My dog Sassy is very difficult when getting her nails done, she won't stay still for anything. Hope was great with making her calm and together we had Sassy's nails done in a few minutes. Very happy with her service and definitely will continue to have Sassy's nails done here.

I enjoy taking the dogs(2 Pitbulls. A 5mo old and a 2yr old ) and letting them run in the big fenced in yard. They love going to Hope's Red Leash Dog Grooming. All I have to say is"'Want to go to Hope's" and the dogs go charging for the door and everyone better get out of the pathway to the car.

Always does a GREAT job- great with the animals& so gentle - she 'll cut any way you want& does an unreadable job!I just seen someone on here posted she smokes& there s ladybugs all over? That is ridiculous I ve never seen or smelled smoke ( I'm a non smoker so I can smell it) and those beetles are everywhere in the summer- this is by far the most professional place& I ve never had anyone treat every animal so gentle! I have TRIED to shave my own dog& even at 8 lbs he isn't having it! But her gentle nature even from the first visit impressed me so much! She truly loves& cares for our fur babies& does an amazing job EVERYTIME!

Called and got my dog an appointment for a full groom. That means a bath, cut and nail trim. Yes my dog is a handful because he is scared because he had never been groomed when he was a puppy. She hit him with scissors on the head, didn’t give him a bath and smoked while grooming him. No dog groomer should hit a dog with scissors or smoke while grooming them. Some people can’t handle the smell of cigarette smoke and don’t want their animals around it. His body looks good but I had to give him a bath when I got home because she didn’t give him one and he smelled like smoke. Don’t think I’ll bring him back there.

This was my first visit with Hope. I moved to Sparta in August and needed to find a new Groomer. I have a toy poodle that I normally get a puppy cut on her because she is not curly enough to sport that style. I have to say, Hope hit it on the nose. Misti looks so good! Smells good and just feels good. Thanks Hope, we will see you again.

Took my dog there got her cut and bathed in one day, appointment was set up quickly after I called! My dog looks great and is enjoying the summer air without a winter coat!! Thankyou! Highly recommend!

Shes very accomadating with grooming or boarding. The dogs always look nice after being groomed. I believe she prefers animals over humans which is fine...so do I.

I have never felt so disgusted with the lack of respect from a place of business. I can’t believe she is in the business of caring for anyone’s pets/loved ones. L She has to be the most miserable person alive. I’m calling anyone and everyone I can; City of Sparta, BBB, Illinois Attorney General, Health Department, IRS, and as many other sources that I can find until she’s shut down.

Terrible terrible terrible is all I can say about this place. Took my cat there for a trim and bathed and got half of a job on the trim and no bath, but was still charged full price. Total rip-off!!!
