Very surprised by how nice this place is. Nice comfortable room, very clean, smelled great upon entering. Breakfast was way more than expected. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.Rooms: Very clean, smelled great!Nearby activities: Could be more to do in this town......looked like mostly bars and churches.Food & drinks: Super 8 breakfast exceeded expectations!Noteworthy details: Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was highly professional . If it weren't for my bags sitting in the room I'd have never known I had been in there already.

very rude check in lady. threatened my girlfriend three times in a row while checking in with a 100 dollar penalty like she was a criminal over smoking /vaping and drugs in the room assuming she even smoked or vaped period. all this while checking in with young children.weve never even stayed here before. the bathroom smelled upon walking in. beds are hard as rock. had a kinked neck and a headache from extra thick and hard pillows. coffee pot had white residue inside. only plus was quiet. still better than americas best value inn located right down the road in Litchfield.

Great place and price to stay with my pup. Not fancy but clean and the staff was very nice. The continental breakfast has plenty of coffee in the morning! There is a small fridge, microwave and tiny coffee maker in the room. The little town of Staunton is cute. Go to Casey’s if you want adult beverages. IGA is too close to a school to sell alcohol. You’re welcome. ;)

Nothing around, cockroaches, and black mold on shower curtain. TV has weird interference which causes lines on your tv. To get clean towels you have to bring your dirty ones to the counter in exchange as they don't do room service while you stay. The beds are concrete and the water is brown. There are no amenities and the breakfast is almost rotten fruits. May do hourly rates, didn't ask. Moved to Baymont in Litchfield night and day.

Room smelled BADLY like dogs, one of the beds bedsheets were dirty. We were all to tired to ask for a different room so we made due with one of our own blankets and a sheet. Breakfast choice’s were waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit, prepackaged muffins, juices, milk and coffee. No meat or eggs.Rooms: Terrible dog smells, dirty, musty. Tip: Ask for a pet free room and maybe it won’t smell.Food & drinks: FYI: no meat or eggs served

Room was clean and bathroom didn't smell funky.When arriving I always check a room and bathroom for bed and carpet bugs and make it clear that's what's I'm looking for, while doing so the employee got angry at me for unfolding towels because of the "extra work" if I turned down the room. I found that a bit disturbing as IF I found bed and or carpet bugs I'd hope the room would be deep-cleaned with everything switched out. Especially since bed bugs can travel 20 feet to a host so they aren't exclusive to the room found in. TV channel selection was small compared to most other hotels.This one isn't on management but if the building ever gets a remodel it could do with an elevator.

I was skeptical about staying here, but my family and I just needed it for one night and honestly, it was better than expected. All of the front desk ladies were kind and accommodating(our shower didn’t have hot water, so they gave us an extra room to shower in). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was actually good.

Nice place, good price. Room was clean and spacious. Pillows were super comfy, towels were soft. Employees were friendly. This place is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, which made it nice and quiet, but there is a Dairy Queen right next door and a small town a mile or so down the road with some more options for food. Fridge and microwave in room. Fridge was small but held quite a bit and kept all my frozen stuff frozen.

Staff was nice and helpful, and out was quiet. But the room smelled like urine from the air conditioner. Also the floor was dirty like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. They didn't have any other rooms and we were too tired to keep driving. Otherwise it was comfortable. Hopefully they can fix this.

This hotel is cheap and gross. We came in at midnight and just needed a bed and a shower. The bed was too soft and the drain in the shower smelled so moldy. The hallways smelled Luke cigarette smoke and the free breakfast was pathetic. I wouldn't stay here again. I'd pay more and get a better place in the city. I was trying to be frugal so this 80/ night looked good. I'd rather pay 120/ night for a Hilton garden.

This is the nicest Super8 I have ever been to! It is beautiful inside, the rooms are clean, nothing smells bad, bed was so comfortable with very comfortable pillows. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, juices, coffee, fruit, etc... This super 8 is in the middle of our drive that we make a few times a year and will plan on staying at this Super 8 every time. Also, their prices are unbeatable! Great stay! Thank You.

Went on a 13 day road trip, stayed at a lot of Super 8 motels! This one was definitely the best of them all. Very clean and one of the best Super 8's I have ever stayed at. Large clean lobby! Big complimentary breakfast, with eggs, biscuit, gravy, waffles and more!!! Room was clean and kept! Donna at the front desk greeted us, and was very pleasant and helpful.

Horrible staff. Went through our stuff. Stole out of our suitcases and got mad when we went to the manager. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I’m a platinum Wyndham member and will do everything in my power to inform cooperate.... honestly don’t have the words to describe how outrageous these people are. The owner Mrs. Patel is beyond ridiculous. The “managers” should not be employed by anyone. If they gave me a room I wouldn’t walk through the door.Asked to fix our ac and heat.. they got mad.... Unbelievable... paid for a week and left after 2 nights. Found food in our beds that we didn’t have. Did not give us any credit at all for leaving early. Did not care that we are writing reviews.Anyone who travels though this area should keep on traveling. There are nice hotels about 15 minutes away. I would rather sleep outside in one of the adjacent corn fields than ever walk back into this place.I never write reviews. Even when it’s bad. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I hope Wyndham looks into what’s going on with this place.

I would never stay here and am so disappointed that this is a Wyndham. Because of how absolutely poorly we were treated upon arrival I’m considering avoiding Wyndham all together. When we arrived my 9 year old was in need of a restroom badly. My husband was in the truck with our other daughter and I rushed in with the 9 year old. Without checking in, I asked to be directed to the nearest restroom. They told me it was broken, I then asked if there was another we could use as she could not hold it. I was told, “no, there are no restrooms for you to use and they are only for guests anyway” after being treated with such disrespect, there was no way, I’d be getting a room there. I expressed my disgust and informed her we had would gladly take our business down the road. Absolutely horrible customer service!

The service at this motel absolutely sucks the little foreign lady if you ask her a question at the front desk she will lose her mind and want to argue with you for 30 minutes she's very rude and does not need to be dealing with the public there is also a creepy little Indian man wondering around the motel which is extremely weird and creepy. It's a very noisy place I would not recommend it to anyone.

I went to check water pressure in the bathroom sink and heard water under it. I looked and the P Trap had a hole that had rusted thru. Which also means the cleaning wasn't done right or they would have noticed it. Went to tell front desk. Lady was really nice about putting us in another room. The Tv was staying on for 5 mins then going off told front desk nothing was done. The timer was not on we checked before saying anything. Then we wake up at 330am and it was 75 in room. AC stopped working. Had to unplug it and plug back in before it would work. Was told the new ACs do that . No they don't. You shouldn't have to unplug then plug back in. Then found French fries on floor by bed (we had pizza) I feel we should have been partially compensated for that. Wasn't offered anything. Not fair in my opinion. Shouldn't have to pay the full price.Would appreciate a partial refund. I understand things happen but should have been taken care of.

Rooms were dated but cute reminded me if retro 60s. Room was up a bunch of stairs which I wasn't pleased with..had lots of bags to cart in and out when only staying a night. Staff was friendly which is always nice. Breakfast wasn't very good..so I had cereal and juice. Coffee watered down. Room was clean minus stains on sheet
