as other reviews mention- but dont come early!This size of warehouse should be able to process 80+ loads in a shift, and I didnt see any more than 20 trucks go through on third shift.Got here 10+ hrs early... Got a dock 30 minutes after appointment. 3+ hrs to unload 10 pallets. Worst place I've been in a long time.

My last time there I arrived 1 hour prior to my appointment. I was put in the door immediately. 1 minute after I bumped the dock my light turned red. Two minutes after that, they started unloading me. I was empty in about 40 minutes. They also have plenty of overnight parking, if you arrive early. I wish every company did things this way.

I was hear over 9 hrs to get loaded ..was at back far corner of building asked several people why the wait no one told me till hr 8 when te said had product problem ..I wish they had better communication with driver. I didn't have a bathroom that I found back there..

Great place everything is streamline a d easy. Only complaint is how rough they load trailers. I'm parked about 60 to 100 feet away from docks for the night and they hit the trailer so hard it will wake you up during the night and sometimes you feel it in the truck floor. It's like the guy on the fork lift is bouncing off his Rev limited when he hits the dock plate

Awesome place! I wish all companies that I delivered to provide the same amenities! Located right off hwy 99 it's easy to find and get to. Not only do they have a drivers lounge and over night parking but they are next door to a ymca!!! So wake up early before check in and get in a workout and shower!!! Oh and did I mention they offer free wifi access for all drivers?? Hahaha I almost quit my job😂😂😂

It’s a 24 hour open facility. You can check in after hours but they will give you a dock on your appointment time. Overnight parking on the site and friendly, nice staff

Got here in the middle of the night.Probably, would've gotten only few hours of sleep. At the guard shack they told me I could park here overnight, which is always nice! Before I could park and get a few hours of sleep, someone from the office called and offered me to be unloaded right away, instead of waiting for the morning, so naturally I agreed!Unloading was done quickly, probably in less than an hour. I was ready to pull away from the dock door and go look for a parking spot, but a hostler operator Gregg showed me a separate parking lot for the drivers, who are done with their deliveries.That parking lot is more quiet!Thank you!
