I stayed at Rt 66 Hotel over the weekend. Made a couple trips to the store. Manager was very nice & cashier (Travie) welcomed everyone that walked into the store.

Had zero problems with the store. Was clean and well stocked. Better organized than most I have been in, I had a problem with an employee named Chris at this store. I asked for a lid to a container that I had found in the back of the store and, not knowing where the lids were, I asked the cashier Chris where they were located. He responded rudely with "Well maybe if you looked in the lid aisle". When I went to check out, he cut me off multiple times when answering questions and was rough with the goods I was purchasing. Guess I'll be using the self check from now on.

This store like all the other DG. The isles are cluttered up and a trip Hazzard and another lawsuit waiting to happen. And how can they continue to sell food that is months past expiration date. Four times in a row got expired food. Sticking with Walmart

Tucked away yet, convenient location for Southern View residents to shop or just pick up a few items on the way home home from school and work.. It's great not having to make a trip across town or go to local grocers and pay triple value. Management and staff are very helpful and friendly at every visit

A Manager was training a new employee. They were very down to earth and helpful. I didnt feel rushed as i took my time to look at every single beauty product. I mean everything. Awesome job ladies.

The prices were the good part but I found the store extremely messy there were displays that we're stuck out into the aisle and the aisles over all were very narrow and there was items in Iles that they didn't shouldn't have been in for instance a sports drink in a amongst toys for kids a kitchen item in with stuff for like your swimming pool.To me the store had the definite smell of uncaring personnel.

Very messy and not very organized but i find the coolest stuff that i dont see at other DG stores, and they always have good clearance sales, and their cashiers are always friendly and ready to help....and even though its not organized to me, they know exactly where something is if you just ask them.

This visit wasn't the best. It literally appeared as though a baby tornado blew through the isles. I've shopped here a few times in my life. This was the most bazaar experience ever. Let me clarify that it wasn't filthy, it was a messy.

When I entered the store, I asked the manager (I assume) if there was cash back. He said yes, yet looked very irritated with me. After shopping I also asked if he would be able to split a $10 into two 5 dollar bills. He took my ten, looked at me, and in a very rude and unpleasant tone asked if this 10 dollar bill was real. He had barley looked at it, and had no counterfeit pen to verify if it was in fact real. I know for a fact it was real and yet had to persuade him. It’s not my job to verify if the $10 was real. I did not appreciate his short attitude with me. All businesses and establishments should carry counterfeit pens. I would turn around and take my business elsewhere if he was behind that register again.

Not the cleanest store, but good for a quick stop... I dont know many older Dollar Generals that ARE clean... They focus on building, and less on updating... That building is an icon in the village, it could sue some tlc..

The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store. The lady was very courteous to me as a customer. And I will definitely go back there again.It's my favorite Dollar general. 😎

Isn't this store still less than year old? It didn't take long before this store has become completely trashed in and out. I would bet less than another year there will be bars on the windows. Waste of an city ordinance on landscaping.

This place is a mess. Had a sign advertising Marlboro cigs for $5.06 a pack. Someone had changed it outside. I didn't want to be a jerk so I told them they needed to take it down or honor the price.

Had stuff in the way and my nephew found a box cutter just laying open on the ground. Then needed more people to help the lady who waited on me was Fantastic Four the store was crowded with stock that needed to be put away

Fun Store to Shop! Great deals/safe location. Has a big blue US postal mail box on sidewalk, which are rarely seen these days. Plenty of parking.

Some staff is okay but the majority seem like they hate their jobs and would rather be elsewhere. There are always boxes laying around and it feels disorganized but their prices are good and the location is convenient.

This store is easily the dirtiest messiest dollar general ever in order to shop there bring your own flashlight and get a tetnus shot before hand !always merchandise blocking the aisles no order to the way any thing is put away if it is put away, terrible place dark dingy parking lot and even worst inside i would not go here ! needs tore down and a new store put up.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Dollar General I can run in grab what I need and out the door I go I've never had a problem with the associates there they've always been very kind

Generally a great place to grab a few grocery essentials. Staff is nice. The small parking lot can be difficult to navigate sometimes.

Its reasonably priced. The store itself is claustrophobia waiting to happen..things are to close together, and often there is just chaos on where ans whats on shelves..

I wish I would have taken pictures of the inside of this store, because it was filthy and things were scattered everywhere. The store manager was rude. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that particular store.

This place is cramped and messy. The staff is fine but half of the items are in boxes or scattered everywhere or just unorganized. It is also not very clean.

Aisles messy, hard to maneuver cart around all the random stock ,I had to move heavy items to push my cart through to get to laundry soap. Looks unorganized and confusing.
