There's plenty of shoes and boots and slides to choose from. I spent $100 on a pair of DeWalt steel toe boots and they are the best boots I've ever had and they're lighter and more comfortable than most other brands or types.

You wouldn't believe these shoes story from Shoe Carnival...Someone pulled the old switcharoo...These wasn't their shoes in the box. I got them at a bargain price 🤣🤣🤣

I had ordered a gift card for someone for Christmas on December 9th. It " got lost in the mail" but I did receive it on Christmas Eve. Gave it as a gift on Christmas then 4 days later on the 29th shoe carnival online supervisor Chris grant had the gift card deactivated. After I already gave it as a gift. Sent a email see the picture below. The first email it's clearly marked Chris grant online shoe carnival supervisor then a couple days later the same guy Chris grant sends another email only this one just says Christopher. These are the kinda games these people play. I called the corporate office and spoke to someone lady told me if I can provide the original gift card number they would put the money back on the card. Who keeps a deactivated gift card do you? YO CHRIS I MADE A YOUTUBE VIDEO AND PUT THIS ON YOUTUBE GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARCH SHOE CARNIVAL CHRIS GRANT

We had a good shopping experience at Shoe Carnival. We found a pair of shoes for each of our daughters. We ran into an issue with the limited number of sizes for the shoes but that is fairly common. The prices seemed higher than previous trips but that is the way of the world now.

How's the quality? Sell shoes you'd find at other shoe stores. Nikes, etc.. How's the customer service? Nice guy helped us. How's the place look from the inside and outside? Inside could be less cluttered. How was your overall experience? Excellent! Were expectations met? Yes. Will you come back again? Definitely. Advice for future customers? Ask for assistance.

Just went in to try on a pair of vans. Ordering on internet from Vans, needed to know exact size. Almost bought a pair while I was there. Nice selection.

Some good yellow ticket prices. $40 and $45 but most shoes $65 and up. The old buy one get 2nd pair half off gone. Looks like they can order your size if not available. Probably for yellow tags too. Going to give a 3.5 because didn't find anything that said buy me. Not enough Skechers or Adidas.

This place has terrible customer service. I placed an order online to pick up in store and the sales rep was rude and lazy. My order wasn’t ready for pick up so they advised me to leave and wait until I receive confirmation that the order was ready (it had already been two hours since I originally placed the order and the website said the shoes were in stock). She was also super defensive when speaking to me about why my order wasn’t ready. Instead of leaving, I looked around the store and found my exact items on the shelves and brought them to the counter for them to bag... something the sales rep could have done from the beginning.

I came into to find some shoes and was helped by a very young kind man who made sure I find what I like for not only me but for my six year old son. I didn't catch his name but he was very tall and had glasses. The customer service is outstanding from everyone and i was in and out with the shoes we wanted in under 20 minutes.

Plenty of attentive sales people ready to answer questions. The layout is odd though, but couldn't put my finger on why. Didn't find what I wanted but my hubby found some nice Doc Martin's.

Was helped to find a shoe by a pleasant associate for only $44 on sale and picked another for half price. The $44 shoes rang up 69 and when I questioned it the pleasant associate laughed and said oh that shoe was in the wrong spot...aggravated and discouraged I did not push the issue do to her level of maturity. Will never buy there again as this was the 2nd time with this similar situation.

WASTE OF TIME - 3 employees on the floor stocking, 2 managers ignoring customers talking about moving displays, but only one register open. When another customer asked the managers if they could help, they said they only have one register! We can literally see another register, even if Shoe Carinval didn't care enough to have a second cash till prepared. Even small gas stations have a back up register. I just can't understand the business model. It's simply uncaring employees doing the bare minimum. I left without purchasing the items I wasted time gathering.

I usually order online from here. They're selection in store kinda sucks. 2 of the shoes I wanted were only available in wide fit. I order online from here and always get what I want.

They had a BOGO Free sale on boots, and I found a rack of boots marked as such, but when I went to check out, they claimed one wasn't on sale and it was a mistake. There were at least 25 boxes of that boot on the rack, and another 20 in a different color, so it could hardly be a mistake. They went off a sheet of paper they claimed was the master sheet of what was on sale, and said only one of the boots was on that list, however they didn't let me see the list.Plus, the total came to $98 but each box was marked $39. I know the tax wasn't $20. This isn't the first time this has happened in that store I've heard other customers having the same problems at checkout.Also, the boots were horribly mis-marked. I wear a size 7, but ended up in a 5 in one boot and a 4 in the other. I spent a couple of hours trying to find something to fit me, only to walk off without anything to show for it. I wasn't about to pay $20 more than full-price for two boots clearly marked BOGO Free.

You never know what you'll find in this store. It's packed with shoes, boots, slippers, socks, and more. Running? Camping? Shoveling snow? Come look. Need a padded insole? Got em. Shoe polish? Stuff for your suedes? Yep. Stock is always changing, so stop in.Today, I found exactly what I needed for an upcoming wedding, and a bonus on the clearance shelves. My most favorite brand, in the perfect size, discounted and then half off that low price. Wow! Mom, Dad, kiddos too. We're all happy at Shoe Carnival.

Worst shoe shopping experience ever! Asked about getting help to size my foot and got ignore by every employee on shift. Had to return the shoes I bought because they were way to tight and the employee with blonde hair did not catch her name tried telling me those shoes are always tight on people. Which to tight of shoe can cause sores on the feet. Staff was not knowledgeable and just plain rude! Won't be returning to this store!!!

There are lots of shoes and brands to choose from, I am disappointed because it used to be buy one get one half price and it's not that way anymore , I just can't believe the prices of shoes nowadays. The employees don't really talk , that kind of disappointing too, it's not like it used to be , I guess that's why I don't go there very much anymore.

Let me in 5 minutes early before opening (never happens in retail) extremely curious and helpful staff made a stress-free exchange for a different size shoe to be shipped to my home. Absolutely A+ in every way.

Always like shopping at this store. But if 10 people are in line waitng... why not open another checkout. I asked will you open another register? She said No. Very politely but come on now. If I weren't exchanging shoes I would of left the store.

The staff was friends and helpful. They really didn't have a very good spring collection. They usually have really cute Keds, spri gtime flats, and every color Puma you can imagine. Not this year. They have to s of black and tan. They bathrooms were clean but there was no public sign saying where they were. They played no games even though the store was packed. They had a good well marked clearance section.

I had went the day before & found a pair of shoes that I wanted. But then found out they had all boots on sale BOGO. So I went back that following Mon. Was great. Great savings on 3 or of shoes & boots.
