Very very helpful and friendly. The baggers are a treat. They ask you where Your parked to help you out to your car. I have a bad knee and it’s really appreciated. Check out is very nice. Cashiers are always smiling greet you and say thank you. There are not a lot of places that do that. My pet peeve is clerks on their cell phone. I was in customer service for 28 years now retired. It is so rude to be waited on with someone on their phone. I would never be on my phone while checking out and I would appreciate, cashiers not to be on theirs, thank you so much For such a great service at your store.

This store stays in business because there's no competition for them. Prices are high except for the weekly sale items, which still may be found cheaper at the big grocery stores in some neighboring towns. But, for the local residents what would they do without this store? The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I am a senior with mobility issues. I able to order the things l need one day and have the free senior delivery. For other seniors and myself this service is a blessing. Thank you very much Bill's IGA Staunton, IL.

I love how I only have a 5 minute drive from home to Bill’s IGA. They have such wonderful workers who are always willing to make you feel so welcomed. Their food quality is also very high in my opinion, and the cost is decent. I especially recommend their deli products in the store, yum! The decor in the store also gives you that vintage feeling, and makes you feel the uniqueness of the grocery store. Absolutely wonderful customer service; I recommend shopping here if you’re around the area!

Bill's is an amazing little grocery store, it is so nice to have them nearby when you don't want to go all the way to a larger town for groceries. They have the best prices in the area on meat that I've found as well. The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and such a nice thing to have help bringing bags to the car. I will always sing the praises of this store.

To have someone offer to carry your groceries, and pack them in your car is like a trip back in time. But that is the norm at Bill's IGA. The shelves are stocked with a decent variety of goods, the food is comparably priced, and the meat looks fresh.Expect a smile and a warm welcome as you enter, and a "Thank you for coming" as you leave.

Back when I was in high school for junior and senior year, I used to help out every Wednesday from 1:30pm-2:45pm. I had fun with it and I really missed working here. It was so much fun

This is a wonderful store. The staff are great, very helpful, and help you take your groceries out to your car, if you need help. I love that extra little touch. The store is neat and clean and easy to get around in. Grab a copy of the Owl Creek Gazette to your left, right as you enter, and you can enjoy a good read once you get home with your groceries.

Courtesy service. Even an offer of assistance to carry a half bag of groceries to my car. Wow! Loved the customer service. Had assistance with product location. They didn't point to the isle they actually walked me to product. AMAZING. Worth the extra drive. Worth the bit of extra $$ for the excellent customer service. Instead of going to the big box store, where customer service is little to none. And when it is possible, it's average of mediocre to poor.

Staff are amazing and beyond helpful. Prices are a little on the high side. I gave such a low 2 star review because of all of the overstuffed aisles. If you use a wheelchair or scooter for mobility forget about it! I can't even fit through the checkout lines.

One of the last places that actually asks everyone if they need help taking groceries to the car. It doesn't matter how many bags. Friendly staff. Good prices on fresh cut meats. Selection of sodas you don't really find at other stores. They also have house blended spice selections.

I love a good independent small town grocery store, and Bill's IGA is all that. Clean, well utilized space, great selection, and they followed all recommended COVID-19 protocols. The staff was friendly and competent. Their produce and meat were great! We don't travel through Staunton, IL that often, but I'll definitely come back next time we're through.

Love Bill's IGA. Service is top notch. They still employ their own Butchers, so their meat selection is outstanding. They still bag your groceries and carry them to your vehicle for you. My Wife and I buy most of our groceries there to support local jobs and keep our tax dollars at home.

Great home town grocery store. They have the best meat and deli counters in the area. Great selection and good prices, especially for a store this size. They donate frequently to community groups.
