I usually enjoy coming to this dollar tree. They always have a better selection. However, today I was very disappointed. It looked like a tornado ripped through there. There were boxes waiting to be unpacked everywhere. The shelves were in a mess and looked like they had not been straightened in days. It was a cluttered mess. There was only one lady checking out. I felt sorry for her because they were busy and the line never stopped. I think it was the manager that was walking around looking busy and then when I left she was outside smoking a cigarette while the poor lady at the checkout was 10 deep. I know everyone is short staffed now adays but this was pathetic

Some items are cheaper at Walmart. Everything is now $1.25. Some items just aren't worth it. Aisles were crowded with product to be unboxed but nobody was even doing that. It made it very hard to get down the aisle.

Usually this store, off of Ave G, has friendly service, today it was short of that. The acting manager was verbally condescending to a customer because the store didnt have bags for her purchases. The customer was made to buy bags in order to carry her items out of the store. This "manager" bad mouthed this customer to other customers and didn't try to offer a solution or apologize for the situation. She managed to influence other customers to name call other shoppers on their way out. VERY unprofessional and ZERO customer etiquette.

I like going to Dollar Tree they have a lot of different things. But today I was disappointed due to the fact there was 1 girl working check out No social distancing and customers not wearing masks!! I left immediately to find workers outside smoking and not social distancing.

Not a bad store but I don't have all day to stand in line when they won't call up a second cashier. 10 people in line today, cashier looked at all of us and never called anyone else up.

Good quality of items at this dollar tree. Always easy to find and always have stuff in stock compared to other dollars trees I been too.

I don't like the dollar tree by salvation army because the manger Karen was rude and she closed the line when we tried to go to the line and then she opened up the line after we went to the other opened line and my dad asked her a question and she didn't respond she was rude
