We've been taking our Sheltie here for the better part of a year. She always comes back to us looking more gorgeous, and she's already a beautiful dog. The owner and staff are exceptionally nice to deal with, and the price for their services is really reasonable. If you have a smaller dog (ours weighs 23 pounds) this is the place to take him/her.

Jessica is absolutely wonderful. I have taken my dogs to her for grooming for many years. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about the pets she grooms. She always has excellent advice for me. Jessica exudes confidence and it is apparent she herself is a pet lover. Jessica and Ian are always pleasant and I always feel confident that my pets are in capable and caring hands when I drop them off.

So professional! They really go above and beyond. They called our vet office to check on immunizations, they called me the day before to remind me of our appointment, and you can send pictures to their Facebook messenger so the groomer knows exactly what you want! We've had horrible groomers in the past but these guys put my dog and me at ease. We will be sticking with these guys for sure!

My dog had an ear infection and was having medicine put in ear daily so we had to cancel an appointment and they wanted to charge us a $25.00 deposit to make another appointment after never missing or rescheduling an appointment in the past.The man who runs the front is never very friendly and my dog hides in the floorboard of the car the past few times we have taken her so this is probably a blessing in disguise. Won't be returning to this groomer.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff very unprofessional and cuts were always choppy and uneven. Have a 5lb yorkie mix and they were unable to complete a haircut due to “safety reasons” but still charged full price. Dog had never been aggressive before. Say they don’t do haircuts for dogs over 50 lbs but I’d argue they can’t even complete haircuts for small dogs.

We now take both our rescue dogs to Ian. They always come back looking fresh, clean, and wonderful. Terrific grooming service and nice people to deal with.

I have been taking my baby girl to Pawsitivity for years they always know what i need done. I love how nice and kind they are when I call or come in to the shop. I am always happy with there service and baby girl looks amazing when she leaves. Me and baby girl say thank you.

They are great at what they do. I take my two terrier mixes there to get their nails trimmed. My dogs are calm the whole time.
