A lovely online interface, easy to navigate and no hassle. I enjoyed the cleanliness and obvious secure site to come pick up my order. Friendly staff and an ATM as well. This is a well streamlined process, with good products. Always a good stop when passing through. There are food options abound surrounding the store as well as gas and lodging.

The whole experience was easy. They have products you can view on the floor. You order at a kiosk but there are people available to help you. Prices were very reasonable.

i went here religiously for about a year and loved it... recently the staff has gone downhill quite quickly... i walked in and ONE other customer was there yet there were 7 people huddled in a circle at the counter just staring at me.......... when i took a step forward the first one to address me told me she wouldnt help me LMAO it was so weird... not really sure how i used to love going here and the budtenders would be nice and every once and a while even spark up a conversation.. now i get stared at by middle aged men and women who act like high school bullies........... its just really weird now and needs some work or some people need fired ngl

We ordered 7 grams of shake and only received 3.5 grams.They didn't have our order right in the first place. Had to send it back. So you can't open it until you get home. It cost $126. So frigging mad. Never will return. Lost long time customers! Will go to Maribis.

Great store. Great experience. The whole time everyone called me by name, had my order ready despite being super early, and the checkout process was quick and easy despite me needing to make changes. Caleb as great. Ended up with overall an incredible experience, super efficient, 5/5 stars. Even got some free stickers!

I’m always a fan of Ascend, especially at the Horizon Dr location. Great selection, nice and clean environment, and awesome staff. I love the addition of the kiosks. Tonight I had an amazing associate named Diamond check me out. She was super knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me edit my number on my point club membership, so it’s associated with my new number. Thank you Diamond and Ascend!

Don't order online and expect them to have your product in stock. If by chance they do and it's a sale item; I assure you it won't be on sale. So save yourself some money and take the time to drive to Michigan or just hop and skip to Maribis. At least at Maribis they are friendly and honor there prices. Plus the point system, so much better than ascends😂. For IL. Go Maribis 👍👍

Me and my boyfriend go here and don't get me wrong it's normally 50$ for a 1g cart , we haven't been in a while and were about to go and was looking online and they increased tax if it's over 25,%THC it's automatic 17$ plus the normal state tax for a 1g cart they want 92$.... Not ever getting out business again

Well I must say this location blows downtowns off the map. The layout is awesome & being able to look at things in the store provides an overall better experience. They are better staffed as well and everyone is great. Andrew helped me find a brand of particular gummies I was looking for (lost farm-HIGHLY recommend) and Richelle got my order ready super quick. My cashier was nice & explanatory in everything which I love. Great customer service, & great dispensary!

I really like your stuff, but your website being down today is keeping me from ordering online. I'm a single shop kinda guy, Maribis is right up the road, and their website's working fine. Gonna try again in a couple hours; but if I have to go there today and they treat me right, you might be losing my long term business today. With the pricing out here, I know you have enough profit to pay for proper tech support.

so they usually have good prices and staff is awsome but this time i grabbed a miracle alien cookies .5 vape and it is horrible. the oil is litterally diluted to where some is clear some is yellow. i know it was a daily deal but still, the hits ive taken have no flavor other then pine and not sure if the part of the oil i hit just has diluted to have no thc there but i litterally cant even feel the high nor is there any weight to the vape hit feels like im smoking 0 nic juice with no flavor. stay away from the botanist brand.update: the response was basically nothing seems wrong, i tried smoking on the vape for a good bit and just winded up with a headace and the high of regi. this is not the dispensarys fault but do not buy botanist brand.

Well organized, no nonsense. Be ready to show ID no matter your age. Then, you enter the a door that takes you into the "store." Great smell when entering. Nice selection of exquisite hookahs, regular pipes, accessories from pipe cleaners to CBD lip balm. Browse, or order online to pick up. Prices are not bad; but be ready for the SALES TAXES! My order came with a hefty $155.00 in taxes. Staff is helpful & product knowledgeable. They give you great help for all your needs. NOTE: Please remember to put your newly purchased items in your trunk. Just as if it were alcohol. Enjoy!

This place is dope! I come here often and it’s better than the other one in Springfield, especially if you’re looking for on site parking and less crowds. They’re efficient and kind every time. I most recently had Trisha check me out, and she was kind, mellow, and informative. So far, pretty much everyone here has been wonderful. Highly recommend. :)

Fast service and ample, convenient parking. Also 98% of the staff are so great-helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. But there are a couple of long haired dudes that are consistently complete tools. Rude, not helpful and dismissive with more than a hint of condescension from the old one. You 2 vibe killers can get bent, but the rest of the the staff are superb.

I’ve always loved Ascend because their website is super easy to navigate and I’m able to even search by weight which makes it so much easier than scrolling like some websites. I was just in recently for some products and got lucky when I saw an amazing deal and was able to get it at a lower cost than I would’ve anywhere else by a landslide! Also got some amazing flower at insanely good price for the kind it was. Had a friend tell me of people getting upset they couldn’t find the same deal and getting mean and just downright rude, isn’t this stuff supposed to mellow you out? This is the best dispensary in Springfield. They have a fantastic section of products. Just the other day I got some pts pure flower it was great. The price was even better. Everyday they have deals on the counter if you're not jumping on them you must. Their website always has a great deal on it. I can keep talking about how great they are or you can stop in and see for your self....

I have frequented the Ascend on Horizon Drive since shortly after its opening and can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad experience there. The staff is always friendly, the selection is great, and the prices continue to become more and more reasonable as time goes on making it overall just a great place for all your cannabis needs. One recent experience really stands out and is what motivated me to write this review. I went there a couple days before my pay day with very limited funds intending to try and use some of my rewards points to get my product at a discount. When I arrived at the counter the associate, Dalton, informed me that the rewards system was actually down. I feel it’s important to note that this is an issue I’ve rarely if ever experienced with Ascend as their rewards system is very generous and reliable, but of course it would happen the one day I don’t come in with a little wiggle room in my budget. After I told Dalton about my money situation he immediately assured me it would be no problem and helped me find a product that was similar to what I ordered but was within my price range, even going as far as to apply a slight discount to it as a courtesy for the reward system being down. Overall it was a very positive experience and one that encapsulates what basically ever visit to ascend is like; fast, friendly, and easy.

Update! They sold us CBD AND THC+A NOT WHAT WE ORDERED The spot was great until we walked in we were quickly bombarded by a bigger girl with blonde hair and a bad attitude. She quickly asked for IDs wasn't very friendly and hustled us through the door like we were inconsequential clients. We went in a little discombobulated by the whole thing in the front of the store but the bartender was very friendly and super awesome and we like the product. But we don't believe we'll be returning as we are travelers and this was the worst experience we've had in any ascend we have visited. I don't believe she should be working in the front, it could be me but she seemed a little stuck up and she definitely was very rude dismissive even as we tried to talk with her as she checked our IDs.
