BIG LOTS IS MY FAVORITE STORE. I wish we had a Big Lots in North Platte. I love their furniture selection and home goods. I grabbed two cute little planters that are perfect my for kitchen. SUCH A GOOD STORE.

Without a doubt, the nicest Big Lots I've ever seen. Well stocked and good employees that are courteous and helpful. Anytime I'm up here from St Louis, I'll come here for whatever I'm looking for! A++++++

While shopping is always a lot if fun here. I always walk out with many items. They have a variety of items & their holiday isles are always full of bargains. Was very excited to hear that they opened up a second store. My girls & I love shopping at Big Lots. Friendly helpful Service. Never crowded isles. Store is always stocked well. You will love it too.

This is the best Big Lots I've ever seen in my 55 years. Always clean and shelves are full. Such a huge selection of items and I always find interesting things no one else has. The staff is great too

Not a bad place though it does seem to have a cluttered look to itHowever I realize that this is the nature of the place it is kind of a surplus storeDespite this I got a really good deal out there chairs for 30 USD each!

Worst store ever!! We ordered 2 chairs for $740 not only did they not have the chairs they also told me it’s going to take a week to get my $740 back. I was never called to be told my order was canceled. Canceled on the day of delivery with no call or email nothing.Manager told me it would be a week or so to get my money back. If I want it sooner I should go to my bank.I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!!So they sold things they didn’t even have and I have to wait for my money.Btw..... customer service people speak broken English and are hard to understand. Plan on being on hold for at least 45 minutes when calling Big Lots 1-866 phone number on the website.I will never shop their dumpy stores again.Have a nice day!

Love this store. It is so nice to have a Big Lots on this side of Springfield. Store was super clean and very well stocked. We were able to find everything we needed and then some. They have a very good selection of food -- much better selection that some other Big Lot locations that we have been at before.

It's ok over priced iseen some pictures that Dollar General has for $15 & Big Lots wanted $30.Nice stuff but over priced as far as I am concerned. I did see some things that were nice and not priced badly either. But I am looking for the DISCOUNT part of Big Lots???

Bad customer service! Cashier was on the phone the entire time she rang us up. She didn't listen when my husband asked about why no prompt came about about the rewards card. When asked about linking the purchase to our rewards card they claimed they didn't know how, though we had just had a similar issue at another Big Lots in town and the some how managed to fix it easily. The people working at this store are just poorly trained and have an attitude about things that are part of their job.

The new store on the West side in the old Kids R Us is nice. Very clean and well organized. Big Lots does not update its stores or renovate them like some of the other chain stores do. Go enjoy the fresh look.

Always have a variety of items. Found towel sets on reduced shelf. Purple and gray. Great gift for my grandson and girlfriend!

The store was clean and the cashiers were pleasant .I went back to the furniture department.....where I was pleased at the professional attitudes of the employees. They even let me know, it would only be a soft hit on my credit...if I wanted to buy some new furniture or bedroom set. I will recommend this Big Lot store.

The Springfield store seems to be getting more furniture in stock, gives a cleaner impression, and had fairly priced merchandise. It's not the deeply discounted place to find everything old that I remember from years ago, but in a 40-min walk-through, I found several items that I'd forgotten I was interested in. It's very conveniently located just off I-55/I-72 on the east side at Stevenson Drive, & worth a look.

It may a bit run down with not as good customer service and cashier's attitudes. May be hard to find what your looking for here unless your looking for holiday decorations and outdoor furniture. They do have indoor furniture like couches, recliners, etc. They may not be the best but it's a pretty OK place for a easy in n out!

Ok only gave it a 4 due to its a Big Lots...really a 3 otherwise. Compared to the one in Quincy it is much more expensive with less selection. Still found some bargains but excepted more.

It's not like years back when Big Lots was affordable. I found it to be overly priced, and so very few items for Halloween. The holiday section was mostly Christmas.

You may or may not find it here but that is Biglots. You never quite know what you will find so If you see something you want.....BUY IT! It might be the last time you see it. It is not the best organized nor the cleanest store in the world but it can be fun to shop in to find that odd item you can't find anywhere else.
