So freaking disrespectful..in a small town where you see the same people at our store all the time!!! I'm a 45 YEAR OLD WOMAN. I have frequently visited our store weekly spending anywhere from $200-$400 WEEKLY for my family. So last week I decided to give myself a makeover. I go to Walmart to get my stuff. Makeup has changed so much that I was a bit overwhelmed but very very slowly discussing new products. Then I noticed the SAME TWO employees circling me like a vulture!! Now I know that I'm a faithful customer and I have worked in retail, so I understand some scrutiny. But when they keep it up for 30 min!!! Come on!!! THEY SEE ME SPENDING TONS OF MONEY WEEKLY!! So I only purchased a couple of products (intending to break the bank for the new look) but after I got home, I was shocked at the DISRESPECT ..I have started a food subscription, makeup subscription. And I also have started a household supplies subscription, a pet supplies subscription. Walmart has done it for the LAST time for me!!! BYE FELICIA

Management is horrible. Make sure you check your prices, as they are always trying to charge more than what is on the app or on the tags. Don’t forget to check the expiration dates on items as well, this store is notorious for having items that are way past expiration dates still for sale. Shelves are always in disarray. Items they sell most are never restocked, yet the items that do not sell are always available with an over abundance of overstock for those items. This store is horribly mismanaged.

This may not be all walmarts but I'm getting annoyed. Sparta Wal-MartPurchased a new ninja air fryer in february on sale. Got it home and opened it a couple days later to find out that someone had re-packed their old unit into the box and returned it to the store.Today, March, I picked up two magnetic wrist straps. Got home and both had been removed. Took the empty boxes back to walmart and the "associate" asked why I didnt open the package to make sure the item was in the SEALED container. The associate continued to complain about the return stating that the return wasn't worth the time.It's not like these items looked re-packed.I will now be opening every non food item to make sure what I'm buying is accurately packed and intact.

Absolutely and unbelievably frustratedI've become used to the decreased non self checkout.I've been forced to accept lower customer support since the pandemic.However today, has put me to the point I will simply not give this Walmart my business anymoreIt has to be worth it to drive farther.I got to the storeI went to bakery.Noone therePushed service bellNo oneAsked an associate for helpThey said 'im on my break"Went to customer serviceThey requested help over the intercomAnother ten minutesNow it's been a half hourSo 25 minutes trying to get someone to write a name on a cakeI decide to finish my shoppingMaybe their associates are at lunchGo to hardware to ask about a drillNo one therePush help button on counter no help comesAsk someoneThey'll get someone.Ten minutesI give up, I have children in school. I have to return homeSo disgruntled, I leave to finish up.I stop in pets to get a kennel for my dogIt's up and stacked so I need helpI look for help.No help.Wander six aisles no help.Go to the meat department and groceries, go back to bakery to try againPush buttonAsk for helpThis time there is an associateWith a vestFiddling with the baked goodsI say, can you write on a cakeHE SAYS I'm on break.I really, at this point my frustration overtookI asked straight outThen WHY are you wandering around the bakery??He skiffs, and says go to the service deskI'm so frustrated, I give up and doAgainNo one comesTen minutes later a girl comesShe can't help but she'll get someone who canFinally have success, but she admits, frustration that it's not her department so while she's there she can't help in HER department.So I go to check outYou won't believe thisBut one register with a cashierShe's sitting on a stool I ask if she can scan the kennel so I don't have to move itNo.She can't/won't. UnsureShe wouldn't get up and walk around to scan it.So I rip the sticker off, hand it to herHave her ring everything and as I'm leavingThe room beside the children's mini arcade?seven employees.Four sitting on the FLOOR ON THEIR PHONES.I actually took pictures see belowLiterally more than I saw in the entire storeSo while I spent TWO Hours trying to buy things and be a patron, there was no help in FIVE DEPARTMENTSNow maybe their all being collected for meeting, training, break at the same timeBut I have no logical reasoning I can think of that even that, should be going on at one of the busiest times of the day.And if so, account for it. Staff more that day. Alter the time. WhateverIf you need to train, replace the staff. Hold it at a better timePay whom you are training, while others are on the floorHold it at a day they are off. Pay for them to do so.The point is if that many associates aren't workingThan way more than that number in customers aren't being helped.I'm not the only customer who was frustratedThe people behind me at the 20 items or less were furious to stand waiting for my cashier to run 50 items.I won't return.I was late getting my childrenDidn't complete half my list for lack of associates to help retrieve items, like the kennel in exampleOr mixing paint etc.Absolutely ridiculous in a rural area to drive an hour round trip to not get the services a store of this magnitude offer.Pictures of the associates hanging around, for point of reference.

Really love the service they provide nowadays versus a year ago The store is cleaner has more room to shop through the aisles and customer service has definitely upgraded I look forward to going to the store now more so than I used to for sure

Since the remodel, you can't find anything you're looking for! It's either been moved to the opposite side of the store from where it used to be OR they no longer carry it! AND 90% of the staff can't tell you where it's at!!!

a great big walmart! oh, what a wondrous world of opportunity. me and my buddies come here all the time to hang out and have parties in the nearby field. loved coming here for little visits with my good close friend kev, who is an employee there. the breaks were always long enough for a good time with kev :)

The cashier was rude. Prices were marked incorrectly. Even in the check out lane. Pistachios priced on sale for 1.98 wanted to charge me 2.98. I showed him the price it was marked down. The idiot said...... I can't do nothing about that.

My review is only for the Sparta Walmart Pickup Service. The service is good and is a Time Saving convenience. I have used the service many times and with medium to large orders. There have been only a few errors and they were corrected in a professional way. Some helpful advice that can enhance someone's experience with the Pickup Service is: 1. write your grocery list (amount and size) 2. Select your Pickup time (more choices when you order at night) 3. Place your order from your list 4. List Pickup person 5.Payment method and PLACE THE ORDER . Write the date you ordered, the Cost and ORDER NUMBER. Easy transaction! Shoppers who bring the grocery to you have always been very courteous. If Walmart do not have an item that you ordered, they will send it by a motor carrier (Fed X, UPS etc). (Even if it is only one bottle of spice) AWESOME SERVICE

I only go because its a convenient one stop shop. The mask policy sucks, the check out service sucks. If i wanted to bag items myself I'd apply for the job. You can pretty much guarantee that the items you are looking for will not be in the same place the next time you come and the bacon bin was empty. I do however really enjoy ordering online and picking my items up curbside..

The took out almost all the cashiers and are making people check them selfsame put but then they hired a bunch people stand around and watch me do their job. I like to see check but I hare 4 people supervising me doing it given them lazy people some real work. And the music and noise level in there is unreal. I tried go sat morning during quite time but they still had it blairing

No open lanes for help with checking out. I have a disability and I couldn't get anyone to help me with checking out. I had a full cart plus other things on bottom. By the time I finished I didn't know if I was gonna make it to the car. I think shopping at Aldis would be easier on me. At least they check you out.

Extremely racist staff....If I could give this store zero ratings then I would....While shopping I noticed workers whispering amongst themselves, constantly following me around store as if I were going to steal something,when I wasn't doing anything but shopping.....Then there was a very rude cashier(Reddish orange hair,with glasses) who constantly held up the line because she didn't believe that items were marked down to what they were,so she had to double check as if I had marked items down myself.....Also,as I were grabbing my items from where they' were being bagged,she kept turning it back in direction that she'd turned it while being extremely rude....Then upon finalizing my purchase,she began tapping her fingers looking at me as like I couldn't afford any of anything that I'd bought.....When items were paid for, immediately I walked to car and left store......I truly wouldn't recommend shopping at this place if you have on work clothes not fit to their standards,because you will be looked down on as if you're nothing,when you're doing absolutely nothing but trying shop....

I'd never seen so many people working at a Walmart. There are a ton of employees and they have actual lanes where people ring you out instead of self checkout.When we went to check out the lane we chose had the light on. This lane wasn't really open. They told us to choose another lane that that person had moved to another lane, they still didn't turn off the light.We waited in line and the guy rang me out for extra items I did not purchase. At least one item was more expensive than it was marked on the shelf.I went to customer service. The lady took an item off but it took her a really really long time. She was complaining to her co-workers that she was supposed to leave 15 minutes ago. The lady next to her was unable to clock in. Other employees were walking up asking if they could leave and stuff. It didn't seem like something I should be in the middle of.When I first walked in I was amazed that so many people were working there, but it didn't help me to get good service.

Their bad about putting people in places like the paint I spent 45minuts for 1gallon of paint . I felt so sorry for the Lady I didn't ask for another gallon... They need to take the time to tech them first. If they would tech them i would of got a five .

Great medium-sized (no Tire & Lube, Hair Salon, or Eye Center - still waiting for corporate to commit to a date on a remodel) Wal-mart Super Center, with excellent variety and inventory that stays in tune with customer needs. They are always on top of customer service and the lines are almost always top priority, so the wait is never too bad compared to other area Walmart stores. The mandatory self check out (only during specified hours) is VERY unpopular to customers that haven't used it before, but the Self Checkout Host working at the Self Check Out will help you through it going as far as the register checkers do to get you taken care of. Management is always nearby to oversee the operations and they take customer care very seriously. All you have to do is ask for a member of management and they will step up and listen to whatever concern you may have, and have always done their best to resolve any issues that a customer is having, so long as it's valid.

My Niece waited over 30 minutes to pick up a cake from the Bakery that was already paid for. No one showed up even when paged over the intercom. The Manager wouldn't even go pick up the cake until she received a very unfriendly phone call. The place could care less about their customers. Walmart doesn't care about customers because they know they are really the only place around
