Magros is awesome!! We take a cow there and have them do all the work, all the cuts came back exactly how we asked for them, nothing skimped, no shortcuts, just a great job of butchering and processing, are family will definitely keep using them every year!! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone else is going to get a potion of the beef we order.

This place takes the time to do things right!!My family has been getting hogs and cows butchered for the last 3 years and I was really impressed when I fried some bacon tonight OMG best we have ever had!! Very nice people and and I can’t believe how fast we got our meat back. I don’t mind paying a little more when quality and service is this good!! Thanks Magros I will be back!!

Most of the people are pretty nice there however. There are old products on the shelf I bought some bread that had to have been sitting there for over a week I had no idea until I got it home. I bought some frozen teriyaki chicken that was completely tasteless. Their deli meat was pretty good though. Everything was anywhere from 2 to 4 dollars higher than everywhere else.It reminded me of a “bodega” in New York with a bunch old stuff on the shelves. The chicken and fish are frozen. The red meat counter wasn’t horrible though, I don’t eat red meat though. I find it highly unlikely that I’ll go back. Buying over priced stale bread was kind of a dealbreaker for me.

We just purchased our first bundle from Magros. The service was great (same day), with very friendly and courteous staff to go with it. After dealing with big box stores this experience was a refreshing change. Keep up the good work.

Love this place for fast meal pick ups. Have to come here for my ground chuck. It seems like all the other grocery stores are only selling ground BEEF. My daddy taught me better than that! No ground cow lips in my burgers thank you very much!

Went to get red shots and oxtails. They were out of both. We ended up leaving with catfish nuggets and neck bones. They always have something I want. The employees are very friendly too. Just a friendly place to shop.

Nice alternative to big and medium box chains. It's not just for meat anymore either. They had a nice selection of local and regional products. Great sale offers on fresh deli meat and cheese. Place was clean, staff were nice and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. 10 of 10 would go back again.

Great little market with very friendly staff. Cashier always greets me when I come in. This was one of the only places that still had meat left during the intial Covid-19 panic buys. My dog gives them 5 stars because they provide the best leftovers for her 🐶

I shop here almost everyday. Every single person there is so nice and helpful. Some things are a little pricey but it's local and worth every penny. You don't get Magros service or sense of community at WalMart, you know?Plus they have good sales and seem to rotate what they have in store. Always something new to try!

A wonderful clean store with a large selection of meat and cheese. I always see something new and yummy when I visit the store and the employees are gracious and helpful. Plus it's around the corner from me. As of 12/7/2018 O found that they now have chilli bricks that are very good. I used mine on their Nathan's hotdogs and made chilli with the rest. It is absolutely phenomenal. I hope you enjoy some . The one I bought was in the meat case and not frozen.

Place was clean but if you’re going for steaks don’t waste your time unless you plan to empty your bank account. They are way overpriced and can get better quality filets and strips for more than half the price at other meat markets in town. Will not coming back.

I would give them 10 stars if possible. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection of meat. I like to know that my meat is from local farmers and shopping here allows me to support them. Cannot recommend them enough!!

The filets we purchased were cut to perfection and the high quality steaks were absolutely melt in your mouth delicious (no grizzle whatsoever)!!!! So fresh, this will be our "go-to" shop for all future meats. Wow

Not very impressed still. Tried them when they relocated from Auburn to Springfield and thought they were a bit high priced then and their meat was about the same as anywhere else. After 3 years, I tried again and the meat is far worse than it was before. Grissly and tough. Overpriced for the quality. I'll stick to meijers meat

Little pricey but well worth it. About .25 to .50 average more per pound higher quality of meat than Wal-Mart. Better prices when you buy meat packages though.
