From beginning to end the experience I had at this veterinarian office exceeded my expectations. My dog must've ingested something that made him sick, and we were very worried. We called around to get emergency appointments, but this office was able to give us an appointment within 30 minutes. We were greeted by the most professional staff, then Dr. S handled our fur baby with such tender, loving care. He was able to not only ease our dogs fear, but solved the problem. As if that wasn't enough, he also gave a follow up call to ensure the well being of our pet. This will be our new vet home. Thanks doc!!! Highly recommended!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been taking my animals here for over a year. EVERY time they have an appointment, we wait at least an extra 45min to be seen. Waiting is fine, I truly understand, but sitting in a room for 45min-1hr without any updates gets really old. A little communication goes a long way. My tipping point was yesterday when trying to schedule a basic follow-up appointment for my cat, I was put on hold for 15 min to then be hung up on with no call back. They clearly don’t value their customers and patients time or money. I will be looking elsewhere for my veterinarian services.

County Line Pet Hospital offered my husband and I a wonderful experience. We identified a dog that we were interested in adopting, completed the application and were immediately contacted to set up a visit. Once there, all questions were answered honestly and in a very positive way. Once we decided to adopt our new family member, the staff provided a very positive and supportive experience. A follow up call was received a week later. We were very pleased with the process and LOVE our Potato!!

My dog has been a patient here her whole life so we have been going here for years. Today’s appointment was awful. I walked in and not one person out of the four behind the desk even lifted their head up to look at me. All I heard as “ who do you have”. We were walked straight into an empty room after the girl checked each room to see which was empty. After being placed in a room, we sat there for literally an hour. Not one person came in or checked on us. I would have walked out but I have a larger dog and heard 2 other larger dogs in the waiting area. We were finally seen an hour after appointment time and we didn’t even need to see a vet for the visit. All this after trying to even make the appointment for weeks due to their phone issues. We have requested our pets records with not one person even trying to resolve any thing. My feeling is they don’t care and I would not want to put my pets health in their hands. Extremely unprofessional. Taking our pet elsewhere.

She was the matriarch of the family. Zoey was in a perpetual right hand turn she had a few strokes but this last one did her in she would have been 18 yrs in July. Cognitive issues. Called a few places this one answered.The following day 10am she crossed over the rainbow bridge. The staff was so caring . Pricing was great for my pocketbook. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you for your kindness.

I started bringing my dogs to this clinic around 2 years ago. Given that I have two large dogs, I spend a good amount of money on veterinary care for my dogs each time we visit. Initially, my children and I attended appointments and the front desk staff were responsive and the vet was great - she actually answered all of my youngest child's questions about our dogs health and wellbeing. She was upbeat, professional, and really educated me about my dogs health and preventive care. The past few appointments, however, the service has significantly declined. This past visit was the last straw and I will no longer be using this clinic for my pet needs. The vet was very judgmental in her comments to me. The way she spoke to me was condescending, insulting, and low key passive aggressive. The front staff was unresponsive and completely unprofessional. The young lady did not acknowledge me upon entering with my pet. When the appointment was finally over, I approached the desk. She ignored me. Since she was on a phone call, I waited for a hint on what to do. Nothing. So I took my first dog to the car and then returned for the second. The front desk staff was helping another client when I was leaving again and so I waited, patiently, to pay for the service. After, I was handed a receipt.

this place is awesome... The vet here is phenomenal she's so sweet and very caring and explain to you and very cut-and-dry and no BS... I was very pleased with that because I felt other places gave me the... She did whatever she could to make my baby comfortable... Unfortunately she didn't get better and I had to put her down today... Every single person at the vet was so sweet and polite... I will definitely be coming back with my other dog Candi Mae.

My poor pooch broke his dewclaw badly around 7pm and the entire staff not only worked to get him in on short notice an hour before closing, but they treated us with compassion and kindness during a stressful time. They stayed over an hour after their closing time in order to give my dog the care he needed. I will be a customer for life.

While I was waiting for vet to check on my furry sonn. I went to the comments to see what I was waiting for😅My appointment was scheduled at 12pm was seen a bit after 30mins. But.. Besides the wait , everything went well. Place was pretty clean. Yet, the price for the visit and my sonn medication was about the lowest I seen before at a Vet.If your going to check this place. Just make sure you have enough time.. please don't be in a hurry. EVERYTHING CAN WAIT IF ITS FOR ARE FURRY LOVED ONES😎

If you're considering on adopting please save yourself the time and contact South Suburban Humane Society 😊Completely unprofessional. I saw their Facebook posting sharing how they were desperate for dogs to be adopted as they were running out of room. I went up there to inquire about the adoption application earlier last month and to see two dogs that caught our attention online. The young man at the front desk stated that there was a process and walk ins were not accepted, understandable. He proceeded to tell me to get their adoption application online, fill it out and drop it back off. I asked if they had applications available to fill out in-person since I was already there. He made it seem as it was such an inconvenience; he handed me the application without a clipboard or pen and walked away. Luckily I had my own pen. I proceeded to hand him my application with the names of the dogs I was interested in and he said nothing. I called back the following day to inquire on the length of the application review and was told I would receive a callback. I called again at the end of that week and was told the same thing; this went on for two weeks. Today I see that one of the dogs I applied for was posted as adopted on their social media place. I called and asked on the status of my application, and was asked if I had applied in-person or on Indeed. Clearly a misunderstanding on what type of application yet the guy found it hilarious and so did everyone in the background. I clarified and stated that I was calling on the status of my adoption application and was asked for what dog. Provided the names of the dogs and mentioned how one of the dogs was posted as adopted. He said he would see what he could do? And had nothing else to say.

Unprofessional, so I took my small dog here yesterday here with my family and they really upset me what they did to my dog and the comment they said.. . John j.shudell the veteran said some racist comment that didn't felt right to me. Then he gave my small dog to much dose of the shot he received that's cause her to have allergic reaction then he tells it's was his fault because he gave to much to small doge and goes ahead and charge me for another shot for the allergic reaction. I won't be coming here again I scared for my puppy life. Her eyes where Puff she couldn't breath she was so nervous I was going cry as well because it my bestfriend I know their animals but we treat like them family!!!!!!

Our first visit with the Dr. was good. He got to know our dog and interacted with him before beginning anything. We came back shortly after to get his nails trimmed. The vet tech rushed to put our dog on the table and swiftly tried to begin cutting his nails with no interaction. My dog was simply exited to meet someone new and was confused with someone he wasn’t aware of in his personal space and pulling on him. She said that she didn’t feel comfortable continuing because my dog, who wouldn’t harm a fly, “was aggressive and would need a sedative before the next visit”. Then proceeded to tell us that she wouldn’t charge us after not clipping a single nail. We went to VCA recently to get his nails trimmed among other things, and they were done within minutes without a problem. A simple interaction can go a long way. I will never bring a pet here again.

Very unprofessional, will never come back here. The front desk representative Chris has a horrible attitude. Called in with questions about my frenchie medication was place on 30 min hold for him to come back to the phone with no updated Information and told me there was no supervisors or doctors for me to speak to and he’s running the place by himself which is extremely strange.. i wouldn’t take your dogs here

I just visited county line for the first time today despite living in the area for many years. I have used another neighborhood vet but was looking for a change and am so glad that I made it! The doctor and her staff were so pleasant and nice and I had a great conversation with the doctor about some questions I had pertaining to spaying my new pup. Very straight forward - no frills. I will definitely be going back and we are looking forward to going back in the future.

My parents' dog was lost for a few days and wound up here. She was so well taken care of and the staff was so kind that I started having my cats treated there -- bear in mind, that the location is farther away than three other pet hospital closer to me! But the care and professionalism here is such that I wouldn't choose anywhere else.The rates are reasonable for vaccines, procedures, and boarding and the staff is very nice. The doctor takes her time with each pet, even going so far as to let my young nephews ask a lot of 4-and-5-year-old questions and hear the cats' heartbeats! I recommend this clinic for pet care, even if you have to drive a bit to get there.

Really good vet, especially the (forgive me, I don’t remember his name) the older gentleman doctor that’s tall.Really nice man and genuinely cares about animals, and he will care about your dog or cat. Remembers them and asks questions from past visits. He called after hours to give me my dogs results on blood work (all positive) but super nice. Couldn’t ask for a better vet.

I love this place I took my two Doberman to Petsmart for a year, paying for banfield insurance and every time I went I still had to pay $300-$400 for “test”. After the last time I came to County Line and the doctor was awesome very knowledgeable and solved my dogs year long problem after 1 visit and 1 test. I love this place this is the only place my dogs and now cat visit

I recently had a cat that had an allergic reaction to a flea and tick medication and i was able to get into the doctor's office right away. They prescribed the right medication and with the next day she was romping like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this location as the doctor is very understanding and very helpful when it comes to explaining what's going on. The vet visit fee is extremely doable. This is hands down a great place to take your pet in need of care.Thank you, Austin

Violated and betrayed... two simple words to explain my feelings towards this establishment.  Night after night, watching my loved one suffer and writhe in pain. Multiple visits,  hoping for help. Hoping for answers. Multiple office visits receiving the same answer... let's try this.  I can't help but pity Dr A. Whether she realizes this or not, I've been bringing my fur babies here for over 15 years. I now realize, compassion and care is simply gone. This place seems to be a money maker and not a care facility. I hope and pray you try to remember why you became a veterinarian. I give this review in the belief, it will help save someone's family member. I have received second and third opinions from other facilities. I feel completely justified saying,  if you need a pet pampering,  nail cut, simple check up, or a basic ear infection issue... this is the place for you! Anything else,  beware!! Raven is no longer with us. I hope raven's 5 weeks of suffering,pain, and anguish... paid a bill or provided a new TV. Raven was such a loving soul to be rude, however I am not. Therefore I leave you with, The single/middle finger salute!
