A really fun and inviting atmosphere and always seem to have all the products you could possibly want or need. My son and I have gone in quite a few times now after discovering the place and the staff is always awesome and very friendly. We went in last night for the new Yugioh Rarity Collection as a reward for my son's good grades and the owner, whom I wish I would have thought to ask his name by now, gave him a very positive interaction just as always.I really, really like both this store AND its personnel!

Nice store! Good selection of MTG, dice, board games, and miniatures. It was busy with Warhammer gamers this afternoon, so we didn't interact with any employees, but it was worth stopping to check everything out.

This is what an old school gaming store should be like. Huge selection of miniatures. Tons of dice. Plenty of games in an organic environment. Great playing space, too.

Love this place! They have a large selection of table top gaming and card game supplies. If they don't have what you are looking for they can get it!The people working here know their stuff and can answer you questions easily.They have Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Magic the Gathering and a lot more here. Dice, figurines, terrain. Whatever you gaming beast desires!This place has gaming groups that meet weekly to play if you want to join. Check it out.Great atmosphere!

Very friendly staff even though they were incredibly busy. Was really nice to see all the people in there having fun. It was also really nice to see that they were LGBTQ friendly as someone who is openingly trans, actually got treated like a normal person which was refreshing. Can't wait to come back in and maybe work up the courage to join one of the many events that were on the calendar.

Great local TTRPG, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer 40K and miniature battle, and board game headquarters. John was super friendly and helpful, and Linus was the loveliest dog ever! So sweet! Of all the game stores in Springfield, I chose this one because the photo of a gentleman (name left out here) wearing an amazing suit and tie sitting at a table gaming, screamed, "My People!" Go check them out and look for custom gaming mats made by the unnamed photo gentleman. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped by for the first time today. The owner, Carol, was wonderful and very enthusiastic! Ended up buying a really cool large die. Fur baby Linus was also such a delight! We will definitely stop by again :)

Very nice owners who are patient and enthusiastic. They don't mind you taking your time looking at their vast inventory. Clean and welcoming, but the best part is the way they treat their customers. Linus is also a very good pup host!

Really friendly place. A very nice dog came over and greeted me when I arrived. Pets were given. They had some great Christmas presents for friends and store was clean. I hope to make it back next time I am in town.

Honestly, love going to this shop. The staff is super friendly. Its kind of a small business compared to 217, but I think thats what makes this one so unique. They always have DnD sessions scheduled, and they always have some kind of event scheduled throughout the month. Each employee has their own area of expertise, and an endless amount too! I would recommend stopping in to support them no matter what.

I really like the quality and consistency of the products at DHG, While I understand cards that are near mint get 60% of original value it’s still money. 🤩The only bad experience I had was when I went to trade in my Demonic tutor (foil mythic box topper) and received a complete devastated look on my face when I heard $147. I decided to keep my demonic tutor and sell it on eBay for much more. But the store is great, I have a wonderful time with my social group and love the community. Thank you John 🙏

Love this place! I have not played or bought magic for over 10 years and then owner talks to me about what has changed and got me up to speed. John (the owner) always loved helping anyone out. I may try to get into DnD and he will be the first person I go too for it! Prices are always great and selection is vast. If you are a gamer, check out the store.

Great place to shop for cards and supplies. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a certain card and they knew the expansion that the card came from. They host tournaments and are fairly priced with their cards. I plan on going there in the future for my next purchases.

A neat Game Store but could be better organised. If your buying anything they perfer cash to the point they offer 5% off. They also dont preprice single cards so if you want to buy more then a few it takes extended time during checkout. Also dont go in with a migraine. You will understand. :3

John is exactly what you want out of a proprietor of a store like this. Knowledgeable, sociable, and above all, honest. He can answer your questions, and will direct you to what you need to buy to make your wishes come true, without trying to sell you things you don't need. If you feel like you are in over your head learning how to paint miniatures, or start table top gaming like D&D and don't know what books to buy, this is the place to come to get started.

Very Freindly Staff, with a decent selection of TCGs in case on display and sealed product. Has nice hardwook tables that certainly beat the plastic ones you would find at most other game shops. Has a huge selection of minatures and paints to choose from. Would reccomend for any TCG player or tabletop players.

Frustrating. First bad experience was being "accidentally" double charged.Mistakes happen though. So I wasn't going to hold a grudge.This time I was looking for a specific game, called ahead to ask for the price. I was told it was 60 dollars. Come from out of town to get it same day, it is 75 dollars.Service was poor, too busy talking to his friends about videogames to help.The place was a mess of cardboard boxes of inventory being unpacked everywhere. Looked like he was moving.Great selection of reaper miniatures. Good selection of boards games. Great selection of card boxes and sleeves. They have dice and magic cards.Pay in cash.

People are friendly. (^u^) Always willing to help newcomers. Prices are good. Play tables and game areas are well setup for tournaments and walk-in casual play. Is good with all sorts of different card games with packs and boxes a plenty, a good selection of Table Top game pieces (Warmachine, Warhammer) and plenty of Board Games of many different types (with expansions as well). Plus a bonus of a neighboring burger bar in the 2 spots from it in the same strip mall (and other food and drink places nearby). So it's got a lot going for it. If you're in the area and play TCG or Table Top games or are looking for a good community of player base to get back into it, then you should really give this place a shot. (^w^)/

This place is the best! The owners are super helpful with any questions you might have as well as incredibly hospitable. When playing D&D in the adjacent gaming room they brought brownies in for everyone to enjoy.

I've been going to this shop for 20 years now and it is still the best gaming shop in town. Wide selection of tabletop board and card games, miniature painting supplies and RPG books and dice. If it isn't in stock the owner can order it and have it in a few days.

As hard as it is to find a table top game store, its even more rare to find a good one. Large variety of games, clean and professional environment, owner is VERY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Massive selection of miniatures for T2RPGs from Reaper, almost every book from pathfinder/DnD3+, Warhammer, boxes and boxes of MTG, board games of almost every type. Don't have a place to play? There are a multitude of tables there. Need more people for gaming? MTG and RP groups there everytime I go in.

Sorry Travis you were double charged but you brought 2 items up to the counter and decided you didn't need the second item without telling me. The board games were 25% off so you probably got 2 different prices one with the discount and one without the discount. Either way you would of gotten it with the 25% off(best price in town). You probably didn't here the discount oh well. Sorry about the cardboard but when you get a massive amount of orders in its got to go somewhere. It was later cleaned up. Sorry not sorry about talking about a video GAME. I didn't start the conversation about video games but we talk about games in general. PSSS...even games I don't carry. We accept cash, mastercard/visa, and even paypal. I'm not sure why you said pay in cash.

Very nice little shop. I like that the gaming area is separated from the sales floor. Friendly staff. One draw back was that it was difficult to find. Access from the road appears to be from the back of the building that Die Hard is in. Over All a wonderful shop :)
