5/30/2023, i had land line service re-installed as well as a new home internet service. i am so pleased. the man who did the installation was so professional and knowledgeable, as well as very courteous. he did not want to track dirt through my living room, but opted to walk through the garage which was farther away from where his truck and tools were. he took the time to explain all the technical things to me after installation. asked if i had questionsvery good!!!

Edit: no clue what they have going on lately but the service has been horrible for the last few weeks. Internet has to be rebooted several times a day kicks you off constantly and still waiting for that fiberoptic they said we were getting 4 years ago!!! I so wish I had a second option. $112 a month for this horrible internet that continues to get worse is ridiculously!!Original postInternet hasn't always been the best, but I feel like they try. At least they have service for those of us who live way out in the country where other providers don't care. Looks like fiber optics will be here soon and that is something towns next to St. Louis doesn't have the option of!! Hopefully then the service will be faster! Customer service is friendly and the technicians come out quick when there is a problem.

I've had way too many issues with my internet. Had to upgrade because the lowest package was too slow. The lady that answers the phone is always pleasant. But the company itself needs improvement. And unfortunately I'm stuck with them due to living in the country

If you like to have no internet and spend money on it though then Egyptian Internet is perfect. They will cut your wifi on and off 24/7 making getting work and progress done absolutely impossible. Wifi went out 12 times today for 20 min each every hour. Man this is so great 😊

Service is very poor, inconsistent. Called many times and they provided little to no technical support after many tickets created. No real IT support on the weekends. No real concern for customer satisfaction. Only sent a technician out once and Egyptian equipment was at fault.
