They charge $18.00 or 50 gallons of Fuel to a shower...Each towel, they are used as a mop or floor cleaner...They are also used to dry the walls and floors of the bathroom, but when they finish their job, they are put in the dryer and then put them at the service of the Driver for drying after the bath and, there is no space and/or place to make a claim...Oh... take it or leave it that simple...

Great store but the new security guard. Tells you to move after banging on your door. As your trying to comprehend what going on he taking pictures of you and your truck. Then says you need to move. I asked is there any spots open. His response is. I don’t know but there is other places to park.I parked beside a curb that wasn’t painted on the inside of the lot. Other trucks were parked on the outside along the red curb

March 25,2024 the cashier ring me up Markia whom was holding my Lottery tickets until I returned from the cash station with $10.00 upon my return with the payment. The Cashier stated my $10.00 in which I had just got from the Bank of America ATM was counterfeit. Now to her being young I give her some headway , but what she stated to me was . The loves Merchants machine won’t take my $10 and made zero effort to resolve the issues. By not even attempting to insert The $10.00 bill into the machine she was referring to . The Bill was worn but real she being to treat my as if the bill was Counterfeit. To the point she got the Love Manager Demetrius involved who also stated the Machine won’t accept my bill . Never ever trying. The person never mark the $10.00 so I ask how are you to determine my payment method isn’t acceptable. It’s Bank of America ATM Money they asked for another so gave them the difference $ 10 for my tickets. The Manager Demetrius who said his name was Daryl ,when I originally ask him for his name . Later I found out it was Demetrius. Black Male informed me I’m no longer allowed in the building as a guest. The service was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The same $10.00 bill was later accepted at another store as takenAs a worn bill . Not counterfeit no questions asked . Love’s made me feel like this situation was escalating in to what started the George Floyd scandal. I could only imagine being accused of attempting to pass Loves of South Holland a Bank of America ATM worn $10 then ending up as a disinvited guest as a result because of unprofessional Management and workers of this location clearly should not deal with the public. Amazing South Holland is my Home. These Loves employees need training. Loves Thank you for the opportunity to shop in your local gas stations . However you need better training of the staff. Under New Management signs posted before I return. At any time a manager states they don’t care about this job and escalate a verbal conflict into a confrontation it’s unacceptable and the manager should be fired immediately. What I think could have been done differently. Mark the Bill with a marker first before informing me the customer the bill was Counterfeit. Secondly simply try to insert the Bill into the Machine . None of this was done. Making a mistake is ok ,we all make mistakes. We should learn from them. When we don’t learn from our mistake's we will repeat them. Visited this Love TS on Tues, 3/5/24 nd if there was anything wrong, which there wasn't, I'd easily give it a pass bc this location has a global treasure within their auspices. I am frmr military nd have traveled nationally nd globally on active duty. Furthermore, over the last 12yrs, I have transported ppl nd property all over the states for the purpose of business, personal nd logistics. With that in mind, I go back to advising YOU, the reader of the global treasure ✨️ within this LOVES nd HER name she advises is, TIFFANY! More than anything I know a GREAT SPIRIT when I am met by it. I have had that experience no more than ten times in life. And from the start my experience with Tiffany was one where her gift of genuine good heartedness shine thru. Love is the only emotion that beckons thru nd unless you are a diabolical by nature, nd even then, you will bend to her LOVE 4kindness, cheerfulness n givingness. So LOVES be well advised that on my return to South Holland, which is bound to happen as the hub of my business lies in Chicago, if I hear that y'all have treated TIFFANY in any ill regard, I will gather my transporter troops in protest nd block all access points until Tiffany😆gets what she deserves. Checked in at 12pm to get an airline replaced. Got in at 4pm after going back inside to follow up with these people, and they told me “ I forgot about you bro”. Still in the shop at 7pm and they haven’t even got the hoses off for the new ones. They even asked me to take down the hoses haha. Don’t bring your truck here for repairs unless you are on layover.

Probably the cleanest Love's I've ever visited. And what surprises me is that it's in Chicago. I don't equate cleanliness with a big city. Friendly and prompt service. My Hardees order didn't come out messed up. They have a CAT Scale here like most Love's do. It's easy to get in and out of here. Although sometimes the exit gets backed up.

Picked up a heavy load in the area and went here to scale. If you are a numbers connoisseur like I am, and use CAT scales you probably wondered where is scale location #1..? Well, this is it- see pic. It's a tight lot, small parking area, bunch of bobtail parked in the entrance way. Outside wasn't bad (11am broad daylight). Can't comment on the inside as I didn't go in.

Location wise is perfect because I work nearby. After fueling my bus you can never get a receipt at the pump even though it asks all the time if you would like one. Please fix it, so if I don't need to come into the store I won't need to make an extra trip for only a receipt. And the lines are always long.

The mechanics here are a bunch of lazy slackers who play entirely to much. Got here last night around 6pm and was told it was about a 2 hour wait. It is now 8am I'm just getting pulled in just to replace air lines.

Parking for semis is Nill, so if you’re laying over for 34 hours, you probably want to find a drop yard nearby to put your trailer.It’s much easier to park bobtail but if you luck up and find a space for your truck and trailer? congratulations.For the influx of traffic (customers) etc. they keep the place fairly clean.It would probably be much a bigger help if some truckers do their due diligence to help maintain that, instead of throwing things all over the grounds.Otherwise, it’s pretty much your usual Loves location, same snack assortments they have a Hardee’s, just keep in mind if you like salads, their salads are kind of skimpy.You may want to get a bigger one at a Loves elsewhere, or plan ahead and get one before you shut down here..

This was one of the nastiest loves I've been too. The bathroom were gross sticky floors and trash everywhere and out side was worse. I got there at night and didn't realize till I woke up the next morning I thought I was at a land fill there was trash everywhere I didn't even want to take my dog to the grass it was that bad

The shop here is the worst & poorly managed. How do you have 1 person working in this big shop, one small repair the next truck is waiting all day.What is the purpose of a tire pass lane when you cant employ enough people to service it. Set for over 30min without a word from anybody, till I walk To shop to find out there one employee & he's working on a truck.

My recent experiences have been not only unsatisfactory but also deeply troubling, marked by unprofessional behavior and potentially dangerous incompetence.My issue began when I entrusted Loves team with replacing a tire on my truck. Regrettably, an incorrect size was installed, which subsequently led to the destruction of an adjacent tire. This, in itself, is a major concern, as it reveals a lack of fundamental technical expertise within Loves Tire Shop team and puts customers at risk.In hopes of rectifying the situation, I returned to your shop for warranty replacement of both affected tires. However, I was informed that I would be required to wait for an estimated five hours. While this delay was far from convenient, I acknowledged the necessity of this arrangement given the safety implications of operating my vehicle with a missing tire.However, my ordeal took an unexpected turn for the worse during this waiting period. After approximately two hours, I was startled by the forceful pounding on my truck by a member of your security staff, Mr. Lawson, telling me that I have to move the truck. Instead of displaying a reasonable level of professional courtesy, Mr. Lawson proceeded to loudly demand “if you can’t find a parking spot then leave or I’ll make you leave”.In spite of my efforts to articulate my standing in the service queue and the predicament I found myself in, Mr. Lawson demonstrated a lack of consideration for my circumstances. When I asserted my intention to wait for my turn, his response was not only inappropriate but also increasingly hostile. This manifested itself through the use of profanity and subsequent threats that escalated the tension.I voiced my concerns over his demeanor, noting his possession of a firearm, and communicated my feeling of being threatened. Upon hearing this, he departed to confer with a coworker, a young lady of African American descent with long dreadlocks, whose name I unfortunately do not know.This lady, seemingly lacking any obvious signs of authority such as a nametag or uniform, then asserted that I should vacate the premises, providing no valid reason for this directive. Upon my inquiry about her role within the establishment, given her directive for me to leave, her response was, "I’m the person who does 80% of the work here," indicating her substantial involvement, yet not clarifying her position.Whilst I was in the process of explaining the situation and the resultant delay to my company over a call, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene.A police officer intervened, explaining that since the establishment had expressed a desire for me to leave the premises, I had no choice but to comply. The officer also suggested seeking redressal through the proper legal channels, an option I am now considering given the seriousness of this incident.I would like to take a moment to highlight my discontent with Mr. Lawson's conduct. His unprofessional demeanor, lack of empathy, and seeming disregard for basic etiquette have left a lasting negative impression. His aggression and impatience were utterly uncalled for, and such behavior does little to inspire confidence in your establishment.I am writing this letter not only as an expression of my disappointment but also in the hope that you will take necessary actions to rectify this situation. Went there today about 12 noon for a DOT inspection. They first told me someone would do the inspection in about 30 minutes. They called my phone about 2 & a half hours later telling me it should be in about an hour. I walked in the office about an hour from that point which was now about 3:30pm. And I watched what seemed to be the entire staff trying to figure out something on the computer. No one addressed me or said can I help you. I walked out & went home. They called me at about 5:30pm I was home.I think they completely forgot about me.Wasted my entire afternoon.Thanks Loves No Love there!

Didn't attempt to clean the toilet. the floor was dirty also. They never actually MOP the floors. We pay $16 for nasty shower rooms. There must not be ANY type of consequences for giving a customer a nasty shower room🤔... which is an intimate area in which he or she is supposed to trust that it has been cleaned and sanitized for their safety. I noticed more and more loves employees franchise wide have been neglecting the showers since 2020 and its getting worst. The motto should be, "Home of the friendly faces and DIRTY spaces" 😡😞 ( 9:11 am 11/11/22)

After that they said they don’t accept credit card because they are “SPECIAL” LOVE’s service shop. Non professional and careless workers.Don’t waste your time.
