Conveniently located just off Clear Lake in Springfield. Full line of trucks, vans, hitches, trailers, cargo vans, pick-up trucks and more. They also have a wide selection of storage boxes in various sizes. They do take on-line and telephone reservations. The staff is courteous, polite and attentive. If moving this is the place for help.

I had very crappie service, first I want to pick up the truck has to wait like 20 minutes for someone to wait on me when one of the workers was in the office and the other one outside talking to someone, I finally got waited on when one other worker came in from outside. I was grateful he walked in cause who knows how long I would of waited and I ordered online. The worst thing of all is when I got ready to load the truck there was roaches running everywhere!!!!! Horrible experience will never go to the one in Clear Lake ever again!!

Schedule a hitch to be installed on my vehicle and waited 2 weeks for the appointment to be told they are going to have to reschedule due to not having a installer in. The manager, Melissa, scheduled this rescheduled for 2 weeks out. I go back in 2 weeks later(a little over a month after the initial schedule) to find out they still don't have an installer. Melissa didn't even consider calling me to inform this until I came in to drop my vehicle off. I will never use uhaul again, they took my payment as quick as possible but couldn't schedule the install apointment.

I rented a van from the uhaul on Octavia 2 weeks ago and it took nearly an hour to get out the door.. The help was terrible when you could find them even though they were not busy.This time I went to the Clearlake facility. What a difference. The manager waited on me, was very professional, courteous and prompt. A pleasant experience all around. Well worth driving out of my way to deal with them.

Lies, liesThey wait until last minute to let you know location, then change it.They have all them trailers on lot in your area and they will hold them for higher paying. Send you further away to a winding road at end of trailer lots to get where you have choice.One office the employee could not work computer admitted and became frustrated. Pricing was all wrong.Clearlake location totally all wrong. A lady was crying inside and went put bawling. Hhmmm!

Moving can be a horrible and difficult event. Let me just say how easy and pleasant these individuals have been over the past few days. I would highly recommend using this U-Haul facility on Clearlake. The customer service was impeccable and I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the help. They charged me more than the price listed on the rack, they changed the appointment date, they didnt call me when it was done, they were going to cut my electric wire instead of putting on a quick connect harness for the trailer lights. They couldnt get one thing right, Im really hoping they even installed the hitch correctly.

Used U-Haul for the first time,by myself, today and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. I was able to easily navigate their website in order to reserve a truck and then picking up the truck and retuning at the Clearlake location was simple and quick. I truly appreciate the ability to reschedule ( due to the weather) and also appreciate the quickness of the drop off process. The young lady who helped me with the drop off process was excellent in getting me out of there! Will definitely be using this location again.

Staff was great.U-Haul dropped the ball. We drove 1hr and a half out of our way to pick up a box trailer and drop it off in New York as part of our trip. This added over 3hrs extra to our trip.Not only did this waste our time, but the shipping containers were still at the customers houses and not ready for days.Very aggravated. Corporate logistics screwed up.

I've rented here a couple of times and it's always been smooth start to finish. I book online and fill everything out, but be prepared to go though it again at the store before you get the rental.

The pick up we rented fit our needs. This particular pickup seemed to use a lot more gas than the two we rented in July. At check out the counter staff was very helpful. Check in went very smoothly as well. Great staff.

Bought a 2008 gmc cab and chassis for $6500 that was supposed to be in perfect shape.They tried to hide the fact that the transmission was out. Went back in to get a refund and they made me wait two hours to refund my money. Horrible sleazy operation.

When we rent a truck for 4 days, we expect to have it for 4 days. Not to be told to bring it back the same day we picked it up because the manager rented it out from under us to someone else.

The service was excellent I forgot the lady name but she was really really nice also the dog was a nice touch she greeted us when we came in but I think this is a really nice place it's clean I feel like his family oriented and and they were nice and fast I was stranded in Springfield and needed a car dolly And a small truck to bring my car home and they came in through the clutch and I definitely appreciate them I was glad that I met them as well
