We all absolutely love this place! Careful screening to eliminate personality issues and to create a fun environment, nice and loving staff, with a one of the owners pretty much always there, excellent grooming service and convenient hours. Our puppy attends puppy daycare there couple times per week and she is always very excited to go there. She plays there, explores fun parties and events, and always comes back home happy.Highly recommend it, thank you all!

Our dogs have been going here for years. Wonderful staff, that love my pups. Never had an issue here. They also groom and board. All dogs are screened. So I know my dogs are safe there.

A very good grooming service with self-serve options, too. They are very busy, so appointments are hard to come by. Overnight, boarding, and sitting services make it a great options for all types of animal families.

My husband and I were looking for a new boarding place to take our 2 Great Danes while we were on our Honeymoon. It has always been a struggle since they are such big dogs and they have a lot of weird little quirks. Not only did they let us take a tour, but they told us to come whenever as they wanted us to get a true sense for the place. That made us feel so good! Our dogs had their own big private room and got a bath and nail trim for free since they were there over a week. When we picked them up, the girls were telling us how well they did and about all of the little things they noticed or discovered throughout their stay. That right there showed me how much they truly cared for our dogs while they were there. Not to mention the adorable "report card" we got for Goose and Bella (pic attached)!! We 100% will only be using Fur the Love of Dogs Inc from now on!

I love Fur the Love of Dogs almost as much as our dog Jack. The staff is very nice and I can tell they all love their jobs. I love the updates and "report cards". I never worry when we board Jack and open pack boarding is such a great way for Jack to feel home away from home.

I've been taking my pup Ekko to Fur the Love of Dogs for 4 years now and can't begin to express how much we love going there. It is clean, great prices and feels like home. Ekko can't get there fast enough and enjoys every minute. A thank you to all the great staff for always taking such good care of my boy and making him feel loved.

I can't say enough... we absolutely LOVE Fur the love of dogs!! Amazing staff that genuinely care about your dogs. It's extremely clean, and doesnt smell in there. Our pups love going there and are always happy. I've never taken them to a place like this, they go up and above. They come back happy, clean, with a kerchief and a picture!!! We will never go anywhere else!!!

Revised: I can clearly see that management has had a conversation with the staff. The place feels more welcoming and pleasant to be in. Thank you for the follow-up and creating a fun/safe environment for our dogs.Not sure what happened to this place, but the help lately is not friendly, nor do they seem to like dogs!?!? Rolling eyes when you drop off or pick them up? Bad attitudes. I normally wouldn't leave abad review, but this has been on a consistent basis. Sadly, I'm not the only person that has experienced this. My neighbors no longer bring their dogs there. Please have a meeting with your staff.

I had been very disappointed a few years back when I had my Great Pyrenees in. She was basically shaved. New management, it seems, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of her grooming. Fur the Love of Dogs did such an incredibly outstanding job. They followed my request entirely. I will be back and I recommend Fur the Love of Dogs highly.

I am so impressed by the staff here and their facility! Every staff member has been so kind to us and they are so good at what they do!! They are the only ones I trust with my pups. I started taking my two pups to doggy daycare to get them more socialized and used to everyone there because we was planning a short weekend vacation a few months down the road. My one pup has anxiety and is iffy around people but he warmed right up to everyone and I know its because of how amazing everyone is. He even let them cut his nails and thats a HUGE deal. At night they get lots of loves and cuddles. I got many updates, videos, and pictures when I reached out too! I was so heartbroken to leave my babies for the first time but they seriously eased all my worries. My family and I appreciate them so much. I really cant say enough amazing things about them. Thanks Fur the Love of Dogs. A+++ Staff <3 <3 <3

I felt so incredibly blessed to find this facility before my last minute trip! I even went out of town near a holiday. I felt so at peace leaving my dog here because the staff was so kind and friendly. They were also willing to share pictures of my dog via messenger so I knew that he was having a good time! I highly recommend taking your fur baby here if they can't travel with you!!!!

I am not from IL and was recommended for the love of Dogs by a friend and had the best experience! Lisa groomed my two shih tzu mixes and I could tell she really cared and loved what she does. She made sure I was happy with what I got and took great care of them. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Fur The Love Of Dogs last winter it was truly a doggy saviour! I highly recommend all of her products as each item is made with care and love. We continue to use this product during the hot summer waves as it adds a layer of protection for your fur babies. My first visit and was pleasantly surprised by everything.. the staff definitely loves animals, it was clean, reasonably priced. I witnessed a staff member very gently reminding a pet parent, basically not to wait so long to bring dog for grooming. It was handled so kindly and respectfully while still seriously speaking up for the welfare of the animal.. i was so impressed.. these people will get my business.. so impressed.. oh and mani/pedi well done

Amazing staff. Kitty took super extra special care of my very senior lab when she bathed him and trimmed his nails. She made sure he was ok throughout the entire process and gave me a nice progress report when I picked him up. I trust the entire staff completely and won't go anywhere else.

We tried to call to get our pup into daycare because we had a last minute change in our work schedules and the phone was never put on hold so we got to hear an employee yell NO to there being no space for our dog today and then continue to describe her high energy and ,why I would assume, there happened to be no space for her today. She is high energy which is why we choose to bring her to daycare so she isn’t cooped up all day. She’s not even two years old yet, so shouldn’t we be happy that she’s healthy enough to be high energy? I’ve tried to look past the cold greetings upon entrance because the location is so close to home but now the extra miles elsewhere will be worth it.
