We got our dog Willow about two weeks ago from the shelter and because of her being spayed we had to wait two weeks to even get her groomed. She was super dirty and her fur was super matted near her skin since she was never groomed before. So finally, today was her grooming appointment and we were super nervous about how she was going to act this being her first time there. They let us stay for the whole service to see how the process worked and I can’t speak highly enough about how Alyssa handled and took care of our dog. She was extremely patient and kind and she made her look like a whole new dog! I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to bring her back each month! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl! Here are some before and after pictures. She looks and smells incredible!

I recently brought my 4 month old Cocker Spaniel named Angel to Pawtastic groomer place for her second grooming session, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The groomers took their time to ensure Angel was comfortable throughout the entire process. They were gentle and patient, which was especially important for Angel as a young pup. The final result was fantastic!! Angel looked adorable and her coat was beautifully groomed. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and in providing a positive experience for both pets and their owners. I love this place, I take my doddle monthly for grooming the workers there are Great ! i would highly recommend them. Marley loves going to see the girls, very professional! I took my long-haired chihuahua here today for the first time and I am SO impressed. First, I should mention how fast they got me in. I called yesterday and I was able to bring my dog in a day later…that’s amazing. I’m used to being on a waiting list for 2-3 weeks! My chihuahua can be pretty nervous but he felt comfortable letting them work their magic. They did an amazing job whitening up his fur and he is SUCH a happy dog after his grooming. This place is wonderful. 10/10 highly recommend and I will be returning! Thanks to Alyssa and her staff!

First time there for my 9 year old lab, Molly. Absolutely great experience for both of us. Facility is very clean. I loved that staff took time to greet my dog to make her comfortable. They did a wonderful job and worked fast. Affordable rates. I highly recommend!

Got my fur baby Kane groomed last Thursday which was much needed for him with him being a long haired cat his fur was starting to knot the pawtastic team was patient & gentle as you can see below in the picture how relax he was.His lion cut came out just the way I wanted it too! he also smelled so good when I picked him up. He was happy and I was happy ! The staff is amazing!!! I highly recommend!

I have been taking my Yorkie mix to Pawstastic since I adopted him last March. They do great work and Georgie seems to enjoy going there. The ladies are always welcoming. I am very satisfied with them

I’m so pleased with Pawtastic Spa & Resort! I am always a bit nervous about finding a new groomer, but Alyssa and team are fabulous! They are so friendly and really love what they do. Desi was so kind to listen to my requests for my pup’s groom (even with specific notes from our previous groomer).My Penny girl looks great after her spa day!-Easy to book appointments-Calm and inviting place-Love that the dogs have ample kennel space to relax while waiting for pick up-Location is convenient

extremely rude employee, that wears black glasses needs to be FIRED. She will disrespect you, and take it out on your pets when you call her out on her unprofessional behavior. Left my dog with half of his back fur shaved off, with patches all over his body when I did NOT give her permission to do so. Completely unacceptable and horrifying that a person who works with animals on a daily basis would act this way. This business is DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place is a joke, they do not know how to groom your dog. They ask you how you want the dog groomed and do what they want (why ask) very basic groomed styles something a kindergarten can do. No consistent workers. Means bad management. Very long wait period. Dropped my dog off at 9am at 3:00 she still wasn’t ready. I will never bring my dog here.

I recently took our family dog here and im beyond please with the results! We did a basic wash and Our dog still smells fresh and clean several days later. Her coat also feels and looks smooth and shiny.The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and were kind to our four legged family member.We will definitely be coming back for years to come.

The owner, and staff are all amazing as people first and foremost. Saw a review that bothered me. To call the staff rude is laughable. Alyssa is one of the nicest, supportive, and genuine people i have ever met. She has a passion for her craft and it shows when she talks about her establishment and pets. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet to this establishment! You won’t be disappointed. My pups will definitely be back 😁

Brought my 3 pups up for grooming since they opened a location so close to home figured I'd try it out instead of having to drive 40mins to my current groomer. And well soo glad I did!! My dogs came home smelling fresh and clean (not doused in perfume) and feeling great. The lady that worked on them was a pleasure so I decided to book a future appointment 3 weeks later. Just got back from second appointment and well same deal looking great and smelling fresh!! Also the ladies who work there were a pleasure and informative as well. Booked another future appointment and now have found a new groomer and close to home!! If you have been thinking of trying them out I definitely recommend them!

The staff are sweet and patient with my dog. The last place she was going to I would ask to trim good around her face and butt but it never looked nice and she had cuts on her tummy from trimming now after taking her to pawtastic I know I wasn't crazy she came home looking like a gorgeous lil lady lol she was so soft and smelled so good and it's been a week and she is still soft and smells lovely. I can't brag enough about this place so don't waste time and book a appointment for your lil family member now :)

Worst experience ever. When I went to pick my dogs up I asked why did it take 5 hours for one dog to be groomed and the other bathed. And was answered with an ignorant response telling me she is just one groomer and if I want faster service to seek else where with multiple groomers. There was zero communication on how long it would take and the first phone call made when booking the appointment I asked how long it would take because I dislike leaving my dogs somewhere for long periods of time it’s stressful for them. They were so thirsty the downed 2 bowls of water once home. And to top it off she botched my long haired dogs hair cut so bad I pray it grows back normal. Mind blown by the whole situation.
