Had a great experience at the Springfield IL location. Service by DEZ was exceptional!! We were ordering 8 giant subs at dinner time and he was very helpful and polite. I was able to do everything by phone. Picked up the subs and everything was ready. Easy peasy!! Subs were the best too!!

I had to wait over 30 minutes before the staff could "get" to taking my order. From what I understand this is very typical of this location. They can't keep people employed here. My guess is that they're putting way too much responsibility on one person so that person quits and they have to hire new people to replace them over and over again. If I wasn't getting a sandwich for my son I would have left after 5 minutes.

Had a Philly Cheese Steak regular sub. Size and price were good, but the sub was way too salty!8/7/2022 We went back for lunch and I had a regular tuna with pickles, lettuce, and mayo. My wife had the veggie. Both were good. The vanilla-agave cream soda was delicious. Add a * to my earlier review.

Jersey Mike's in Springfield IL is great! Our orders are always correct and are usually done before the pickup time given. The customer service is spotty but for grabbing a delicious sandwich quickly, this is the place to go.

my family and I are regulars at the wabash shop and we love it! although we went in on Wednesday 01-04-2023 between 4:30 -5:00, the G.M., the only reason I know he was the g.m. is because he kept telling everyone who he was, was yelling at an employee while she was on her break, about how she needed to come back because they were starting to get busy. this was happening while he keep interrupting the other employees while they were trying to make sandwiches.... he would step in "because im the only one who knows how to do this"he was clearly the reason for the backup. then he kept trying to make small talk with customers by talking about all the other sandwich shops he used to work at. he was very unprofessional. the sad part was you could see his team was completely demoralized by his presence. we will be back but only when he's not working because the rest of the employees have been wonderful!

To whom it may concern....Concerning the Springfield, Il store on Wabash...regarding an employee by the name of GeeGee...My husband and I are in your store 3-4 times a week. She knows our order, and asks either hot or cold. She is the ONLY one that will have make a Philly Cheesesteak for me, and she knows how I like it. She also makes my mini #7 perfectly. She is very kind and pleasant and always send me little notes on my wrapper bag, which makes my day. I called and talked to her tonight to let her know how much I appreciate her and her kindness. I'm glad she comes to work and always greets customers with a hello and smile. So, if she ever quits, you will lose 2 very loyal customers. One last thing, is the second store in town ever going to be started? Thank you.....Karen Comerford

These guys not only have good sandwiches, but the employees keep us coming back weekly. I truly appreciate the guys there. Sandwiches are delicious.It'd the nice staff and familiar faces that keep me coming back.Vegetarian options: Veggie subs are great here. I've tried it a couple times.

This Jersey Mike's has gone down hill. The attendants were out back smoking. The Mayo and some of the veggies were not sitting in the chiller, for who knows how long. The person making the sandwiches did not where a beard net. Very disappointing.UPDATE.Have revisited a couple of times recently. Staff were on duty, bright and polite. Very positive experience. Back to the Jersey Miles I expect and enjoy

DO NOT order Doordash from Jersey Mike’s. I am a highly rated dasher, and the employees told me that they don’t care about door dashers and door dash customers. Very poor for business. Wait time was terrible.

I revisited Jersey Mike's tonight after having not gotten the chance to go because of my busy schedule and since Covid. I must say this visit was wonderful, they are currently an order online or carry out establishment at the moment, however that does not deter them from still creating delicious and mouth watering morsels. The stores have safety measures they are enforcing and using to help keep customers and employees safe, the staff is helpful and friendly, and they have many options to fit every meal preference, truly sandwiches that deserve nothing but praise, the company lives up to their slogan "A Sub above the rest." 10/10 highly recommend

Very first time trying Jersey Mike's and from the time we walked in,we were greeted and made to feel at home! The new guy working was very nice,enthusiastic and engaging,also very funny! We enjoyed our sandwiches tremendously as well as the customer service. I hate I can't remember the young man's name to include it,but he told us he was new. Love how personable he was,we'll definitely be back when in the area!

One of the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. Staff was rude and very unfriendly. My sandwich had a hair all over one side my husband's sandwich the roast beef was dripping blood! I will never be back to this location. I didn't care complain the manager was less than pleasant with customers and staff. No clean tables to eat at either. Just awful!

The #13 original Italian is my favorite Sub of all time. I am a big proponent of support local but I hate to say it Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite sub shop. Honorable mention for the big kahuna if you prefer hot subs. Keep cranking out delicious-ness please Jersey Mike's!

I have been going here for the past couple years. They’re usually great when I go in and order. Everyone’s nice and we converse. The issue is in the past couple months, when I’ve ordered online through DoorDash, every order has had some issue. Missing items, wrong ingredients, and today I got a completely different sandwich. I don’t know what the issue is, but maybe there should be some quality checks before orders go out.

We hadn't had Jersey Mike's before. I appreciated the consideration they took for assisting us with gluten free ordering. However, they did somewhat forget to finish our order and it took a little longer than we intended for our lunch due to this.

Hard-working staff and great sandwiches, can take some time at lunch because it's all prepared fresh- worth the wait. Don't forget Mike's Way with pepper relish!
