The service was slow only ordered 2 blizzards and both were wrong didn't even take the time to go back to complain because I didn't figure it would help I went against my better judgment and stopped at the stillville Dairy Queen instead of going on to Sparta where they have a lot better service and food I will not be going back to the still hold Dairy Queen anytime soon. You would think for the prices that they charge that they would take a little time to get their order correct.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went through drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings. When I got the food it was chicken sandwich and fries and they were both COLD. Went back through and all they did was put my sandwich in the microwave. I could tell. 3 teenagers working and didn't care. They shove my microwaved sandwich out the window amd quickly closed it and walked away so I couldn't tell them I KNEW that's what they did. I'm disgusted with the service and food I paid good money for.

Sometimes I just need a somewhat quick meal because I’m in a hurry. But every time I pick this DQ, my stomach regrets it only a few mins after eating the burger. Maybe the cheap hot sauce on the flamethrower, idk. People are nice, and get the job done. Place looks clean. The fries were great. As always. I wish I could do a 3.5 star. It’s that gut feeling I get after eating their burgers that ruin it for me. Not as bad as Sonic. That’s a plus.

I was looking to just grab a quick bite to eat, when i received not only the worst service but also the rudest person. I’m not one to leave a review but I am still in such shock. The girl working the cash register was looking me up and down and saying rude comments under her breath about me and everyone in the place. I said “excuse me?” and she just squinted her eyes at me. I asked for the manager and she said kelsey i asked to speak to her and she replied you are. i could tell she was not only rude to the customers but all of the workers as well. clearly karma needs to come around.

Seems like the place is improving been going lately and it actually feels like I'm at an everyday fast food restaurant now. Quick responsive service fries are pretty fresh looks clean and is getting construction.

The ONLY reason this isn't a 0-star review is because the food was fresh and amazing. Regardless, I had to sit in the drive-through for TWENTY-FIVE (25) MINUTES to get my food. FIVE MINUTES waiting to order, then TWENTY to wait for my food.And it's not like they were busy. There was NOBODY there.

Great place if you like the price to never be the same twice. Reheated burgers. Rarely do you even get the right one anyway. And you rarely get your whole order. But that’s okay cause they never give you a receipt to check against.

came on Sunday morning around 10:45. The food seemed old. they had only been open for forty five min and our food was ready by time we had our drinks. My wife got chicken strips and me a burger. I believe we were server reheated left overs from the day before. Go to Sparta dq instead this place sucks.

Went there last night , I got the new barbecue chicken fingers. We waited then they bring my husband sandwich and mine which not right i ordered the new item, so she took it back, and I waited and I waited, finally it comes, my chicken was half barbecue & half not, they gave me like 5 or 6 pieces, which I only ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers...My fries was cold, the toast was pathetic....Why is this DQ like this, cant get the order right or you have to wait for someone to take your order? Today I came back to get my hubby his lunch went through the drive thru thinking it would be faster, no such luck, cars lined up....Come on people, get with the program.... So what are you going to do about my food,from last night? One angry, pissed off customer!!!

Went to Steeleville DQ after church to give it another try. 2 grandkids with us and my mom, (her order was separate, so almost 40$total) cost 32$ for lunch. They messed up all 4 of our orders and forgot moms gravy for her chicken. I ask for hot fries that they forgot to bring 1st and 2nd time after bringing us the corrected burgers. They were barely warm and the burgers were cold. How can they be cold when they had to redo them. 32$ for this!!!! Sorry but we've given them several chances when several people have told us they won't go there. This was totally unacceptable!!!!!.

Came to the drive thru a month ago. Were standing in line... At 3.55... We're at the ordering thing and it was 4.02 and ordered the $4 buck lunch. She said it is past 4... Paid the whole amount. We went there yesterday. My kid had chicken strip basket. Had to pay 53 cents for a Bbq sauce, which wasn't incl to the meal...i don't even wanna ago there again....

It was absolutely awful, we waited over half an hour for our food and watched the employees stand around in the kitchen. The people behind us got their food before we did and when we got ours it was cold and they just threw it into bags so it was all over the place. The bags were soaking wet and fell apart everywhere. Totally would not recommend visiting here, not worth the time or the money.

Workers were very nice and quick. Manager was very rude and asked us to leave due to no mask. We had eaten there the day prior with no awareness that a mask was required, but was not asked to put one on.

I live just down the road and work in percy, have to choose between caseys ,dairy queen or going home for lunch. After about 20 trips of being the only car in the drivethru, WITH an empty parking lot, I have given up on this place since they take almost 20-30 minutes everytime I go there and I only order a burger and a soda

Purchased strawberry sundae, price was like other DQ stores in county. Service was prompt, friendly. Order was accurate and good portion size. Tasted great.

Slow and rude. Bunch of teenagers sitting around talking while I waited for one blizzard at the drive through for 35 minutes!!!!!!! Ridiculous!! Going during the day is great, but the night shift staff is horrible!!!
