The manager Wendy talks on the phone while ringing up customers. Sits outside all day and says rude things about other employees while she smokes cigarettes in front of the door.. the parking lot is nasty and she doesn't do anything.

For a brand new store it has fantastic potential. I love the new model with lower shelving for the home decor area. I almost always find something I can’t live without. Opportunities for this location would be to find a way to work the incoming freight without making the isles impassable. That is my biggest pet peeve and it seems to be a constant among many of the locations.

This store is NEVER open. EVER!! AND is ALWAYS A MESS!! they never get their truck put awayIt's always hanging out in the middle of the isles so u can never get their or find anything . I'll just just start driving to the one in DePue. At least they are open and you can actually get through the isles.

Store seems to close all the time throughout the day. I have tried going there 4 times since it in my way to work closed 3 of the 4 time in the middle of the day.

Lady at counter today is amazing. Very no e and polite. She even took time to look at my pictures. AWESOME.

it is set up way different than most. And what I could tell there wasn't enough people working to ask a question where things were. Overall the employees that were working seemed really nice.

Very little stock in the aisles! Neat ,clean, friendly. New store. I may drive the 8 .miles to this store because the stock is on the shelves and not blocking the aisles!

Dont be in a rush ,they're very slow ,plus they run sales and only get 2 of what's on sale .wont honor raincheck but as soon as sale over with, you guessed it they have plenty of it .
