WORST DOLLAR TREE EVER. The black employee threw my basket cause she spilt her OWN soda..then she told the MANAGER that she's getting another one for free from the store. She made me wait 45 minutes it felt like for her to clean it up. She was bossing around her own boss, named "trudy" then she was ringing stuff up twice and wrong. This store is the worst go too murphy or duquoin!!! That lady needed fired! Was not friendly at all!

I was in Sparta IL Dollar Tree on May 8th between 12-12:30 and the cashier was extremely rude. I decided not to say anything to her because it would not have been nice. But, she needs an attitude adjustment!

The cashier Sharon could use a class in manners. Treated the woman in front of me like a queen and didn’t say one word to me except, “ DO YOU WANT YOUR RECEIPT?”Not even thank you. Some training in counting change wouldn’t hurt either.

The Dollar Tree there was very much like all the other Dollar Trees they're very clean the people are very friendly and helpful it's a good place to go do your shopping and there is some fine people in there to talk to while you're shopping. As in most places people are very thoughtful very kind during their best with what they have to work with to be what the company wants them to be they are to be congratulated not ridiculed and I thank God for every one of them I was very pleased with the service and what I got there hope you will have the same experience.

I was at dollar tree in sparta Illinois on Feb. 1 2022 at 8:00 pm and the manager that was there was on his cell phone talking wouldnt come to help check people out. And kept sitting in the office. I didnt think you were supposed to make personal calls when working. And the customer should come first. The cashier was trying to stock shelves and had to stop all the time to check people out because he wouldnt help. I have been there when the manager Patty was working and she checks people out at register and even goes in the back to look for things for customers. The store displays are set up nicely too.

This is the worst dollar tree ever! The employees are hateful and so rude it's amazing the corporate office hasn't intervened. Do not waste your time shopping here you will only be disappointed. Update! This store has gotten a little better but not much! I only go to this one if I have to otherwise I would rather drive to Belleville or murphysboro

Well I went in this store today for house-shoes,not my size, and a knee brace, didn't have them in stock. Very Awesome sales associates and friendly cashier. Thank you GOD BLESS ALL🌜🌛🌜

I wish this store sold frozen foods like the dollar tree in Fairview.. ofallon (iL) area .. we are a very small town and was told they probably won't sell that bc we have walmart (I hate Walmart).... our store is getting better/up to date stuff.. I love dollar tree everything is a dollar what's not to love

It's an average Dollar Tree. Nothing special. The staff isn't helpful, but isn't rude. The patrons are usually either old or sketchy. It's a good time.

Usually one cashier lane open. Clean. Literally you can find anything for a buck. From Betty Crocker utensils, Birthday/Holiday decorations, toys, cleaning sprays etc. Worth a stop before checking Walmart.

Kind of dirty. Staff were rude. Making remarks about a potential customer that called with a question. People call to ask for your potential business and you make fun? Hmmm. Used to be a nice place.

On the day Illinois Governor required masks in public places, the employee running the registure, was not wearing a mask. And said she wasn't going to put one on, because the government didn't control her.
