The red headed short cashier lady couldn't give me my receipt because she was too busy she said. Thanks for the best service. As well as someone hitting my car with their door as I was leaving. The north side walgreens is better than this.

Horrible pharmacy! Put me on hold without warning when answering my call and processed to hang up on me 3 times in a row when I called back in. And let me be clear, I NEVER talked to anyone once! Never a hello or “please wait”, just picked up the phone and hung it up right away. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but this is not okay!!!

The most disrespectful pharmacy I have ever been to. Not a care in the world about your time. Completely rude. These people should not have jobs. I'm filing a formal complaint. There is a cost for the way you treat people.

Best Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too. They actually had all the medications I needed, answered the phone, super nice, super helpful, offered to order stuff for me. Wish I lived in town to make this my full time Walgreens

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS! Went there today to get our passport photos taken then went directly to the facility to get our passport paperwork turned in. The rejected the photos that Walgreens took. We were lucky though because they were able to redo them there. With everything done I returned to Walgreens to get a refund (makes sense to me, the pictures were unusable). Walgreens refused to give me a refund! The receipt even says "Return Value". So they took unusable pictures, won't refund my money but now say "we can retake them for you". YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THAT WHEN WE HAD THEM TAKEN! The passport paperwork is turned in. WHAT GOOD ARE RETAKES NOW????? It is obvious why they have such a low rating. I should have checked that before they walked off with nearly $35 of my money. Buyers beware!!!!! And if I could give them a negative rating I would!

Even if you're insurance only will work with them go somewhere else: Other pharmacys will work with you to look for cheaper generic brands and coupons to lower the price. All 3 locations in Springfield have the same problem. There pharmacy is over worked and under payed and honestly I don't blame them for not putting there all into helping customers.

I have had several issues with this pharmacy that I've never had with other pharmacies. At my first visit I was given a prescription for a different person. That person's name and address was on the prescription and it was still given to me without verifying any of my information. I spoke to the pharmacist about this and he acted as if it was no big deal! On several occasions my prescriptions were ready but I was never notified about it. Today when I called to check on the status of a prescription, I was placed on hold 7 DIFFERENT TIMES for a total of 25 minutes. After the 7th time the phone just kept ringing and no one ever picked up. I never got to actually speak to anyone. And any time I have gone to the pharmacy in person it has been very slow and inefficient. As a practitioner myself, I would be horrified if my practice was being run this way. I'm sure there are great people who work at this pharmacy. But it is being managed in an awful and unacceptable way!

Update: Stopped by to pick up a prescription at the drive-thru around 3:30. There were five cars in line already, so I should have kept driving, but I had time, so I got in line. Figured I could wait. There was absolutely no movement and eventually one of the cars in front of me left. After several minutes, another left. There were now four of us. I finally had to leave as well, leaving three cars, all of which had been there when I first arrived. The car at the window had a lady just sitting there on her phone and there was no one at the window. I figured I’d come back in the evening. They closed at 8:00 that day, so I drove over around 7:00, arriving at 7:05. I was so excited to see no one in line until I pulled up to the window. There was a sign saying there was no pharmacist on duty. Oh well. Maybe I’ll try again tomorrow.Honestly, if there were a CVS closer to my house, I’d switch in an instant.Original: This Walgreens has the worst drive-thru. I’ve been going here for years because it’s close to my house, but I cringe every time I get there and see even one car in line ahead of me. It’s very common for a car to sit at the window for 10 minutes or more. It happened to me again tonight, and I’m sure the car was there for more than the 10 minutes I waited because there were already 2 cars in back of it. I’d like to say this is an anomaly, but it happened to me last month and seems to happen often. My daughter was a pharmacy tech at different Walgreens during high school and college and they were never allowed to let one customer monopolize the drive-they window. Not sure what the deal is at this store, but it’s maddening. BTW, after waiting 10 minutes for just one car, I got out of line and drove home.

Sure it may take a bit to get our meds but they are working long hard hours. Finding staff to fill positions is really tough these days. Staff is always polite and I have not had a problem as of yet getting our meds filled. Give them a break! They are doing the best they can as are all the other businesses trying to push through this health scare.

Absolutely the slowest, most frustrating pharmacy around. I had to call numerous times over 3 days to talk to the pharmacy about my prescription. After 20+ minutes on the phone I would give up. Finally the third day after 15 minutes a human being. Got the scrip filled 4 hours later, went to pick it up at 2:00pm on a Friday and there were 9 cars in front of me and God knows how many probably in the store waiting. Went home, I’ll try tomorrow. I’ve been with out my medicine for three days now. Thank god, it’s not for something to keep me alive!! I am so done with Walgreens

The Walgreens I usually go to on Lindbergh was closed 4 months ago and all of my families prescriptions were moved to this Walgreens. First off, this location while being closest to my home is not convenient for me. I drive out of my way and it’s ALWAYS busy. Line in the store 4 people deep, line at the drive through 4 or 5 cars deep. Service is just ok at best. I will be moving my prescriptions to a competitor. I wrote this while waiting in the drive through, only 3 cars to go. Reopen the Walgreens on Lindbergh or remodel the store on Koke Mill to have two drive up windows like McDonalds. Something has gotta change/give. You’re losing business.

Consistent delays in filling meds. I don't need medication all that often, but when I do, I visit the nearest Walgreens. Tonight makes about a half dozen botched visits in a row. The previous time I was told to return in twenty minutes to the drive through. I was actually very ill. I returned in twenty minutes and advised to return in twenty minutes. There was no explanation for this. Tonight, I have been twice to pick up meds for a surgery I will be having in two days. The first visit, they were able to figure out how to fill one of the four prescriptions, blaming it on my physician for the others not sending the other prescriptions. When I called my physician, they confirmed they were sent. A call to Walwhere provided me a different answer. The computer had a glitch. They said the meds would be ready in about an hour. Back to Walwhere. I waited in line at the drive through and, after a lengthy wait for my turn, was advised that they had two of my prescriptions. One couldn't be located, they must have sold out was his "conclusion," the other medicine they needed to call insurance due to the glitch. Shouldn't they have seen the other medicine when I called them earlier, when I spoke to them and was tokd all the meds would be ready? I was told to come back in an hour. Again. As of the time of writing this, I will not be waiting with bated breath for the prescription. I will return tomorrow with fingers crossed.There is always an issue with this Walgreens. Even though it is a half mile from our house, we will be going elsewhere.As I end this, I received a call from Walgreens, the medicine I am waiting on was filled at another Walwhere?! They are transferring it to the one closest to me. On my way...

This place is horrible. Went for some passport size pictures, made me wait 2 hours. When i told them i want my pictures in one usb they couldn't do that and said I'll have to buy a separate usb for each photo. Charged me 50 dollars for 2 blurry passport size photos. I feel exploited. Never going there again.

Stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told they were unable to take any more prescriptions that evening, even though it was an emergency situation, because they were too busy. I explained it was an emergency, and they said, “then go somewhere else.”

World's slowest pharmacy. Came earlier to pick up meds but the line was wrapped around the building. Been in line long enough to get bored with facebook and snapchat stories so I looked up the reviews, read them all and now writing my own. There were 5 cars in front of me when I arrived quite awhile ago and now down to two... Might get home before they close at this rate!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 5 years and I honestly don’t know why. Worlds most difficult place to get your prescriptions. If I have a question about an rx refill I have to physically go there otherwise I call and call and they don’t answer. The drive through is constantly wrapped around the building with a standard wait time averaging 30 minutes. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else.

these guys almost always are overworked — a very busy pharmacy in-store and drive-thru — but are unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and unflappable. every single person i’ve encountered has never shown signs of stress, and y’know what? if you smile at them, they smile back. if you treat them kindly, they treat *you kindly. they’re great people, extremely competent at what they do, and i am grateful. i wish corporate or whomever would solve staffing issues somehow to relieve the pressure these guys are under.

I was in Walgreens at Koke Mill Saturday morning at approx 11am. Two clerks stocking shelves did not have masks properly on - noses were exposed. Really ?? Clerk did not attempt to properly place mask when I asked a question.

This location is terrible for Pharmacy.. My kid got out of the ICU after 6 days.. the Pharmacy said, we can't make go somewhere else for your order (which is a lie they could have) and started to laugh about it.. Horrible

The worker in the photo department had poor customer service. I was misinformed and overcharged after purchasing passport photos. I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I have had better experiences with Walmart and Shutterfly.

Avoid this Walgreens at all cost .Closing cash registers when the line is 7 deep 20 minutes standing .Surly super slow Pharmacist that was going around people standing in line answering the drive through first . They have screwed up refills going on 2 weeksAll of them look like they never seen a computer before or trained how to move a line of people .

Scrips are never ready or processed with your insurance company, therefore making your wait even longer. I have ordered 3 days in advance and they still can’t get them ready poorly managed !!!!!!!

Definitely the slowest pharmacy in town. Maybe the slowest pharmacy in the world? It’s honestly impressive how inefficient this perpetually understaffed pharmacy is.
