It's a nice store, but what youre looking for isn't always the easiest to find. I like that they have a more Kroger feel than Walmart does, and when I have the extra money it's nice to stop by County Market. Try their deli, it's really good.

I would not recommend working there. Jeff made it impossible to work there because I was worried about getting complained at for making a mistake. To make matters worse, I was only making $13 an hour as a grocery stocker there. Pete complained about calling off there. Pete also asked me if I could work on my days off. That is why I will never work there again because working there was so stressful for me that I would rather be dead than work there again.

Get our birthday cakes here, they're always so helpful and kind, offer lots of services. The store is decent to navigate and the hot food is always good. We do a good chunk of our grocery shopping here.

I love this store. I try to shop here wherever I'm in town. It is a nice size - small enough to be easy to navigate but large enough to have what I need 99% of the time.

Umm, it is a chain grocery store. Nothing to get excited about here. Usually have what I want. But it is so big and I so rarely shop there stuff is usually moved and hard to find.

Produce is always fresh, good liquor selection, great deli and some really good options for pre-cut steaks, chops and other goodies from the butcher shop. Bakery also has a great selection.UPDATE: Several self checkout lines have been added (non cash only). These are great and help speed things along.

Aliyia at the register was so sweet and helpful! Had my two children and she was an angel helping me with them while I loaded my groceries into the cart. Love that theres still good people in the world and those good people deserve recognition!

It's a fine grocery store with a fantastic selection including many items not found at the other big name boxes. Store seems well managed. Clean, comfortable and safe enviroment. I prefer their meats to Wally World's for quality and flavor. Produce area is well stocked and generally better quality than the other grocers. The staff seems happy and had consistently been courteous and helpful. I don't often get that at the big W box. Some of them act as if they are indentured servants but until I've been in their skin and shoes a day......I will refrain from criticizing the person. It's good that they are able to work somewhere. I wish a better fit for a job was available. Many just aren't very personable or outright grumpy.I haven't encountered that at County Market. It's probably a little more expense over all but the bigger lanes, better selection and lack of crowds is worth it to me.

Very convenient and and even tho you have space to shop there are plenty of food and items to choose from. The costumer service is very kind and helpful. They seem to have employees working through out the store. But they are never to busy to stop and help you find what you need. I recommend County Market for everyone. 😊 They also have sales and monthly coupons that are worth using.😊 Thank you County Market.

Very recently at the Sterling IL County Market's store, a Manager/cashier processed a refund for me prior to the normal 8 a.m. time that customer service is usally open. She was knowledgeable and did it accurately & swiftly - which are crucial functions of great customer service,to me!

I love to shop at County Market for the fresh produce. Was disappointed the coupon book items I wanted were out of stock on the shelves and I did not see them on display anywhere else. Also disappointed in expired packaged deli meats, and hotdogs that are consistently on the shelves.
