I'm beyond upset. My niece took her baby Roxi there. Picked her up today and this is the result. This is disgusting and if Roxi stayed there any longer who knows what could've happened. I have before and after pics and the red patches were after she picked her up. Did she sleep on the concrete? Did she have a bed with padding? Did she eat? She lost weight! We are gonna see what options we have to rectify this and make sure this doesnt happen to any other dogs. I have dogs myself and they are basically my children, they just happen to have four legs. Unacceptable and disgusted. You should be ashamed.

I love this place! My husband and I use to bring our boxer Chance here, but he transitioned. We now have a Rottie and I called to bring her in and Sandy gave me some helpful information.They are not only in it for the business. She saved my new dog from a potential hazard. Thanks Sandy!!!Yes you should bring your dog here because they really do a great job and I love how their oatmeal bath made his coat smell and feel.

They were able to bathe my baby and make her even more gorgeous! She even allowed them to put a bandana on her! Very pleased with their service!!!

Off rip, when I walked in to pick up my dog the lady at the desk had an attitude. We paid for grooming and housing. We were then told we had to go to the back and get our dog ourselves from the back…. walking pass all the other dogs in cages. As we stand there while all the dogs are barking the worker kicks the cage of one of the other dogs and tell it to shut up. How do you work with dogs all day and treat them like that? If I could give them zero stars I would. The entire experience was terrible they have some of the worst attitudes as if we aren’t paying for a service. 0/10 do not recommend anyone take their pet there.

I will not take my dog here again. The customer service is awful. They need to learn how to talk to the customer as well. The lady’s tone comes off negatively or I would say off-putting.Also, I asked to pay for my dog to be cut before I left but was told to pay when I picked him up (I didn’t have a problem with this because the lady explained her reason). I was also told that my dog needed to be cut low.I was not given the price when I dropped him off. I didn’t think to ask because there was another customer behind me, the lady who checked me in seemed like she had some things to sort out with the manager and job related task so I didn’t mind waiting to pay.This was my second time bringing my dog. When my daughter picked my dog up she told me that they charged me $57. I didn’t expected it to be that much because I’ve had my dog for 11 years and he has never had a hair cut that cost this much.The hair was not worth $57. My dog is white and he didn’t look as well as he does when I’ve taken him to other groomers.My daughter said when my dog got in the car there was so much hair falling it looked like it was snowing. I definitely will be taking my dog back to Lynn’s doggie spa or The Pet Set where my dog hair cuts are approximately price, looks cleaner, great customer service and they seems to care about their customer especially Lynn.

I took my dog to Iliana for grooming and not even 20 minutes later they called saying the groomer asked can I pick up my dog he won’t allow him to do anything to him he’s very panicky. Confused…I came to pick him up and they suggested a sedative and the groomer can try again at a later date. I don’t know what they tried in 20 minutes but when I dropped him off he was fine. My dog gets washed and his nails trimmed once a month with no problem at his vet, unfortunately they don’t do grooming. He’s even been groomed at Petco multiple times I just prefer finding a grooming home for him so I don’t take him to 2 different places and I feel as though he was just denied service for no reason at all. Would not recommend bringing your dog here it would be a waste of time they refuse to do certain services my friend said they sent her dog home without trimming his nails because they were unable. Why pay for unfinished services? All dogs have different mannerisms and most groomers can work around them this groomer seems to not try at all.

Great place to leave your dog although I’m not sure what the older lady did to my dog. It wasn’t a bad thing but my dog came back very subdued and quiet and clingy. Maybe she was homesick not sure but she didn’t seem unhappy when I picked her up. I’ve used them for all three of my dogs in the past and my dogs seemed to enjoy it. The price is reasonable too

Our dog was AMAZING! He looked happy and healthy and they gave him a bath! (He's choosy with people) he ate his food and was so happy to see us. I love illiana! We will definitely use them again for all our doggy needs!

Was told if I pick my dog up after 1pm I would be charged an extra day. I was outside at 12:58pm and the doors are all locked. Somehow my dog now has abrasions all over her ear now. Idk what they’re doing back there but I won’t be back and I do not recommend you bring your pets here.

I really appreciate the entire staff! My dogs have been comfort in their care whether they were being groomed or boarded. The attention given to my 4 legged family members has been exceptional!

I called to get my dog (Cane Corso) a bath, but was told she was too busy to put my appointment in the system. So I came into the office (I live around the corner) and was told, "I'm on break now (1:00pm) and I don't have anyone that can put your information in the system and that she would call me back at 3:00pm. The lady at the desk never called me...honestly, if you didn't want to take my dog, you could have just said that. No need to lie...now you have yet another BAD REVIEW!

Automatically stereotyped my dog because he is a pitbull. I've used them before on multiple occasions years ago for the same dog. My dog barked at another dog whom was barking as well, but my dog is aggressive? I thought that is what dogs do, they bark at each other. They refused to board him as a result. New management needs to get some training.

Got the dog groomed today and she looks a mess. My sister told them to not cut all her hair off she gets home and that is just what they did. Still has long hair in her face. Just terrible! Never again!

I called and talked to a customer service guy he told me they were gonna have 1 puppy first viewing on Wednesdayat 9 a.m. and when we arrived the women at the desk said there was no puppy I feel like she lied and we were discriminated against cause he assured me that there was 1 puppy that had a viewing that morning we waited a week to show up early with no showing no explanation
