This McDonald's seems to have a lot of problems. There is never anybody to take an order. On my birthday I did a mobile order, went through the drive through and they completely ignored me! I had to park my car and go in. On my birthday!They also don't have a soda machine that customers can access and to have them get you a soda takes forever!I'm not sure what the problem is? They don't want customers? I thought they were discriminating to me, but I saw a couple others having trouble too.They also cranked up the AC so high you could hang meat in there. (That might have been personal to me).One bathroom stall in the Women's side was broken too and there are only 2 stalls.If they want to stay open they might consider pleasing the customers, just saying.

Came in with a group of about 40-50 runners and the staff was so nice to us and very efficient. This was my first time at a McDonald's so I was unsure on what to expect but overall it was a good experience. I got a number 5 (a combo with a 10 piece nuggets, drink, and fries). I tried my friend's drink, a chocolate shake and would recommend it! Its delicious but has a stong chocolate flavor so make sure you like chocolate if you get this. The staff quickly made everything and it tasted amazing! In summary this place is a affordable, good option when your in a rush!

CHECK EVERYTHING before leaving, especially if you go through the drive-thru or carry out. 8 out 10 times this place will screw up your order. Today, no exception, I ordered 2 doubles with no cheeze and one fish sandwich. What I got was two fish sandwiches and one double. When I went back they gave me one fish and two doubles but WITH CHEEZE. So they even screwed up the screw up. Just a Bad place.

Normally I’m not one to complain but this place has gone downhill super fast. Came in for dinner and the young girl curly black hair was vaping in-front of a lobby full of customers. My food was for here and upon trying to find a table I quickly learned that none there were clean. The floors were dirty and needed swept under the tables.

The two people at both windows today at 12.30pm are so fast that the first window person told me I can do a add on at her window. Then she got my order wrong n the guy who handed to me refused to coke back to his window to fix it. They should have fixed it.

Staff is always extra accommodating and understanding. Being a vegetarian in the valley, it feels good to be understood and remembered. Lobby is always clean as well as the restroom.

I called this mcdonalds before I left the 2nd mcdonalds to see if their ice cream machine was working. They said yes it was working fine. I get there and they were super nice and very nice employees. Will stop here again. They said we are always making sure our machine is working when the Shamrock Shake is out. Thank you spring valley. 5 stars.

They got my order wrong (which happens), but the way the lady in the 2nd window treated me when I asked about it is what prompted this bad review. It was the order takers mistake, not mine, and I was very nice about it. I've never been given a look so full of hatred and contempt in my life, I just wanted to get out of there. It was enough to prompt my child to ask mommy what's wrong with that lady? This store needs to pull it together, I doubt we will return after that.

I took my seven year old to breakfast here today and he literally took one bite out of his eggs and pulled a black hair out of his mouth.. He was so disgusting he wouldnt even touch anymore of his food. Talk about disgusting. The lady who handed us the food literally had hairthat matched what was in his eggs. Wont be coming here anymore. I took photos, of course it wont let me attach it here.

When you don't inform your customers you are only taking cash when ordering, then you should except a fifty for an order that was 23 dollars. But no instead had to drive to Priceton to get the kids food. We was traveling. So so so wrong..

I am totally blown away by the incompetence of the staff.Simple! You give an order! You speak with EVERY pronounced syllabal! You say it as clear as a cloudless sky! You repeat it! The order taker repeats it! You pay for it and then........... You pull up to check the order! You find out that EVEN WITH clear communication between the two. The THIRD person (THE PREPARER), DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO HIS MONITOR OR LISTEN TO THE ORDER OVER THE HEADSET well enough.I wish McDonald's would treat me like a SINGLE PAYING customer that they got the order right. Instead, I am one of the BILLIONS they proudly boasts on serving. And one of the BILLIONS that they continue to show. THAT THERE IS NO PRIDE in doing the right JOB.PLEASE TEACH PRIDE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, and The value of doing their job RIGHT!

The McDonald's in spring valley is a lot more expensive than any other McDonald's I've gone too and don't know why. My buddy gets his triple cheeseburgers at his McDonald's for $2.59 each were there 3.99 here. Egg and sausage McMuffin used to cost 2.29 now suddenly they jumped up to 4.29, but the sausage McMuffins are still 2.29 so they charge you an extra $2 for an egg. The deals are not the greatest with the online app. The food's been okay there, my hamburgers usually taste fine but my fries are usually lukewarm and not fresh. Drive-thru is pretty quick so no complaints there. Just giving them two stars mainly because of the price differences between spring valley McDonald's and peru's McDonald's. Almost better off going to Culver's or something now cuz of the prices you pay for McDonald's you could be spending the same at Culver's and get a lot more food.

1 star: Was joking in the vehicle about ordering an ungodly amount of food without the intent of ordering it, obviously so when I came around they threatened me and told me they'd make me pay for food I didn't order. Which is obviously not legal.Not to mention this same store messes up my orders almost on a regular.3 star: They've made some improvements since however service is still a bit slow. Could be dropping fries more fresh if they feel a person might get them when they're cold despite being dropped fresh.

Don’t really put McDonald’s like that but since I’m out here, I really don’t have a plethora of food options. I get the same thing every time I go and the food is always hot and fresh. I guess McDonald’s does taste decent if prepared right.
