I visited the store 2 days ago and my son and I went to the restroom and it was disgusting. Trash all over the floor not even hand soap. The door to walk in is turning black of how much dirt it has. That was the beginning of my visit. Open drinks all over the place and mess all around. Does the management team actually care? The cashier was nice. That was the only good thing about the visit.

I have been a loyal shopper for years. I wear an XXL. For the last yr. I have been driving in Illinois Wisconsin and Minnesota. Your stores have almost nothing. 1000's of sqft of a store and there is literally 31/2 ft of rack space on 1 rack. That's it. I'm done

I came in an hour before closing to try to find an outfit for a photo shoot. I gathered up what little they had in my size and went to the dressing rooms. The dressing room attendant threw her hands back in exasperation, sighed out loud then said, “Go ahead.” I stood there stunned for a moment and she waived her hand at me and repeated, “Go ahead.”I tried on the clothes, hung them all back in the hangers properly and returned them to their spots. I’m sorry she was having a bad day, but I honestly did not deserve to be treated like that.

The store was a bit of a surprise their phone system has a voicemail which gets you to service people very quickly. The inside of the store is a bit clunky which is why I gave at 4 instead of 5. Despite this clunkiness the people who work there know where everything is at always big Plus in my book. They were able to get the product I came looking very quickly as a result I was able to make it an in-and-out trip.All in all I'll be going back to this store.

so these employees enjoy repeatedly misgendering their associates and continue to use the excuse of “oh, i keep forgetting!” and when asked if we could our pronouns on name tags, they say no. are we sure we should be hiring employees who make even their associates uncomfortable??

I just love this store!!! Sooo many GREAT deals and the staff is so nice and helpful. We even found fidget toys that we were looking for and couldn't find anywhere else.

The clothes are extremely affordable. If you want to try skin care iteams marshals is a good place to go they have a huge section for it and it's pretty cheap to go there.
