I had bad experience working with some big plumbing company. They are trying to sell you their annual service instead of helping you solve the problem. But not Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing. It is our second time using their service. Had a sewer line backup at night. Robert and his buddy showed up and quickly helped me resolve the issue. They also used camera to help me identify what caused the problem in the end. They are very professional and I am very satisfied with their work. The price is reasonable even it was late night work. Strongly recommended.

Technician Johnny responded to our emergency call out Saturday late afternoon/evening to replace our whole house water shut off valve which the lever broke off in the off position. Johnny was very professional and completed the repair efficiently and clean up the area after he completed his work. He took time to answer any questions we had, very impressed with the quality and professionalism of his work. Thank you Johnny for getting our issue resolved.

We had them come out to fix a main water line. The thing I appreciated the most about them was that they were clear and upfront about their pricing. The lady that took my call brought out a price book to help me know about what it would cost, and that quote was within $50 of what it ended up costing. It is also a reasonable price and they are not out for your money. They were incredibly helpful and communicative, and arrived on time when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone, and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

What a relief to find Rick Ray! We had a sewer line clog so we reflexively called Roto Rooter. They couldn’t clear the clog and were pressuring us into a 9k dig and replace. Then we called Rick Ray. His team immediately (and correctly) diagnosed the problem, installed an outdoor access and cleared our lines for less than 1/3 the price roto rooter was asking. We feel like we dogged a bullet! Highly recommended!!

Ryon Kleppin and his assistant, Jimmy, were the gentlemen who fixed our sewer pump. They were extremely polite and even more professional. Their attention to detail was precise. They put foot coverings before coming into our home. They had the parts on them! They did the job quickly and efficiently. They left the work area clean and in working order. Called Rick Ray and Sons after having issues with our sewer line backing up. Rick and Brandon came out, ran a camera down the line and showed me what the issues were. I received a thorough explanation of what all needed to be done and why. Another company was just going to replace the line without even sending a camera through to make sure it was bad. These guys showed a lot of integrity by not trying to sell me on goods and services that were not actually needed.Update: We had a whole house trap taken out in the basement, new sewer line clean out put in the driveway and reconfiguration of our kitchen plumbing. The crew was friendly and professional and explained what they were doing and why. Quality workmanship and they cleaned up after themselves. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast, and the receptionist was very kind to speak with. The technician showed up earlier than expected, but that worked out great for me!
