They have really good facility very nice people but too expensive I don't buy anything there I just like to look it may be my next stop to get a guinea pig maybe when I'm ready they do let you handle the animals so that you can see if you connect PetSmart will not I will not go back to PetSmart

Morgan in the dog salon is hands down the best. She's the only person that can consistently get my dog to let her do his nails and she's so kind and gentle with him while doing it. 10/10. So long as she's here i'll never take him to another groomer.

the only store in town where i can find Primal freeze-dried dog food, plus the sale prices are really good for a decent amount of time...the employees are always very pleasant and helpful...i like when they have birds in the cage upfront - love the sounds!

So I bought a heat lamp bulb from them for around $30. It quit working after a couple weeks, so I called to see if they would replace it. They said yes, so I brought it in to exchange. They looked up my purchase in their computer and found it. Even told me what day I bought it, how much I paid and everything. Then said since I don't have the paper receipt there's nothing they can do, even though I told them on the phone I didn't have the receipt and they said that was fine. What a joke and a rip off. This use to be my go to place for all my pet needs. It was close and convenient. Not anymore. I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. If they want to lose out on thousands of dollars a year in sales over a $30 lightbulb, so be it.

I have only been to this store twice. I just left the second time and I have to say that I am beyond impressed! The first time I was there I was greeted and welcomed. They said I was not just a customer but a neighbor. Now that’s all nice and everything but the proof was in my second visit. A month after my first visit, I returned. I was greeted again. They remembered what fish I had! I said I was checking on their tank sale and they even remembered what size aquarium I was looking for a month before! Their prices are amazing, their tanks are beautiful and their fish look fantastic. All of that brought me back the second time, but the personal connection has officially made me a life long customer! I can’t wait to get back!

I love this store and I am so glad it's on the North end! The dog wash area is awesome!! You can stay as long as you need in a safe well lit area and not a car / dog wash. The are no time limits. Shampoos and towels are provided. The staff go out of their way to help you. I support this store as much as I can.

Our dog, Noire, loves going in. Staff friendly & accommodating. Store clean & well kept. Love the awesome, frequent coupons. free delivery saved me. I was swamped & couldn't get to store for food.
