Awesome swimming experience for our Siberian husky! With the wonderful help of staff, our pupwas quick to trust and had so much fun with the water toys. Yes, she fetched ALOT of toys!!!On another note, the staff helped us to advance from kibble to making our own dog food. They sell the vitamin/minerals right there as well as probiotics.I recommend this business to all dog owners and when you visit them, check out their awesome dog treats!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! My golden isn't doing so great because of hip dysplasia, I saw an immediate difference after her swim therapy! The staff is incredibly friendly! It is a very clean facility, and the dog showers have nice towels, shampoo and conditioner...not to mention to dog dryer!!!My only regret, is that I didn't know about this place sooner! We will be back!

The Puddle is amazing! The are always so nice and accommodating. My dog Leo swam here for over 2 years. He would start screaming when we turned on Gyorr. He loved it so much! I bring my fosters to swim here now as my current dogs are not fans of water. They have an amazing selection of healthy food and treats at great prices. Can't wait for future visits! We visited for the first time today when our vet recommended a "gently cooked" diet for our senior dog with a serious new medical issue.Very high quality products; good choices on flavors. Cathy, the owner, spent time listening to our dog's dietary needs and explaining the "gently cooked" process and options. We bought two small packs to try. Our fur baby who is a finicky eater tried them today and now LOVES these foods!We will definitely be back!

Great place to give your dog a wash. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a nice pet store for treats and other items. They also have a swimming area for dogs, but we have not tried that. Highly recommended!

What a great place for pet owners! You can find an excellent variety of food and treats and toys, etc. I used to bring senior rescue dogs here for aqua therapy and I still bring my own dogs here for the self wash. Ridiculously cheaper than taking your pet to a groomer and you don't have to bend over your bathtub because the bathing units are built up off the ground. My dogs are not crazy about coming here for their baths, although they don't really fight it too hard, but they love picking out a treat in the store afterwards. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Love this place!

The Puddle is an Amazing place! Not only were they fantastic with our pup and us, but after he passed, they not only sent us a condolence email but also a hand written card. Kindness goes a very long way and these ladies certainly go above and beyond! They thought of everything for the dogs and what they need. We will most definitely bring our other pups there and highly recommend anyone else thinking of doing the same.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is SUPER nice, and I love how nurturing they are with my dog. I would give 10 stars if I could. The pool totally tired my pup out today and he picked out some yummy snacks and bones for him and his sister in the store up front.

We LOVE the puddle and so do our two dogs! Our puppy learned to swim here; he was a little nervous at first but his instructor was so patient with him and now we can't get him out of the water. It really helped his confidence when trying new things!Swimming at the puddle really helped our senior dog too. Her arthritis was starting to cause her muscles to deteriorate and after weekly swim lessons we've seen a huge improvement in her mobility and overall comfort level. It was so nice to see her enjoy doing something with the puppy that didn't cause her to over-exert herself. Huge bonus points for sleepy dogs after.The puddle is very clean, there are great selections of treats, and everyone that works there is wonderful. They've learned our dog's quirks and the instructors do a great job of tailoring their swim time to them.On more than one occasion one or both of the dogs have tried to sneak back in the pool after they've been dried off- they absolutely love it here.

Wonderful place to take your dog swimming. The staff is outstanding and the premises is clean. Nice store with treats and pet food. Gunnar loves his swim sessions and the swim instructor made sure his first time swimming was easy and fun. Now he's swimming with confidence and having a blast! Should he ever have an injury in the future, I know I will take him there for therapy. Highly recommend!

Great place! Beth Taylor has a wonderful way with the dogs. She really helped Sula and Sula thoroughly enjoys going there and swimming with her toys and Beth. There is a very nice room with large pad for your dog to lie on after swimming while you dry them with the dryer and towels provided. There are also beautiful bathing facilities there. I highly recommend it.

I take my dogs here to bathe. They have nice tubs and a shower stall to accommodate any sized pooch. Shampoo, conditioner, towels and cool air blow dryer are provided at a reasonable price.I have not used all of the amenities at THE PUDDLE so I can not give a complete review.They also have pet food, treats, accessories and an aqua therapy pool for your pups.

We love the puddle!! For so many reasons too. From the carefully selected high end food & treats, to the swimming and baths, the puddle is top notch in every criteria !! The owner Cathy and her staff take such pride in the business and have wonderful relationships with both the dogs and owners. I buy my food, bath my dogs and do physical therapy for my pug all in one stop. Cathy has been on the journey with Nigel (my dog) and I to strengthen his legs and muscle to keep him as strong as possible with his diagnosis of pug myelopathy. The encouragement from the team when we walk through the door means so much to me. Give the puddle a try !! You will not be disappointed.

My dogs love this place! The staff is all so kind and always ready for us when we arrive. They have all the best toys and the dogs always get some good cardio in. Thank you to all those involved who help make this an amazing experience. Definitely worth the hour long drive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🐾❤

We had an amazing time tonight, it was our first time trying swimming with our dog and we had a blast. They took the time to ensure that our guy was happy and safe and I really appreciated it! There’s even a place to give them a bath when they’re done! Thanks for a great experience!

Great people and very caring of you animal. My sons dog is getting a little older and after every session you can tell he feels so much better and sleeps like a baby when we get home. We were informed that after a few initial visits we would be able to take him for a free swim which reduces the session cost and will make us bring him more often.Bryan

I took my dog Django here for the first time yesterday! They are so caring and so helpful. My dog was nervous for his first swim and our instructor Kathy was wonderful. You can tell she truly cares about each pet. My dog is dealing with a partial ACL tear and even after his first swim I noticed a difference in him. He was happy to be able to get exercise in without hurting his knees. I am so exited to continue therapy here and see the positive impact it makes on my dog. Thank you.

Nice facility to bathe your dog - sel-serve. Big tub. Good shampoo and conditioner included along with two towels and of course water that allows you to set the temp. Afraid of getting wet yourself, there are big aprons to wear by you. Employees helpful and friendly.
