After a recent visit to this establishment, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience to perhaps prevent future patrons from enduring the same. The store policy prominently states that customers should not open boxes, a rule I respected during my visit. However, I observed numerous open boxes scattered around, which seemed contradictory and misleading.Upon closer inspection of one of these open boxes, simply out of curiosity and without any intention to disrupt, I was unexpectedly confronted by the staff. Their approach was far from professional; it felt more like harassment than customer service. The situation escalated when the owner intervened, displaying a confrontational demeanor devoid of any customer service etiquette. The lack of empathy and understanding was startling, especially coming from someone leading the business.Moreover, the pricing strategy of the products did not align with the value or quality offered. Many items seemed overpriced for what they were, leading to a perception of the store stocking subpar merchandise at premium prices.Based on this experience, my advice to potential customers would be to consider other options before committing to a purchase here. It's crucial for businesses to remember that respectful communication and customer satisfaction are key to success and reputation.

Great deals. I feel like it could be a bit more organized. I understand keeping costs low by minimizing labor, it would be nice If the things in boxes were removed from the box. There is one guy to open the box if you want, and they get mad if you open the box yourself, which I didn't understand. If I'm going to buy something, I want to see it first. Why can't I open the box, but this guy can? Overall, the place has good deals if you find the right items, but it's a bunch of people digging through piles of items and boxes that are spread across a bunch of big tables. All items are the same price depending on the day.

Arrived at 7:45. Was told they close at 8pm. We were just curious what all they would have and planned on buzzing through quickly. Was told every minute that they were closing at 8pm. At 7:53 we had make it almost all the way through the store and had a few items in our hands that we were going to purchase. We were getting ready to head to the register and the owner and lady said we needed to hurry up because their debit machines go down at 7:55pm.What do you mean? If you're open until 8pm, the machines should work until 8pm.We had no intentions of staying past 8pm and we planned on being out well before then. The amount of rush/pressure they were putting on use made us put our stuff down and walk out.As a customer, I understand your store hours are until 8pm and I will obey those hours and leave your store by then. There is no need to follow me around the store and continue to remind me. We clearly were going to make it out in time as it was 7:53 and we were over 3/4 the way through the store. This was offensive and aggravating. I will not be back.

We went in today and as soon as we went in my daughter had something in her hand and the man said give me that so we did and my fiance had already told me that this man will follow him around and throw boxes on top of what he going Thru and he did and then my fiance moved the box and the man told him he was being disrespectful and he told him no that everytime he comes in he follows him and throws boxes on top of what he is looking at ans the man start shouting telling us to get out ans not come back. I can't believe their employees are allowed to act this way we were not doing anything wrong for him to follow us around and start being disrespectful towards us. We were there ro spend money and he made a scene bc he was harassing us and following us ans throw things on top of what we were looking at.

There will be people coming up to you and telling you not to open boxes, when you are in fact, not opening the boxes. They sell a bunch of Temu items. It’s not horrible, service just is uncomfortable and there’s not much going for it.

It was my 1st time there. Late on a Friday is not the best time to go but I did manage to find something. If you do not mind taking time to go through the bins while others try to look around you or occasionally through you...then this place is for you. It was fun but the employees seemed kinda cranky.

These reviewers have no clue what or why they're smashing their keyboards for. Of course, it's expected that a selection of the items that are at the store will have issues pertaining to it, it's why they were returned in the first place by the original buyer online! It's almost as if it's like trying to find lost treasure and complain about how 99% of your time is spend digging through rocks and pebbles.They aren't going to bother sifting through all that material to provide the cream of the crop. That's part of the customer's, you know, treasure hunting experience! And what you get is what you get and you don't throw a fit.This place is great and when you hit gold, you hit gold. Grateful to have a service like this one in Springfield, thank you.

If you are black stay away from this place you will be targeted by I think he was Arabic owner who was following me and my daughter the whole time then told us to leave because you can’t open anything!!most things are already open by previous people . box was already open so I was showing my daughter the inside ran up in my face arguing and said to get out I try to explain the box was already open he continued to curse and tell us to get out he won’t sell me us my 7 year old had to experience this I felt so embarrassed. He was very racist we were the only black people in the store

We were in town and stopped to check it out. Kind of like the goodwill outlet but smaller and full of amazon returns. Prepare to dig, bring gloves and wipes for your hands. We went on a $6 day and honestly didn't find a whole lot worth the $6 price but we found a few things to buy. I'd be interested to go on a restock day to see what they have. I would have bought more but so much wasn't worth $6. Its hard to see what's what because people rip things open but that's kinda the way these places run. It would be nice if they went though and pulled trash at the end of the day but it would probably take them hours to do. Worth stopping if you love to rummage through junk (which I do!)

There is no organization of products. Would be nice to have like items on the same tables. I wouldn't trust the food that is there most items we picked up were expired.Prices are low that is only positive. But not sure worth the time digging.

I just went here like I do once a week and previously I've had items I've bought not work . So today my daughter finds a camera I go to counter tell the guy my past experience and ask if he had 2 double a that I could make sure the camera turns on he said no so I put it back go to leave. Get in my truck and had triple a in my truck so I go in to test it as I'm about put the batteries in he walks up and sais your not aloud to test items they are sold as is. So this will be the last time me or my other 8 family members who come here weekly will ever shop here. Running a business this way won't last long good luck

Be extremely careful if you use your debit or credit card at this store. It gets declined first then they run it again and it is approved. At the end of the day they force the declined charges through and you get double charged. I went in to get it rectified and he started screaming at me that I was broke and trying to scam him. He said I should stand on street corner with a sign. Totally unprofessional and also they will not allow you to test anything electrical. They sell everything “as-is”.

I think the idea of this store is great. The prices too.But it is a mess! Dirty and dangerous! There are things busted open everywhere. My hands felt so dirty after just going through a few things. Broken items, including glass, buried in the things piled onto the tables. You could easily cut yourself on things as you rummage around. Things are ripped out of the boxes so nothing is together. If you're trying to buy something that has multiple parts, good luck.If they clean up the store, then I would definitely recommend.* I will add that I was there as soon as they opened on Tuesday morning. So this was not due to the fact that people had been rummaging through things all day.

I like the idea of this store. If you are looking for specific items, I wouldn’t recommend, but if you’re looking just for fun like I was, then I do recommend.There are a lot of useless items here, but if you dig through the pile, you might find something you like. Keep in mind that this place is a free for all so everything is going to be a little chaotic, but nothing overwhelming.Also, bring cash. There is a charge if you use electronic form of payments.Would probably recommend a hand sanitizing station since everything is being touched and moved around.I think this place is at least worth checking out.

I went on a $5 day and everything in this store was garbage nothing was worth $5. There was no organization stuff just thrown on tables you have to dig to look at everything. Didn't impress me enough to want to come back.

Decent enough, there's a lot of junk as others have mentioned but that's the whole reason its called treasure hunt deals, You have to do a little rummaging to find stuff worthwhile, which there is. We got 10lb of shortbread cookies for 5$, they make great dog treats. Also found 5 lb of goldfish crackers for 5$. If you run an airbnb and want k-cups and random snacks on the cheap this is the place to go.

Good deals great prices. Be prepared to spend at least an hour or more going through all the treasures you might find. Customer service was great. Bring cash there's a 3% credit card fee. Which isn't bad but if you don't want to pay it . 🤷

Family and I went over the weekend and got a bunch of big items ranging from hammocks to saunas to foot massagers to scooters and many other items for very affordable prices would definitely recommend checking it out

What a fun place. Big long tables full of stuff. Price goes down every day. Today was $3 day. Tomorrow is $2. Wednesday is $1. I'll definitely be back.
