Would give 0 stars if possible. I found a dead FLY inside of my wrap. I called the store very respectfully. The worker I talked to wanted to help but he said he had to call his manager to see what she wanted him to do. She was very condescending and skeptical. I kept the wrap with the dead fly inside and I was at first told I could not receive a refund unless the general manager showed up. Then when I arrived to the store the next day, the shift manager I had been communicating with continued to be condescending unprofessional and outright rude! She opened the wrap and said to me"u ate an awful lot of this wrap for there to be a fly inside of it" as if I have x ray vision and knew there was a big nasty fly hidden. Will never return!

Service should be -5. So I just went by to get a Subway real quick and it was 9:00 the time that they “close” but the employee (idk her name but it’s a skinny white female drives a white dodge suv) well she could’ve been respectful enough to let me know it’s closed but no she was too busy on her phone sitting im her car. So as I proceed to get off and walk towards the door bcz the lights were still on, she rushes in front of me and locks the door in front of my face without acknowledging my presence. Seriously so disrespectfully it costs $0 to let a customer know that business is closed for the day. And also the management should keep tabs on her bcz she was distracted on her phone instead of closing as she should have been and on top of that she shut the door in front of a customer. She should be fired if she can’t do her job as said.

Employee was very rude and kept interrupting. I had to tell him 4 times what the sandwich was and had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times. I also ordered a bowl and he was so in a hurry for me to finish the order that I didn't actually get to put in it what I wanted because he was constantly interrupting. When I asked for a fork he threw it on the counter instead of in the bag or handing it to me. I wanted my receipt but he immediately threw it away and I just wanted out of there at that point. I have never had a good experience at this location and don't anticipate going back. Especially not to pay $12 on a salad bowl that is filled half-way and without the meat and cheese chopped.

So I order a pro ft long Philly cheese steak, being a pfl it's supposed to have extra meat and comes with 4 slices of cheese. Nope not here , I ask for the meat to be heated not a toasted Sammy. Nope not here, she toast a 3 sliced Sammy. I even asked before she toasted it , if they changed how they made the Sammy. She said no why . I replied that I didn't want it toasted, she replies with well I just won't toast it that long . So she does . Then I ask if I'm supposed to get 4 slices of cheese , she says ya why I say cuz there is only 3 . She says well do you want me to add it on the Sammy or what . I look at her and say well now I'm just going to have an unmelted slice. Ya. There ain't even enough meat on the bread for another slice . $16 for this... ya right.... not me.

Stopped in just before closing to pickup lunch for the following day. The two ladies working at the time were very pleasant and happy to take care of 6 customers all needing a sandwich for the following day! They did an excellent job and were pretty comical to listen to also! Keep up the great work ladies!

Updated review: Friday November 12 2021: absolutely the worst experience at any subway I’ve ever been to. The manager working the front counter was extremely abrupt and borderline rude, I was very rushed, they didn’t have some of the products on the menu and soda in fountain was awful, mostly carbonated water. Wouldn’t recommend and would give zero stars if possible.

Always mess up orders and are insanely rude. The workers put on the wrong ingredients and when we asked them to stop not even fix it they just gave us dirty looks and said they weren't done then put two more handfuls of the wrong ingredient on the sandwiches. Would leave our sandwich in the oven too long so that the sandwich was burnt black. Very dissatisfied not going to sparta subway with family or friends again.

Oatmeal bun is my favorite it goes with any sub, I like the cold cut special with everything but hot peppers topped with honey mustard dressing. It's a good thing they cut it in half, it takes 2 servings for me to eat it all. The big cookies make a great desert. They will heat any style sub if you ask, l like mine cold.

I have NEVER been to a subway this clean and organized, and I only saw one lady behind the counter, her name was Ashley and she was awesome! Wonderful service

Nearly remodeled subway. Service was pretty slow. Not sure if it was because a new girl was working or rather the employee was inefficient. Food tasted just like a normal subway.
