I have nothing nice to say. This woman (the groomer) and I had a nice phone consultstion earlier in the week where I explained that my previous groomer had stopped doing large dogs. She assured me she did! I explained that I had a husky and that he had some bad matting because of the delay in finding a groomer. Then today my husband brings our dogs to her for their appointment and she immediately rolls her eyes and sighs as soon as she sees my husky. Completely unprofessional! She then proceeds to tell my husband that our dog is not a husky but a Samoyed!... Lol. I think we know what breed we have. She only made that assumption because he is an all white husky! Then she tried to tell my husband that she is going to to charge a hefty fee for his grooming which we were considering until she then says she needs their vaxx records in order to groom. ?????? Which is no problem... But she never once mentioned this condition over the phone and obviously the moment of the appointment we wouldn't be able to produce them without prior notification. My husband even stated he doesn't just carry them on his person. This groomer has bad business practice and poor customer service. She completely wasted our time all to be treated rudley and with contempt We were local and wanted to support a local business but lesson learned here. I would definitely recommend that if you have a large dog that you go anywhere but here. So disappointing.

Finally found a place where they do a great job for a schnauzer. My dog left this place smelling really nice and also got a fancy bow tie. I highly recommend Holley and Poochi's.

Love this place! They've always done a great job grooming my German Shepherd & Polmeranian. Very efficient service and great pricing. I'd highly recommend to anyone for their fur babies!
