Brought my neighbor's cat here after she was.hit by a car and the owner didn't have resources for cremation. They were very caring and delicate about services and considerate. I would absolutely use their services again if I need them.I don't have a dog, so I have never had need of their dog wash.The store is very cute with quality items.Thank you again for all you do!

If I could give Steven a million star review I would. His kindness and compassion at such a time of loss made all the difference in our grieving process. We got our Goliath back today and it’s a comfort to know that he was well cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

A friend of mine lost her 12 year old Golden Retriever. Tails To Remember came by and picked the dog up. The gentlemen who came in were so kind to her & sensitive to the fact that she had just lost her "friend." A week later I went with her to pick up the cremains & the gentleman at the desk was equally as kind and sensitive towards her. The urn came encased in a nice wooden box. They cut off a lock of the dog's fur and gave that to her in a little sealed clear envelope. They gave her a paw print and a nose print along with a plaster cast of the dog's paw as well. These people are in the right line of work because they're really, really good at what they're doing.

I am beyond grateful for the compassion and flexibility Steve provided me. This loss was especially hard for me and his kindness was much needed to help ease the trauma of saying goodbye to my sweet little Ellie. I can’t say enough good things about this business, when our beautiful kitty Aphrodite passed away we called them that morning, they got me an appointment the same day and were very compassionate and caring during such a hard time.This was a huge loss for our family and they gave us such kindness and a high level of professionalism, everything was explained very throughly to us and answered any questions we had. We got our sweet girl back a couple days later overall it was a wonderful experience with them, if ever needed we will strictly be choosing them for all end of life care for our furry friends. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and stocked. The dog wash doesn't except debit cards cash or quarters only. Free parking. Groomer also onsite. There is also a cute store. They will hand make beautiful dog collars for you. Just a all around nice place!!

You could not ask for a better person than Steve to help you through the process of losing a pet. He guided us through the process and was extremely helpful. Steve and Jeff are phenomenal!They cremated my beloved cat Pookie, 5 years ago, and today I brought them my youngest, Charlie, who died unexpectedly of a massive stroke.I cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen or their business!Not only do they provide a caring, compassionate service to pet moms and dads, but they also have an on-site full grooming service, lovely gift shop with so many dog and cat items I have never in my life seen before, you have got to see it to believe it!....And a 24-hour self-service pet Wash out front.When I took Charlie to the animal emergency clinic late Thursday night, after he died they told me that they used Butler funeral services. I said no, I want to go with Tails to Remember pet funeral services.They were having a holiday open house today when I brought Charlie in. I got to meet family and friends of the owner's, and had coffee and treats to my content!I highly recommend them!

I lost my little girl a few days ago and was referred to Tails. Steve was very kind and caring during this very difficult time. I now have a cute little urn along with paw and nose prints to remember her by. Certainly recommend Tails To Remember.

Where do i start.. the customer service is great the way you can tell they are trying to make you feel a little better definitely goes a long way. The prices are great for what you receive. And they had my baby back to me in 3 days. Never thought i would be needing these services, im grateful for all you did❤️ if you ever need your furbaby cremated and handle with care please come here❤️

I could not have asked for a better experience. They have great attention to detail throughout the entire process and Steve approached everything with an outstanding amount of empathy and kindness. We received a paw and nose print, I've never heard of anywhere else doing a nose print keepsake but it felt perfect for our beagle mix. I would genuinely recommend Tails to Remember over any other place and will be using them again in the future.

Steve was absolutely amazing…very kind and compassionate. I have never lost a pet before and our experience at Tails to Remember completely exceeded our expectations. He treated the loss of our Lacey like the loss of a family member (which she was) and made a heartbreaking time for our family so much easier. I highly recommend Tails to Remember.

We had to put down our beloved Akita down at the beginning of January. We had Tails to Remember handle the cremation and everything after our beloved pet had left us. They came in the middle of the night, handled everything, were kind, caring, and just a wonderful experience in light of such a sad situation. I have recommended them multiple times over these past few weeks to friends. I cannot speak highly enough of the care they gave and how comforting it was to know that we had found a company that took such delicate care of our departed dog.

I love this place!!! 1 of my very beloved family members past away Aug 5th. I took her to Tail To Remember to have her cremated. The owner was the most caring person I've ever met and truly understood what we were going through. He presented her for us to have time with her. He bathed her, closed her eyes and mouth to help her appear like she was sleeping. He allowed us as much time as we needed to spend with her. They supplied a nice box and a few other mementos of her that we could keep. I also believe that the price was very reasonable because I can't put a price on our love for her. Thank you so much Tails To Remember!!!! When our other fur babies pass, we'll definitely return to have them cremated here!!!

I haven't used the Pet funeral service part. They also have a self serve dog wash and a small retail store with very cool pet themed gifts and unique things for your pet. The owners are friendly and helpful. The dog wash is clean and well lit, and they provider towels. It's also open 24/7. It's my favorite dog wash in SPringfield!
