Good store, nice staff, easy to find what needed. Just wish they had more options at times for wet cat food. I may be a supply issue. About half the time we go we have a hard time finding the flavors and texture of food our cats will eat in the brand they like.

I stop in to get a tie-cord that was stronger 💪🏾 for my 🐕 dog, cause he keeps snapping the little cheap ones. It's been holding up so far.

Well... I used to take my 3 year old male Basset hound here. He was fine for multiple visits. One day I came to pick him up and the groomer told me he did not secure him on the table and my short Basset jumped to the floor when the groomer turned his back. Now, I know it doesn't seem like a big deal and yes the groomer admitted his mistake. We have now been fighting bulging disk problems in my 3 year old Basset. He is only 3! So the 'little mistake' has now cause my dog a life long problem that will only get worse with age. We will never go back. When I discussed this with his orthopedic doctor, we now have, the Vet confirmed that height and impact is probably what has started this long line of visits and medications.

When I first took my dog, they said they couldn't wash it well because it didn't sit comfortably. When I took it yesterday, they said they couldn't dry it well again because it didn't sit comfortably. If it were comfortable, I would bathe my dog at home. and there is still a burr in his eyes. not clean. I do not like. I won't take it again.

Lilly was phenomenal! She was training two new employees while PLEASANTLY providing assistance to several other customers. She was kind, professional, and efficient! She is knowledgeable about all the animals and you can tell she really loves them. Thanks Lilly!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. It always seems like the store could be cleaner. The bathrooms were clogged/not functional when we visited the last 2 times.

Haydn was a great help with cat litter. When Lilly offered up help with the newest brand of litter, Haydn was very eager to learn about the new product. Lilly was also very helpful in recommending another product I needed. Great team! I will be back for sure!

me and my boyfriend came at almost closing time (not intended it’s been a long day for us both) for cat food and litter, the woman at the checkout was extremely kind! made the checkout process quick and easy, and made fun conversation! we didn’t catch her name, but she was a redhead. (petsmart if ur reading this she deserves a raise or atleast a bonus) <3

My friend and I went in to look for an inflatable collar to replace the cone of shame her dog was wearing. We were approached by a very helpful employee who showed us the collar his dog was wearing. My friend bought the collar, and we went back to the house and put it on the dog. It is so much better than the cone. So thank you very much to the kind employee who helped us out.

They had what I was looking for. I went to the local "Farm and Home" for some flea stuff for my dog, but they couldn't even answer the simplest I had after purchasing some "Advecta" (which doesn't work), so I ended up going to "PetSmart" and ended up purchasing some "Frontline Plus" (which does work). I also picked up some "Twist Lick Oral Gel", and it does seem like it is helping keep Lucy's teeth cleaner, so I will keep using it until the possibility of something negative in the news pops up (like product recalls, and such).

I’m not sure why, but I feel like most of the people who work here don’t realize that customers expect you to be knowledgeable and want to help them. A lot of people are wanting advice on how to add or change environments or get ready for a new pet, whether it’s a bird, fish or reptile, etc. I have been here many many times, and it’s always something that’s off. Either the associates working don’t care, they’re goofing off, no one’s around to help, they’re clueless when it comes to answering your questions… like it’s just a paycheck to them. When in reality, you’re going into a pet store. Often times, people know exactly what they’re looking for, but also many times people are coming in unsure with questions and hopes that the people working at a PET STORE, will be able to help them. I blame corporate, they will hire anybody to get spot filled, but they should really focus on hiring people specified with knowledge on care and maintenance of the pets you provide. I remember a time when there were such associates, especially in the fish area. But I guess those people have gone. Which I don’t blame them, the overall way it’s ran is like even the leadership aren’t sure what they’re doing. If you shop here and have questions, best bet is to do some research beforehand like I do. Just a quick google search and you’re already more of a pro than the very people who operate the pet store. It’s sad. Good luck!

HUGE selection. Store was very clean and well stocked. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish this chain would put more effort into updating their stores. Just seemed like it needs a modern face-lift. Other than that, no complaints!

I like the ease of their website and the friendliness of their associates. A smile while loading a 42 pound package of cat litter into my car. When I needed to change cat food for my picky eater cat, an associate discussed all the pros and cons of the different brands she might eat and would be best for her. I will shop there again. My cat appreciates them also.

I went to get my dog groomed. They did a phenomenal job! Ten times better than our vet, and $60 cheaper!! I paid $87 for full service on him! That was a deal to me. I dropped him off, they were all very friendly with me, and very gentle with Bo, as he was definitely scared. They gave me a 3-4 hour window. I was called within the time frame provided. I did not have to pay anything upfront, and I was asked if I was happy with the cut. When you show up for your appointment, you have to show proof of all vaccinations and answer questions about temperament of your animal.After being skeptical of a "big box store", they definitely changed my opinion.

I have been going to Pet Smart for years I have a toy poodle. Yesterday she was groomed by Rachel. She did the best job! I loved it!! I will be scheduling with Rachel from now on! Thank you so much Rachel!!
