Normally this place is wonderful. But they dropped the ball today. I placed my online order and waited like normal. What wasn't normal was watching multiple other people who checked in after me or didn't order online come in, get their stuff and leave while I sat there and waited. And waited. And waited. What should have been a 5-7 minute transaction turned into over 20 minutes. The budtender was cool and apologized. The back needs to get it together.

Hidden fees when redeeming rewards. Online price after order not accurate 80% of the time. Management can't give straight answer (one says one thing, the the other says something else). Other than that quality product and very helpful sales staff. Had to change my review as issues have come up. Sure they will work the bugs out eventually.

Not bad products or people but they are making it harder and harder to find a great deal. I can find multiple dispensaries in this town with better prices. Share Dispensary is very affordable. Even with double points for rewards at Maribis I still save more elsewhere this is a fundamental sales problem.

My issues were the not so wonderful attitude and judgment by the staff. Every time I'm in there. But hey everybody has a bad day. The judgment is disgusting. You guys should maybe try to make ppl feel better, not worse. Moving forward... of course I'll be bk. If you ever get chem 91 rso bk in stock lol. Have great day!

Employees are cool and all but the company is 👎🏼They won't honor their online deals and always try to backdoor you and reclaim what they are discounting. I would rather just go to ascend, much easier process and better deals with clear lines on what their deals are. Would recommend to avoid this location.

It feels alittle "upity" when you 1st go in, but the friendly staff definitely warms things up. They are informative and helpful. It's a HUGE change from the back seat of a strangers car that was new in 82 and is now 97 waiting for hours hoping not to be robbed, stabbed, or both just to get an eighth of what turns out to be ditch weed.....(which we were grateful to get). I mean the staff is great.

Not sure who is in charge of pricing this businesses' products, but they shouldn't be doing that job. Super inconsistent pricing on products. You'll have the discount brand quarters for $30 1 week, then $50 the next, and have eights for like 70 and 80 on other brands, which is ludicrous. It's all the same quality pretty much. You should get some flat rates, preferably at around $120-150 an ounce. Anything more than that is greed.

To many problems with this place. Lack of response on faulty vape pens. Between the rude employees/security and parking lot becoming a huge hole like the last lot, I think I’ll stick with the new dispensary’s in town. The manager is terrible. Amazing they keep her in this position.

Weed is eh . Security makes me leave my bag on a chair to go in but 3 mins later lets someone else walk in with his bag. TF. At least be consistent.

I put in an order on Saturday, November 25th and drove from Jacksonville to pick it up. When I arrived the business was closed due to uncontrollable circumstances. However, there were still people walking around inside and answering the phone while I was standing at the door with money. After calling repeatedly the next day to see if the Saturday deal would still be honored I was told that was a decision for the manager who doesn't work on the weekends. How convenient. After speaking with the manager, who had NO compassion or cared at all about the situation, I was dismissed regardless of how much business I brought in. Are there ANY medical dispensaries in IL that still care about the patient?! PLEASE comment and let me know if there is, because Maribis does NOT CARE!!

The staff here are ALL great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. THE PARKING LOT LOOKS LIKE WAR TORN UKRAINE! I hate driving/parking here. I now need a front end alignment. 😩12/25/23 UPDATE: 👍on the new place!

I love the speed of service, and super friendly and helpful staff. I on average spend a hundred to one fifty a week at the Denver Drive location. Unfortunately they have gotten rid of the brands I always get so had to take my business to another dispensary. I would still recommend Marbis because of the awesome staff.

A varied election, with a wide range of prices. Very knowledgeable staff. Controlled and professional setting. Good parking available . Handicap parking and accessible.(Edit:7-2023..The New location is immeasurably more updated. )

been loyal customers for over a year and will never step foot or spend another penny at a marabis store due to rude employees especially the security guard. there have been really great people there as well but unfortunately the disrespect and rudeness we’ve experienced is not okay. hire people that actually are decent human beings to paying costumers. Ascend will now be getting my business

I am basing this review on one person that seemed to be on a power trip. I have been purchasing from this store since they opened. But due to the rudeness and disrespect i received I won’t be back. everyone has been friendly except this big young guy at reception. I don’t know when I’ve been spoken to this rudely and I was so upset I was shaking. This guy doesn’t like women. I will go to Ascend from now on since Maribis does not want my business. Too bad this one bad egg had to represent them. You would think they would hire people that know how to talk to people and not show prejudice. Done with maribis.

Pink haired lady was extremely rude, including grabbing something out of my hand. All over them not letting me use the points on something that it allowed me to do online. The manager at the other maribis was very nice and helpful

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good product. Just got home from Springfield and I just wanted to say thanks for the help today with my order and my rewards. Everyone is so helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Prices are great!! Thanks to all of the employees!!! Updated Dec 2nd 2023. The menu has had the same vape cartridges for a really long time. I always buy 1gram indica carts and you just don't have any. I will always shop here and I am hoping for some new products. As of now you don't have any and I'm sure hoping that changes. Please get more variety of 1gram indica carts 🙏 thank you very much. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I would rather not have to go to another dispensary.. I do not use Airpro so those don't work for me.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any dispensary across the United States. I couldn't get anyone to make eye contact, not even the fella that "checked" my ID. Legit didn't even look at me.The bud tender wouldn't talk to me or give me any recommendations being from out of state. Couldn't tell me anything about the strain I chose either. What he DID tell me is that he he's had better days, and that he isn't going to get screwed out of his break again like he did the prior day. This was literally my first stop in Ohio and a huuuuge disappointment.Try harder. Weed is supposed to be a good experience.

I have cleared all my points and no longer shop with maribis. It doesn't just stem from one incident. The staff is rude anymore hell the other day I went in and the budtender ask me if I was going to be long cause he was getting off work. SAD!

I used to love this place. It had great friendly service 98% of the time, but now, in the new place, I feel that they could care less about whether I do business with them or not and was told by a Manager that if I don't like it, sorry about my luck and there are other Dispensaries.

Recently got my medical card and the staff have been a huge help with picking out good choices for pain management. Be sure to put in an online order if you want the process to be quick though.
