Took in our Bissell upright. As suspected, it needed a new belt and a general cleaning. Deanna provided the repair quickly and at a fair price. Also bought new bags for our Miele. We've used the Oreck Store several times for repairs. When we need a new vacuum, we'll buy it here.

Deanna took an older expensive Dyson vacuum and completely rebuilt it for a very reasonable price. It’s like brand new again. She replaced the HEPA filter, a broken hose and a pre filter plus cleaned the brushes. I’m amazed at her technical expertise. This vacuum is as good as new and will last many more years. I highly recommend this store!

Deanna always takes care of us and we only get our vacuums from her. We own a cleaning business and we need reliable vacuums, and Deanna sets us up with great equipment and always does excellent work when our Orecks wear out (we use them a LOT…6 years of daily use on at least one of them).Only go to Oreck in Springfield. Otherwise you’re gonna pay way too much for junk. Deanna’s prices are fair and she doesn’t sell junk.
