I usually come here to get roses because they are reasonably priced but you have to get them wrapped to take them to the next level. The staff here is amazing at helping pick out roses that go together because I'm usually buying a bundle. They will even throw the glitter on them for the extra flair. Shout out to Mark and Maia for the extra time and care they gave me when I visited today because I was so indecisive about what I wanted, they deserve a raise. I will definitely be coming back in 2 weeks!

Went first day of weekly sales (on a Wednesday) the meat section was pretty sparse & it was obvious the bread deliveries were not made (NOT a snow day). More often than not, this store does not have the items that are on sale. Don't understand the problem with stocking shelves!

It simply sucked the deli and their sorry excuse for employee's and customer service is a joke they lost my business. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone best advice is simply don't go.

Location stops serving in the deli by 2pm on most days. Understaffed the Hammond Location serves deli items at a layer time to account for the community.In comparison the Hammond Location has a fully stocked hot chicken area at 3:18p while the South Holland Location had stopped at 2:30p

Wow. They had great deals today. Crab legs $4.99 lbCantaloupe.99 each. Amazing and outstanding customer service rep. CALA!!She was simply fantastic the way she navigated customer needs in such a professional manner!!

Love this store always in and out... Management needs to do a better job of keeping all sales items in stock. Other then that great staff and clean store. Love the flowers also again keep up with what's on the floor please.

I've been noticing all the white managers, specifically focusing or following black people and I also witnessed it today.They can do that but not switch out expired goods...These people need to be fired.

The store is pretty well organized and convenient for everyday ordinary shopping. From food storage containers to fresh produce, you won’t have a problem finding anything you’d normally need for shopping here. I will warn that they heavily lack a category for multicultural items, and around holiday season they will be out of stock for a lot of the products/produce. Other than that the customer service and quality of products here are great.

Meat and Fish Dept. NEVER opened when I'm there. Went there on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and it was closed. Made special trip to store on Friday at 4:30 p.m to get the catfish I wanted to get the night before-- person behind Deli counter said, " they're closed." I asked if they are ever open, he replied, "they will be tonight." Sorry, not coming back, went elsewhere to get the fish I was looking for. This Jewel has lost my business.

Jewel has really had some good fruit this season. I also found the BEST OF CAKE that I have ever eaten besides my grandmothers pound cake. The cake is called the Colossial unicorn cake. It was a pretty healthy slice, a pretty cake and DELICIOUS!!!! I wish I hadve taken a pic of it b4 I ate it. 3 people helped me eat it and they all agreed!! Yum!!! Oh and these organic bites were delicious as well. I can't find either of them anymore!

This is my neighborhood Jewel, they do not have a florist here so special orders are not available. This location is okay for just needs but nothing special, often do not have sale items. Staff do not greet you and often in an unfriendly manner.

Can I give zero stars? Call and make sure they have your items before you pay online. Otherwise you will be stuck with a couple of in stock items and inflated fees and still charged the tip. Ask them to just cancel and you have to then file a claim that takes more than a week. You get passed on from the store to 800 customer service who say everything is fine...only to find out you have to disipute the charge with their payment center for an additional 7 to ten days because they have it in limbo as if it was processed and delivered. All this messiness because you PAID for items they passed along as being in stock online only to find out once they get your money that there is no stock. How does an order go down to about a quarter of its intial value after finding that items aren't really there? What's behind accepting funds for ghost items? There is no way. Do better. And don't worry about "sorry for the inconvenience" reward points because that's just a ploy to reel a person back in to spend again. Dont want them. Done.

With the exception of one cranky cashier I always seem to end up with, the overall experience is great 👍. The store is always clean. There's staff around if you need help looking for something. Their fruits and vegetables to me are the best in the area, especially love their grapes 🍇 they always have a good choice in the quality whether they are the red, green or purple ones I've never had a bad apple from there!

He has my experience is good but you know their prices are high. I love the deli I was getting some of the spring salads and the barbecue rib tips which are delicious there. Always find that brand name food that I need and want you pay a little bit more though and I think everyone knows that.

I love the new design of the store.. it appears there are slightly more options. I believe they are trying to have a fresh look for a fresh approach to shopping at Jewels.

Be aware this hotel is located in a pretty rough neighborhood. BUT the room was clean, the hallways, stairwell were clean and well kept, the elevators were clean & worked vell well. There is parking that is gated but be sure you ask about it because it's small, although I don't recall seeing security cameras. They offer breakfast the normal with nice seating. I gave 4 stars because they didn't offer a gym or laundry. Oh and the staff I encountered were all very nice i had no issues with them.

Every Monday the ladies in the meat department have ugly attitudes and you can see it their facial expressions a mile away walking through the door. As if we are bothering them. Every Monday they run out of baked chicken. This is my third time witnessing this around 11:45 in the afternoon . Once they run out of chicken, then they start throwing some in the oven. When you know you are half way through the chicken or getting low, place it in the oven then. Put those ladies in the back to stock or somewhere they’d be happy at. Customer service is below sub par.

There was a ride around available! No one could give me proper information about the location of items! I only got a few items went threw the express line and the produce scale wasn't working the clerk from customer service had to come and try to help and then I had to pay for some items in the express line and others at customer service! There wasn't any grapes no could tell me why and when will some more be available!!!!!! I request someone to follow me to bring the ride and shop disable chair back in because I had a watermelon she said she would sent someone I waited no one came! Left the chair there!

This store doesn't live up to Jewel promotions. If there is a sale on deli items or grilled and fried chicken, they are either out of the item or their equipment is malfunctioning.

Please return to having 2 entrances and exits doors! This is really annoying that they “remolded and changed to having only one entrance/exit! The store is always crowded, which shows great business. But having one door and a congested parking lot sucks!
