The Team Leaders in the toys section are the worst. They are rude, and treat you like a scumbag when you’re simply asking for stock of items. I get it, it’s busy, it’s the holiday season, but there still needs to be a level of customer service you have to provide. Don’t blame your life choices of working in retail on us customers shopping during shopping season.The adjacent Walmart in Algonquin, gasp! actually has better customer service, and they are 20x busier than this location. They will actually take time to look for items and or provide the simple customer service they're TRAINED and PAID to do.

This store is always unclean and almost all of the time the stuff I look for is not in stock. The security guard is always telling me to leave and accusing me of stealing. But not just the security guard follows me around the store but nearly every employee has made false accusations of me stealing. Nearly all of the employees are extremely rude and seem like they don't know how to properly treat a customer. It seems like every person that works here seems like they don't want this target to last any longer.

I used to work at this location and it was the worst the abuse and harassment. A manager called brian would always yell at me for not being fast even doe i had a bit of autism in me. Worked there 2018. Never went back because when i reported to hr they just told me that brian was having a bad day and he had stressed but that is no reason for him to pull me on the side where he knew there was no cameras on site and he would yell at me telling me that he doesnt like hispanics and that we are all the same. I was shocked and by the time i made a report brian literally came up to me and grabbed my arm so hard that he bruised my arm and told me to leave i was fired. After years later i found out i never got fired he just wanted me to never get rehired. Target had traumatized me to the point where i don't want to work for anyone else because of companies like this can actually damage someone . But finally i opened up my very own business and im becoming very successful but a message i want to give to this target location is that your HR is so bad hopefully you guys fired her for also being racist and covering Brian when he had actually abused me physically and mentally.

out of more and more items and adding more target brands, deleting known brands. I have to go to jewel to get milk sometimes! Box potatoes, large box of Minute rice, many spices missing, McCormic items like taco mix... the list goes on

Love this target as it is clean, employees are friendly, self checkout is easy and fast. Pickup service is always reliable and fast compared to other pickup services. My order is always ready within 2 hours sometimes even an hour. Produce has gotten better and more fresh. I did get a few bad/spoiled items from pickup but it was so easy to report on the app and get an immediate refund.

Such a clean place with plenty of staff across the store to help you locate anything. They have all the aisles marked by code to make it easier also! They do pick up also for people who have difficulty getting out of their vehicles. I've never had a bad experience doing my shopping here ever.

Oftentimes, this stores shelves are nearly empty, and not of items that are of no consequence but of staples like milk... On a recent visit, the garbage can in front of the store was overflowing on to the sidewalk. Overall, I am generally disappointed when I visit this location.

Fast car-side delivery and awesome associates. Prices are reasonable. Shelves are well stock and signage is clear so you know where to go to find items. This store is always clean.

Whatever wannabe police officer Karen that was working the self checkout on 9-22-23. Around 730 PM, needs to be put on stock duty. So embarrassing I'm buying some wine for my wife and she looked at my ID and back at me about 3 times and said I look different lol. Since when is it illegal to lose weight and have glasses and a hat on smh unreal that was about a year plus ago when I took the pic on my id...

I love shopping at Target. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, checkout lines are short and the aisles aren’t cluttered with product. I wish the hours would be consistent across all stores. I like when the stores open at 7:00am, so I can stop on the way to work.

I had some help with finding everything and she was super helpful and full of knowledge! I hope corporate can see what a great asset to have someone that goes out of their way to help their guest. One cashier open- ONE!! Five people with full carts and I had to ask an employee to open more lanes. Two employees were standing near the makeup discussing their weekend. I thought this was their work SMH!

No one can beat Target"s no contact curbside pickup. So many times the person with a cart was circling dropping packages at car as I pulled in. My order was in the cart!!! Always accurate. Kudos to Target employees! Amazing!

I prefer to shop at Target. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Not hectic like Walmart. The grocery section is the perfect size and spaced well, better than Jewel I feel. I feel good wandering around Target browsing at good stuff and hunting for a deal or two. My favorite part is how honestly nice the store associates were.

Target has been one of my favorite locations to shop but now with the recent remodeling they are doing I really don't like it. I have to say it but I do miss the old version of target not this new stressful fancy look. For me the old shelves seemed like they carry more stuff compared to this new shelves and now I can't even find what I am came for. Even the table of customer service are way smaller, absolutely no space for anything. I don't know if it's only me but I really don't like this new look and probably prices will go up.

The Target team went above and beyond today! I've never been to that location, but it was amazing. I drove over an hour away to get this last minute item for my daughter. Regardless of it just being these pj's she needed for school tomorrow, everyone stepped in to help. I ordered the wrong size, all my fault, and was worried when I saw them because I know they are sold out everywhere. One team member went back and brought the next size, again my fault, and then I asked for a medium. The lady and I sat there checking if there was even a medium, and online I saw they were sold out. The lady with me, who I heard doesn't even work in the pick-up department, immediately ran to the back because there was only one small left. I ended up taking the larger size for myself and the small for my daughter. But I walked out with a smile, and how they went above and beyond! I can't remember the girls name, it was something ordinary, maybe it started with a V? She has black hair is about 5'4, very pretty and sweet. The other girls name was Jacqueline, I may have spelled it wrong. But they saved the day, and made not only a happy customer, but a winning mom! Working full-time and having kids is a struggle enough to get things done. But when I screwed up they made me feel better and made my visit seamless. Outstanding work, Target on hiring great employees who go above and beyond. In a moment of panic I walked out not remembering everything that was said, but how they made me feel. I will for sure recommend this store!

I was in line checking out with no one else in line no need for rushing having enjoyable experience. Making small talk which is rare these days with the nice young cashier, when her manager walked up and in a very demeaning and stern manner said to her we need to talk and flip off her light. This made me feel very uncomfortable not professional manager style. Great cashier poor manager.

Clean and bright with friendly employees. I love that I can get in and out and get my normal shopping and 95% of my grocery complete (sometimes their produce is excellent, other times I'll get greens like zucchini elsewhere). Wish the deli could have 2 workers doing meat at the same time but the wait time is just like any other grocery store.

I visited this location on Friday, 11/5/2021 and encountered an extremely pleasant and helpful store associate who provided me excellent customer service. Courtney, saw that I needed assistance with an item and before I could even request help, she offered her service and was so congenial and patient. What an exemplary employee she is and Damien, the store manager, is very lucky to have her in his stroe. GThank you so much Courtney, you are the BEST!

bakery is awesome. Women are so nice there and pay extra attention to detail. Very impressed every time and I have gotten many cakes from there. People always ask where they are from and when I say Target they are surprised! very happy

I caused a lot of confusion trying to use various coupons, giftcards, & asking questions about applying for the Redcard at check out and Kim & manager Connie were SO helpful & sweet! I felt bad taking up so much of their time but they were so kind & understanding through the process. Both were so informative, patient, & overall excellent customer service!! Can't praise them enough!! 🙌 thank you Kim & Connie!!

I got lunch at this Target for 5 years, only to find out now they're getting rid of the Pizza Hut.What a shame, my heart is truly broken. Maybe the solution was hiring more people to man the counter instead of remaking it into something else.

The checkouts were a little slow but eventually they opened up a few lanes. Overall it wasn't a deal breaker. What I wanted was in stock and it wasn't busy. They guy in electronics was knowledgeable and helped me pick out the game system I was looking for. They even let me know that it was on sale plus an online coupon could be used so I ended up saving a ton on it!
