Apparently the pick up area got rid of the call box. Guessing suppose to just sit here and hope someone stops scrolling to look out the window? Yea sorry farm and fleet if your going to offer pick up ya need to have a better plan. Especially when Walmart and Menards are right here competing.

Friendly, welcoming sales, clean, reasonable large parking lot when ordering online easy pick upThe only area where they need some major improvement is the pick up area. It’s kind of screwy if you have a larger vehicle, it’s hard to move maneuver around.

Absolutely useless staff who are lazy and rude when asked to help find something. Wont accept returns of items that are clearly defective and overall a store that can't keep up with area prices and customer service. I would suggest shopping elsewhere unless you have no other choice in the matter.

Broken windshield wiper because of the ice! I pulled up to the car service door. They went into the store, selected rhe correct wiper, rang it up, and one of the mechanics ran outside and put it on my car. Always helpful!!!

Doing a pickup there was horrible, and the things I ordered, they didn't have 1/2 of it, so I just canceled those items and got them elsewhere. I wish I had gone in the store than try to order a "drive thru". There were other shoppers there, just as miserable.

Completely ridiculous you come in to check and see if they can fix a tire on Thursday and you’re told that they cannot even look at it until Saturday. What a joke I will definitely not come to this place ever again. Called Moore Tire in Rock Falls they said bring it right over Ava they will take care of it , hope everyone will go to this great local business.

Employees are very nice and help when you need it. Store is very clean. Everything is easy to find so you can get in and out of the store quick. Though if you have a soft spot for baby animals don't go over to the chicks you will spent 5 mins staring at them

Bought 4 BF GOODRICH 4PLY 20" tires for my Chevy Silverado 2500 DURAMAX and the treadmill is all but disappeared. Won't honor the warranty said I never came in for rotation! 💀I said check your paperwork or your security cameras..I've been there for all of them! Left message for the manager and still no response!?¿? Been over 4 months now... I still shop Farm n FleetBut I'll never get tires there anymore. Extremely disappointed with this part of the store but the rest of it is top notch!

Apparently no one works in automotive department, I waited 15 minutes for someone to come cut a piece of hose, I left without what I needed.I would have cut it myself if I had my utility knife on me. I will never shop here again. From now on I will be shopping at tractor supply co.

I love this place so much. The best tools hands down, you'll only find quality products here. I don't go anywhere else in town here for tools. If the great tools aren't enough, you get to enjoy the amazing smell that is farm and fleet. They seriously need to make air freshners and wax cubes with the classic farm and fleet scent. I'd say they should make a farm and fleet cologne but you'd be spending your whole day trying to keep the ladies off you. Finally the nut selection is off the charts, if there's a nut you're looking for then I'm sure they'll have it. I like to go in, take in the smell, grab a new tool, a couple fat bags of nuts and some body wash because they only sell the most manly scents in there. Pretty sure my beard grows 5 inches just coming out of there.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Although, last time I was there, the guy helping us make a key was angry about something. I just chalked it up to him having a bad day. No worries. Otherwise, everything has been great.

My car’s steering was off, so I took my car into their mechanics. Chad put tie rods on, and an alignment. The steering was still off. Zach said I needed bushings by my back wheels. Then Zach said I needed to rotate the tires to fix the problem. Horrible mechanics.

Decent prices. Well organized. What gets 5 stars is the service. I needed a size it said they had but wasn't on the shelf. 2 ladies spent 10 minutes finding it in the back for me!
