I send this review solely to the pharmacy department. The sheer out right rudness of Casey and employees behind the desk there is astonishing!I can not believe a company handling prescriptions would allow such an mean and incompetent person and or people to handling customers needs, let alone fill prescriptions accurately, some how they always get lost or its sent in too early by the PCP and is not filled. Plus No One Ever Contacts You. I have never had this experience with Walgreens. Frankly no one deserves this woman's abuse. Shame on you CVS for keeping people that are rude and argue with customers!

Pharmacy staff is so helpful! Kelly spent almost 20 min helping me locate a Rx of mine that has been our of stock for months— so grateful for her help.

I would give negative starts if I could. The service is horrible and they seem to have attitudes. There's one lady that works the drive through. Can't miss her. She looks like an Amazonian woman. Big , tall and mean. She has resting B!t@h face and is always rude. I switched to sulivans pharmacy . I got tired of them screwing up my prescriptions. Calling in the wrong ones. Taking weeks to get them filled. Not answering the phones. Letting people wait in the drive through while they fill their prescriptions. I got stuck in the drive through for over an hour more then once.

Pharmacist, I encouraged, was very rude. Told me to go somewhere else for my flu shot. Went to Sullivan's and received excellent service.

The only reason I’m giving you a one is because they won’t let me give you a zero. They weren’t smart enough to run the insurance for my daughter’s insurance. They said it wasn’t covered because it wasn’t pre-approved. They were too lazy to find out why. I will not recommend CVS to anyone. They never have been very helpful or have the medicine ready when you get there to pick it up

waited 34 minutes in line at the drive through only to be told it would be another 20 minutes for them to fill an order that my doctor had phoned in??? This is not the first time for their slow service, but I thought I would give them another chance... never again! 45 minutes later they called to say it would be another 20 minutes... this is ridiculous!!!!!

I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment it was 4:45pm the pharmacy tech took my paper work with out a pleasant greeting I waited 45 minutes before they was able to give the vaccine some how the pharmacy Casey told the pharmacist that I brought in the paper work just a sheet of paper and before that happened he couldn't find the needles for the vaccine shot I had to level I don't trust them with my life I will be contacting CVS district and regional office not only did they cost me time they cost me money and no vaccine I would suggest not doing business in Staunton Illinois CVS

The store as a hole are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are fast, friendly , knowledgeable, and hp the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The cashiers on the store part are the same. I really like doing business with this particular store.

I wish I could put zero stars because that's the type of service I got was told since 11:30 today up until now that my medicine would be ready and it still hasn't been ready I've been waiting 6 hours for ear medicine this is a joke

This is hands down the worst pharmacy you could ever go to. Out of stock all the time, rude unknowledgeable staff and just plain incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
