Donovan and Eli, the two dudes always working are awesome and know just about everything there is to know regarding their products. Even the owners are cool, rare to see an owner open a store early because as she was leaving she noticed my out of state plates and opened up 30 minutes early. There was a line, it was just me.Don't go anywhere else for Kratom. The blends they have here are quite literally the best.

Always very friendly & upbeat. They've recommended products based on what I usually buy, and I've always been happy. It's cash only, but they have an ATM right in the store, and fee is only $1.

The people that work here know their stuff. And each time I've gone they have no problem taking some time.out to talk to you. That for me is always a huge draw. So friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fun. Did I mention they have statues from movies which adds to the inviting and fun nature of the place. Lol

I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I was there for the first time on Saturday. It was my first time ever so I had a ton of questions. The two young gentlemen working were AMAZING made me feel at ease and they were so patient. They answered every question with patience and kindness. I will definitely be back and will refer this place to everyone. I am currently battling breast cancer and this was a big help. I am going to tell everyone at chemo about it too including the nurses.😊

Felt very welcomed! Very polite people and very attentive and patient! Will be making our main store and recommending them to everyone! Was very satisfied to try samples and know that this stuff really works! I suffer with many physical neurological and even mental health issues and this helped with them all!! There is such a variety of all different things such as candy : chocolate or suckers you name it! Even tea! WOW:) kids are even able to have the CBD which helps with seizures and more! Best part is its legal!!! And wow Kratom is GOOD!!!! Can not wait to get in on the action and make a chain reaction! Check out this place and get off any medicine and make this your fix! Way healthier and plant based!!! Couldnt get any better! And goes up to 2500 mg! You cant beat the natural:)

I have never been to a location like this before. The customer service is 10 stars. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I came in with a problem that needed to be fixed and the gentleman listened and helped me immediately. I have told all of my friends and family already and i will continue singing the praises. This will be the only place I ever go for my kratom needs. All of my questions were answered (and i had tons) with patience and understanding. Thank you guys so much for being so AWESOME AND AMAZING!!!!!

All staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Donovan is the staff member I deal with the most, he is quite knowledgeable on all products and he consistently takes his time answering all questions I have. He has an ebullient spirit, and just makes me laugh, which puts me at ease the moment I walk in there. Overall, this establishment is worth checking out and 10/10 will be returning again.

I've been coming here 6 years now and I just wanted to share my story and how this place has helped save my life..So, over the Pandemic I was working as a first responder. Contracted by the Coroner's office - Cook County Medical Examiner to pull up on active Trauma/Crime scenes to bag and transport the deceased person(s) as well as go back to the scene after dropping off the body to remediate and clean to make it sanitary and like it never happened. I've seen HUNDREDS of bodies and scenes people should never experience, God bless he gave me the strength to do this for my kids and ex-wife during a time of famine and hardships. I was wrongfully terminated for asking for mental health help after being over worked and understaffed seeing so much death I couldn't even focus on living anymore. I was working 72 hour shifts often times and if I was lucky would get to be home 3 HOURS a WEEK. My eventual diagnosis turned to be whats called "treatment resistant" Paranoid Schizophrenia and Severe Complex PTSD which means no medication or traditional means or practices that work for other's do not work for me it's been 3 years of antipsychotics and all sorts of therapies and horrible just wishing I could feel better. The meds were so powerful I was un intentionally overdosing due to prescribed too high a dose in hopes it would help more times than once or I would get EVERY horrible side effect labeled without failure. I currently have a permanent movement disorder due to one of them that doesn't go away even after stopping medication. I had no hope anything would help even slightly take the edge off my life and make it easier to bear the hallucinations and flashbacks but this plant has done more for me than any pharmaceutical or doctor ever has. It did NOT cure me, it is unfortunately a lifelong illness for both but Kratom and Phenibut give me the extra mental push I need to deal with my issues in a healthy way and still work and function, I am not my illness. Before this happened to me I was using it for general anxiety and it worked wonders and just so happened its more powerful than I thought! I have slipped disc's from picking up literal dead weight you can't always lift with your back when it comes to lifting other humans and this takes so much of the pain away I can smile and be a good dad when before all that stuff was getting in the way I'm back to me and a big part of it is thanks to this establishment. Hopefully my story can help inform those who are curious of the MANY benefits this has, Donovan and Elliott are super helpful and knowledgeable and I can GUARANTEE you they will be able to answer ANY questions you have. Everyone here has grown to feel like family to me it's super welcoming and always positive vibes thanks for walking my journey with me everyone and helping me find myself and get off those nasty pharmaceuticals and replacing it with something far more affordable and safe. I'm in here every day, definitely give this place a chance. Positive vibes to anyone reading this and stay strong you're always stronger than your situation!

What these guys are doing here is how you catch and keep a customer. Every time I come here the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. i definitely wish I could give more than 5 stars. First what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I called yesterday to inquire on Kratom--the guy i spoke with was very nice and friendly. My husband and I went here for the first time today-- we will now be forever customers. The customer service is absolutely astonishing, the staff is friendly, and very knowledgable about their products--and answers all of your questions. They actually help you get the right products you need--that actually helps. The products are the best--they're so good after I tried the CBD sample-- I had to turn back around the same day to get more. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing-- I felt right at home. I suffer from Multiple sclerosis--which causes me a great deal of pain. I didn't take my pain pill because i wanted to see if Kratom actually works. My First dose of Gold Bali--NO lie-- my aches and pains instantly went away. I can't believe how great this product is. This place is a God sent.
