We scheduled whole house carpet and tile/grout cleaning. They were able to get spots out of our carpet that had been there for awhile and clean up our grout and tile. Our carpet looks so much better and has new life. Overall a great experience. We will be using them again and recommend them.

We purchased vinyl flooring from All-Pro after some water damage in our home. The sales process was fine. They were patient while we picked a floor. They did not prepare us for the new floor being thinner than the previous floor. The installation wasn't done as we wanted and no one came to inspect after the floor was finished. The installers left a gouge in the drywall and our calls about that were left unreturned. The floor is not as durable as presented and the trim work is falling off. I understand nothing is going to be perfect, but the real irritation is that there is no service after the sale. We would have been just as well off going to Lowes and handling the details ourselves. Ben and his team did a great job on our carpets. Ben was courteous, polite and gave us several tips on caring for our carpet. This is one of the few companies I contacted that was willing to come out to our home and give us an estimate. Many places wanted to give me an estimate over the phone, but I was skeptical they wouldn't charge more once seeing the amount of carpeting in the home that needed to be cleaned. The gentleman from All-Pro who came out to clean the carpets worked efficiently and the carpets had a marked improvement when he finished. Best of all the carpets were dry in 6 hours as promised. We will definitely use All-Pro in the future!

The guys were very professional and the carpets looked good when done. the price was great. I used this company to clean a church and they did a very good job there as well. My only regret is that we didn't do the pet deodorizing. I was moving into a new place where the former owner had dogs but the place didn't smell and the guys said they didn't think it needed it. When I walked in after the carpets were cleaned it had a "dog" smell. The cleaning must have brought the smell out of carpet.

All Pro was recommended to me by the manager of Hickory Glen senior living .she told me that they steam clean the carpet and that's the best way to clean.They came and cleaned my mothers carpet and did a great job in no time at all.I had them clean my daughters carpet who has a 4 year old so they had some stains.The carpet looked like new after they finished.These guys are great very professional and very polite and they they don't charge you an arm and a leg.I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Their cleansing of the carpet and steps was thorough, and they used an enzyme-based cleaner for our pet-stained areas which worked really well.4. I saw the wonderful job that All Pro did getting a coffee stain and a chocolate milk stain out of an off white carpet. I had them clean mine and was happier than I have ever been with the results.
