The experience I had at this Ace is pretty consistent with others. Service was ok to good. It's a little annoying to wait for two employees to finish talking about nothing before I can get my question in but it is what it is. Our standards for customer service are very high.The store looks a bit dated. As it typical, it was packed with merchandise. A couple missing items in the pool and bird section but outside of that, very full. There was not wait and plenty of employees.

A little smaller than some Ace locations, but still lots of merchandise. Staff is really friendly and always helpful. Our go-to store for basic hardware supplies.We always find a unique item or two. One time it was cafe-style curtain hooks, which we couldn't find at big stores for a special project. Another time it was brightly colored charging cables for mobile devices. This week it was a cute holiday pillow. Plus all of the normal hardware stuff, such as quality salt for clearing driveways in winter and cutting duplicate keys.Aisles are narrow. So tough to maneuver if they are restocking. Thankfully the carts are also narrower, which helps.

Did not carry Alumi-wax. Google search said it did. Ace Manager was very helpful checking on availability but was not able to provide this highly recommended product. Guess I will have to go to Walmart.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to instruct me on what to do with the garage door openers I purchased.Their prices are reasonable.I like that it doesn't feel like a huge chain store.

The staff is really, really helpful. If you need help with a project or don't know what you need to purchase, one of their floor people will definitely be able to help. I've gotten help with siding and exterior, sealing floors, paint, indoor projects, gardening, and garage. They are really awesome there, and I plan to get my screen doors rescreened this summer.

I went to Walmart and Menards to get a key made. They have machines that you stick your keys in and it makes your keys. But the machines didn't have my key. But Ziegler had it and they made it for me cheaper than the other two places was going to charge me.

Used the "Delivery From Store" option for a Car Battery Charger, had ordered yesterday afternoon & now it's going on 2 PM today after saying next day delivery, ok cool but what about some updates? They have no update other than it's "Ready for Delivery"...yunno I would just pick this up IN STORE buuut I'm ordering a CAR BATTERY CHARGER....so do the math Ace Hardware,, I'm not happy. Take this 1 star and reflect upon it!

As of 2-25-23 most recent visit looking for a bigger plant pot , found something that my wife and I were happy with and said ok " 40.00, went to buy it to find out we looked at the wrong price marking this plant pot being plastic wicker looking was 94 bucks including tax!!! Seriously!!! For a plastic bucket lol I was amazed and stopped the sale and put it back on the shelf, not sure who buys their products from which vendor but they seriously need to reevaluate that oersonal....definitely not something I expect from ace hardware......... Ok they usually have what I need , but the personal from the manager lady to the cashier act like they work at a freakin morgue, really!!!?? smile alittle people , if u hate ur job move on ...other wise products are usually there n good

Really liked the location. Lots of items on shelves. This is not shortcoming. But, rather, one needs to be sure to ask for help 🆘 upon not finding what they want.

I went looking for a cover for a thermostat the only small one they had, was opened and missing instructions. So I thought until I had installed it and found it missing screws. I compensated for that but was undone when only 1 key was in the box. Not cool!

Friendly hardware store. Not as helpful as the many others. You will need to ask more than once. It has all the stuff most ace has just not the willing able help other locations have. I drive to South Street location and avoid the frustration of the location.Only in a crunch will I visit this place. Prices are higher than most hardware stores.
