Mia at the floral department is a angel, was nothing but patient, caring and attentive to detail when I was overly frustrated with a prior floral store in such short notice, she was great from the time I called the store to the time my spouse showed up. Thank you for your work, above and beyond service, but most importantly your patience and attentiveness. You truly were amazing. I cannot thank you enough

It's prom and of course I waited till last minute for boutoneer. Went to a bunch of stores looking for a simple bouquet but couldn't find anything suitable to be able to quickly make one myself, when the floral lady said she could still make one, right then and there for us. Life saver! Asked if Jewel allowed them to get tips, she said no but appreciated the offer. Jewel, let your floral people get tips! They work hard and save us so much time and stress! I couldn't be more appreciative of this lady today. Wish I would have gotten her name, but it's April 27th and it was at noon. Wonderful experience! Yall forget the fancy floral shops, jewel got you!

I received a Response from the Social media Team 2 weeks ago regarding this and was told it would be addressed. That has not happened….or there employees just laugh it off see. More pictures from Sunday & TodayEvery time I come here the first three spots right across from the order pick up are always occupied by Jewel employees parking their cars there some days when the weathers a little rainy or whatever the case may be maybe an elderly person that doesn’t have a handicap sticker would like to get one of those upfront spots the three vehicles in question are a red Hyundai a red Camry and a little white Ford focus or whatever it is I have seen these employees walk out to their cars and they’re parked there all day shouldn’t those be for the customers

Jewel-Osco shines with its fresh produce department! Their fruits and veggies are consistently fantastic: vibrant, crisp, and priced fairly. I always walk out with more than I planned, thanks to their tempting "surprise finds" that I just can't resist.Curbside pickup, however, seems to be experiencing some growing pains. My orders haven't always been ready at my chosen time. But here's the saving grace: the staff! They're incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Even with the occasional pickup hiccup, their warm customer service keeps me coming back.So, if you're looking for an amazing produce selection and are willing to be a little flexible with curbside timing, Jewel-Osco is definitely worth checking out. The friendly staff will make any minor inconvenience melt away!

The bakery department did an Amazing job on my daughters dragon cupcake cake! I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped put this together but she did an amazing job and had a great attitude. Will continue to recommend this location.

This store is ridiculous! They did not have clean restrooms at this location and no functioning hand dryer or paper towels and I was injured while leaving the restroom and rather than helping with the hospital bills they denied the claim as they supposedly are stating they were not negligence. All they tried to offer was a $100 gift card as an We're sorry! Seriously though I spent more than that on that day. How disappointing never shopping Jewels ever again. These companies want and want and do little efforts to help when needed. I wasn't asking for more than what was the cost of the hospital since it was due to their location inability to maintain a clean bathroom.

I have been in here three times in the past three days. No more. Each time, there was at least two or three people without masks, even though a sign on the entrance door says masks are required. See photos.

My favorite grocery store. They have the best frozen pizza . Great soup . This is where i buy my meats from. They will cut to order. They also have a great years program which allows you to clip coupons on your phone and the discount just comes off at the register

I recently bought a yogurt parfait from the produce department n they are very good but every single time I get them the strawberries are cut way to big only in half n not in bite size pieces. I always have to cut them in half again. They need to be cut better or otherwise people can choke on them.

This is the closest grocery store toy house. It has almost everything you may need. Good fruit and vegetables variety, fresh meats, juice, wines, groceries, pet food, baby food, frozen food etc. If you use their app, you can get good discounts. The staff is friendly, yet there aren’t enough to help around and/or they don’t really know where things are or how to perform certain tasks. Items are all over the place and sometimes I waste too much time looking for something. Takes patience, and I usually go with my baby, so I don’t have much of it.The self checkout is horrible. Jewel osco should update them. They’re slow and unhelpful, specially if you take your own bags.Parking is great.

Jewel is our main go to grocery store. They generally have everything we're looking for at comparable, if not less expensive prices. Weekly deals are generous, and the staff is kind and helpful.

I have been to about 4 different Jewel-Osco stores in the local area. I was very impressed with the state of cleanliness, order, and overall aesthetic experience of this one over any other I have been to. I will qualify this by saying most of my experience was in the produce section and the first three rows beyond that section towards the interior of the store, as well as the self checkout. The produce area just looked like it was on display and it grabbed my attention as soon as I walked in because of how professional it appeared.I was checking out and had a question about how to get one of the deals I found for cereal that was if you buy two of them, the price was about half off, equivalent to buy one get one free. I looked for help and immediately had a gentleman approach me, assess the problem and clearly communicated to me how to complete the process. He stayed to make sure it worked.Thumbs up to the store. I will be back!

The assistant manager is extremely honest. If you have any questions ask them they will always tell you the truth. The store is clean. People are very nice. 80% of the time you can find what you want. Sometimes people are rude and steal the grocery carts. That's the worst thing that happens there.

Like most places today, pricing is outrages. Example, Breyers carb smart ice cream. Bought it since they carried it. $3.99. Now, $6.99. What, Not enough cows in the supply chain? $1.99 ice cream bars now $4.99. Just wait until Kroger takes over. Woodmans is my go to now.

The Union employees do a fantastic job keeping the store clean and well stocked with everything you need for your home or business.Everyone has a smile.The produce department is one of the best! All of the fruits and veggies are perfect, the fresh cut "ready to eat" selection is delicious!The Meat section always has the best selection at a great price.I love my local Jewel Osco!

Bought a sub made by the deli. Got one bite then threw it out. Hair and unknown particles. I'm reporting to health department for further inspection. That was bad jewel. Never shopping there again

Best for meat, chips, deli and produce. Hands down the best meats. And the produce is literally a rainbow of colors. Deli serves hot and ready that is delicious. Basics are expensive unless you catch a sale or use their app and clip coupons (which you should, there's freebies sometimes). Lines can get backed up, but they will open up other registers if needed. Carts are always available to. Very clean.

I stop into Jewel every weekend for a few groceries. Two weeks ago, I stopped in to get some fresh salmon and two other items. I usually use the self checkout, but there was quite the line, so I got into the express checkout lane. I was pleasantly greated by a smiling and positive young man, I believe his name was Nick. Nick provided me with THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have had at any retail store in my entire life. He commented on my salmon and shared that salmon is his favorite meal, and we talked briefly about that. He noticed my hoodie mentioned a fire department and he asked me if I was a fire fighter. I told him I was a paramedic and he told me "thank you for what you do." You could tell that Nick was just happy to be at work, and enjoys talking to people. His attention to detail makes him very personable. I felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend. I hope he gets recognized.

I do like their store, it’s always clean, the people who work there are helpful and friendly. My APP finally is working again. Found my rewards. I love shopping here, but the prices have gone up a lot. I hope things can go back to normal soon.

A year ago, I purchased four Primo 5-gallon bottles of water from the South Elgin, IL, Jewel and paid a $6.50 deposit on each. I had 5 people living in my house at that time, so each week I would bring in the empties and exchange them for filled bottles. When my daughter and two grandkids moved out last month, our water needs changed to 2 bottles per week. I brought 2 of my 4 bottles back to Jewel to get my deposit back and was told “we don’t do that”. I was told that my only options were to leave the empties with them (so that they can charge the next person a deposit on those bottles) or exchange them for full bottles (which I DON’T need). So, I said to the manager, “I want to make sure I understand. You want me to just GIVE you my 2 empty bottles - that I paid you $13 for. Correct?” She said, “We don’t return deposits“. I took the empties with me as I left the store. They just lost a loyal customer over $13. Buh-bye.

I venture to that store once in a great while and it never disappoints me. The place is always immaculate. The set ups in the Produce look great. I can always find what I'm looking for. The Bakery is my favorite department, yum ! Always something their i can take home with me ! 😁🤩🍥🥧👍

I've always avoided groceries at Jewel due to prices but it was so worth it. Clean, organized, stocked, great customer service. Organic options are great. A few more bucks added to the bill but so much better then Meijer and Wal-Mart

Store is pretty well kept, my biggest complaint is this larger white gentleman who is extremely patronizing and rude. He must be loss prevention or something but I’ve been there multiple times where he’s made me extremely uncomfortable. I avoid going here for this reason. Seems to think everyone is stealing and instead of just being vigilant, he’s hostile towards customers. Not a great employee to have on your team and I’m not the only reviewer mentioning this man.

It was comfusing as a new customer where the entrance was the entrance it had a sign that read spirits on top. Thankfully there was an employee that showed me the entrance., where I could only find exits.The personal was helpful, friendly and courteous.
