Dr. G and all of her staff are great people and always willing to help. The only reason I gave an 8 is because of the cost of the servicing and I do not think any of my friends or even family members could or would be able to afford their servicing cost. I have three fur babies and it is very expensive at this vet but I can't find another vet that is less expensive that would add up to the trust I have for Dr G and the rest of the Illiana staff. I will continue to find some kind of way to be able to pay and continue to bring my fur babies here. I love and Trust

Dr. Gann is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I know my pets are in good hands whenever I walk in the door. They are comfortable with her too which says a lot. She is a wonderful veterinarian!

I started bringing my dogs to Illiana Veterinary Hospital when my bf recommended them and I have been throughly satisfied ever since. Through 3 large breed senior dogs, the care and attention the whole staff has paid to me and my beloved pets has been outstanding in every respect.Professional, transparent, flexible, respectful and reliable - they have never disappointed. They are an A Team group and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful Doctors & Staff! We've been bringing our animals here since Dr. Michael's over in Whiting closed down. I am so happy that we started coming here the doctors and staff are always very friendly and will take the best care of your pets. We recently found a dog and after no one claimed decided to keep her. She was so sweet and loving. We thought she had just had puppies only to discover she was about to have puppies in 5 - 10 days! Not only that this poor girl was 8 yrs old. We've never gone through it and would never want to we immediately get our pets fixed for our and their well being. After our poor Lady struggled for days over the weekend to deliver her pups (we did take her to the ER in Crestwood only to be sent home assuring us she was fine) but 5 hrs later two pups were born dead and one survived. We took Lady and her pup to Illiana the next day for a checkup only to discover a pup was still inside her:( I was so upset she was gonna have to go through surgery and I would have to try and bottle feed her one little pup that made it. Again this was never my choice for this poor dog to be going through any of this in the first place. We didn't think the little pup would make it. Thanks to the awesome staff and Doctors over at Illiana our little guy made it. This is mostly thanks to a little Angel named Melanie over at Illiana who worked on her little pup for 45 mins to save him!! I am forever grateful to Dr. Asuncion and especially Melanie for saving our Lady's little pup.

I brought my dog in and was apprehensive because he hates the vet and this was our first time here. To my surprise, everything went fairly well. The location was clean and welcoming!The Vet was super nice and patient with my 80lb big stubborn baby! He gave her quite a run for her money but she never lost her cool! We'll definitely be back

We came to Illiana for a second opinion for our dog and a surgery another vet recommended. I am so glad we did. The doctor got the x-rays for the other vet and found that what we were previously told was not the case. My dog did have her surgery and the care they provided her and us was outstanding. They saved us money and saved our dog's life. Don't do like we did and go to the second make them your first choice and stop for your vet services.

This was my first visit with my two dogs. Dr. Gann and the staff wa very friendly and professional. Dr. Gann took time to get to know my dogs and asked questions to understand their health and my concerns. They received updates on vaccinations and had a wellness check to make sure there were not any concerns. She gave me time to think about any concerns and addressed them. I am glad that I have found such a wonderful place to take my dogs!

The staff and the doctor here were extremely nice and comforting when I had to bring my dog here to get euthanized. They let me say goodbye and did not rush me at all. The facility was very clean too. They were genuinely caring and loving. Thank you. Oliver, my Jack Russell thanks you too. 💔

I have been bringing my furbabies to Illiana since the '90s. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone, from veterinarians to technicians and receptionists are absolutely wonderful. Crazy as it seems, my dogs are always happy to come for their visits. I highly recommend Illiana.

I’ve taken my very first dog here and rest her soul she was laid to rest here. The vet that took care of her was so wonderful and always gave her a treat when she got her shots. I love when they redid the inside it looks absolutely gorgeous and the vet techs that are there now are just spot on and they always have the animals interest at hand first. Great people that serve great pets!

Have taken our pets for 20+ years to Illiana Veterinary Hospital and my parents took their pet here before me. When you walk through the door, you and your pet are greeted with a smile and you immediately feel like family. Lobby wait time is not long and appointments are easily made. Staff is always friendly and helpful, never to busy to assist you with whatever you need. Dr. Jones has been our Vet since day 1 and you just can't get anyone any better. Such a Caring, Devoted man who is so so gentle with our pets. Definitely loves what he does! He's happy when you're happy and he's sad when you're saddened. Love this man! He is the Angel of our dog and cat population ... I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Jones and his Staff to anyone in need of Loving Care for their pet.

Doctor and staff were very friendly and polite. My senior kitty hasn't been to the vet in some time and the doctor was very empathetic to how stressed out she was, which made me feel better about not being able to be in the room with her (due to Covid). My cat was tested, diagnosed and prescribed medication quickly. Would recommend.
